I have started taking treated for acne in Dr. Batra since Dec 2013 and I was promised that all acne will be cured in 3 months... But I hardly see any difference... Now there are simply pushing me from one consult to another... if they cant cure why did they take money from me... why did they make false promise me...I feel completely cheated.. If they cant provide best treatment then, Why did they take 13k ? Now my family is very upset and there are scolding me left and right... they dont understand my pain ... why should I run from 1 clinic to another clinic.. its not my pain but their pain to handle... As I didnt get any proper response from Dr Batra clinic after filing complaint in Dr. Batra's site... I am filing complaint here. Please intervene and do needful for me

I am taking medicine from R.T Nagar Bangalore and I am really frustrated due to poor service for Doctor time . Today I was waited for doctor for appointment 55min and waited 25min for medicine and walked out with out medicine.

Some one has train them about value of public time and cost. My whole Saturday hald day is gone becasue of their poor service

My letter to Dr. Batra's Clinic:

My mother is a patient of yours and is enrolled with your Rajouri Garden, New Delhi clinic. Her patient id is 626009. It was more than 10 days back[protected] when my mother had informed the clinic to ship her medicine, as she is in severe pain and she could not come herself to collect the medicine in such hot weather. The guy on the phone said that the medicine will be shipped the very same day. When we did not receive the medicine in 3 days, my wife called them to enquire about the medicine, and Mr. Jaipal on the phone, assured her that they have dispatched the medicine. He also mentioned that due to certain problem, the shipping of the medicine was little delayed and she shall receive the same by next day positively. Again when we did not get any courier package, my wife called the clinic and enquired again. She was very bluntly responded by Mr. Jaipal that he has shipped the medicine and now his job is over, and if we do not get the medicine, it is our problem and not theirs. On asking about the courier details, he gave the tracking number Z22979487 booked with DTDC courier. When i tracked the courier, i was shocked to see that he has given the wrong tracking detail, as the courier was booked from Vijay Nagar and not Rajouri Garden.

Now when my wife tries to call the number, either they do not pick up or they just pick and hang the phone. She tried it several times, but every time somebody just pick and hangs the phone before answering. When i tried to call from a different number, Mr. Jaipal picked the phone, but as soon as i enquired about the medicine, he said that he is busy and he shall call me back. I told him that if i wont get his call in half an hour then i wont call again but personally visit the clinic and will create a scene there. He gave me call after half an hour and said that he shall track the courier package and shall revert me in the morning.

My mother is in severe back pain from past 10 days and now your people will start tracking the package, only when i shouted on them. This kind of service is not acceptable, professionally or ethically. Is this the kind of service we deserve when we trust some reputed organisation like yours and pay 3-4 times more than regular doctors. My mother was already taking her medications from a Homeopathy doctor in the neighbourhood. I convinced her to take medicine from you as i thought you people might be professional and more efficient. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the kind of behaviour you people show to your clients. I am clueless now whether i should drag you in the consumer court or i should go to your clinic and thrash them and get my refund.

Please don't go to dr.batras for any treatment, they are utter waste.
I went to this clinic in the month of November for skin and allergy problem. They said one name for this disease and asked to pay 9000 rupees for treatment (6 months), not even a blood test or any other test, just by seeing they identified the disease. I don't know how it is possible to find the disease without doing any test. I then beleived their magical words and paid my hard earned money to them. They promised the problem will be cured with in 6 months. Then the treatment has been started. For the first three months 0% improvement.. I said to them that their is no improvement. But they said that it is a slow process. I also beleived it. Then when i went for fourth month check up they asked to take blood test.. Then i took the blood test report and gave the report to them. Then they said that the allergy level is very high, so they will prescribe with high dosage medicine, but NO USE.. When i went for last month treatment they said you'll need to continue the medicine for next one year and the amount to be paid is 15, 000. Now how can i beleive them and pay this huge amount.. They don't take care of patients, they just CARE ABOUT MONEY.. they are MONEY DEVILS. PLEASE DONT GO THEIR.. I think god will punish them. The medicines which they give to patients are not the medicines, its just the sweet balls coated with sugar.. Please don't go to batras and save ur money..

my name is Sunil kumar i have been taking dr. batra's treatment from last year November, for my acne. its very bad experience for me I am very dis hearted from the result what i got. from last one year the doctors are making me foolish but the acnes and the size of the acne is the same. i have been told that it will clear in 4 to 5 months but its around one year now. and still there is no result. i am gonna file a case in consumer court. my patience code is[protected]

My treatment at Dr. Batra's started 5 months ago and i had consultation with actual doctor only once(when i went there for the first time). During rest of the 3 meetings, receptionist gave me medicines and told that Dr. Dinesh had just left.I was told that Dr. Dinesh would be handling my case but he was very least interested in giving advice consultation or even seeing his patientsBefore appointment i had to wait for 2 weeks because he was out of town, sick, on leave or doing some urgent work and on appointment day i met him in the hallway for 2 mins and that's all(that was their treatment).Feeling like a fool spending 15000 for hairfall treatment at Dr. Batra's.And about results, my hair fall and dandruff is same as before.

I opted for 3 yrs hair treatment plan in 2011, coz of some discount issue Dr. Nidhi said we can't refund you so gave me extension. Now the real issue raised when I went to the clinic in May'14 they refused me to give any medicine by saying your plan has finished in April'14. I spoke to the head who was there (A Lady I don't remember the name) she said she will check and let me know but I never received any call or msg. I called many times and went back in person again in June'14 but nothing happened Till now I had come to know that Dr.Batra's clinic only care about patients till the time they don't do the payment thats why they ask to go for 2-3 yrs plan. After payment they just don't give a damn. I had come to this realization after suffering for 3 long years. They never listened to my issues and problem.

Now dont know what to do as they are saying there is no extension and I have misplaced the bill of extension proof.

Do not consult Dr. Batra...waste of money and time...

We have been a customer of Dr. Batras' Positive Health Clinic Private Limited for the last 2-3 years. This time on 10th March'15, we called up their Noida centre for dispatch of medicines for my dad in Assam, who is undergoing treatment from them. However the medicines didn't reach till 20th March, so we again called them on 21st March, wherein we were told the medicines will be dispatched on 22nd March. This time again the medicines were not received till 3rd April and we once again contacted the center. They told us that the medicines have been dispatched and we can contact them the next day for the dispatch details. When we called them back on 4th April, we were told that the medicines have not been dispatched as the Speed Post department has been closed since 21st March. Seeing their attitude towards a customer who has already paid, we visited the center on 8th April, wherein we were again told the medicines would be dispatched tomorrow, ie, 9th April. Because of this stupid attitude of theirs, we have been without medicine for a month, when we have been paid for it. Please help us get an extension for the time when we were without medicines.

Dr. Batra is a total fraudulent Homeopath, I have been under his
treatment for hair restoration. The treatment has burn a hole in my
pocket, not even a single strand of hair has been restored. YOU MUST NOT

Also I have a one year membership, During payment they told me that you will get 12 treatment for a year, But unfortunately I am not available for last time, then I will go there after one week, I got a consultation( Sorry Bargaining) or you can say approach to continue for next two year and after consultation when I go to take a medicine then they told me that you will not get a medicine if you don't go to pay for next 2 year, It's so cheap and bad mentality.

I Have been taking Medicine from batras clinic from may, 30, 2015 till date and course duration was 6 months .i was diagnosed with alopecia areata (Round Patches) which didn't cure at all .And i paid amount close to 10000.So Dr Batars is fraud homeopathy clicnic.So i am going to file a case in Consumer court on this .If they don't return my Money and i will set up page in all social net working sites to bring awareness to people.And i will go to every and i will sit for hours to spoil their fraud business.Moreover in Britain recently announced that Homeopathy not a medicine just fraud. So never ever visit DR Batras and they are just cheaters .Try to convey this message to entire India across world.I hope this message reaches them and i will get my money back.

Madam/Sir,

I started the treatment from Oct 15 at Pitampura, Delhi centre of Dr Batras’ Clinic (Dr Deepika Rana/Sweta Kohli) for my hair fall related problem. During Oct 15 there was only one patch in my head but during the treatment instead of improving the condition day by day become deteriorating, now there are ten patches on my head. Even the size of the patches are increasing.

All the time when I asked the Doctor (Ms Sweta Kohli) about the worsening condition of my hair, she told me that she has changed the medicines.

At pitampura, Delhi centre, there is no expert doctor. Only the junior doctors are there.

It was very surprising that I was advised Allopathic medicines (Viz. Fallihair & Orofer-XT). When I asked that why these allopathic medicines, I was told that it is necessary.

Further, there is very wrong system at Dr Batras’ clinic that one has to pay for one/two/three year fee in advance. I have to pay for one year i.e. Rs 14, 400/-. Getting no benefit from the treatment, can I get my money back?

Hi Dear Dr Batra,

You have a good name. you are a Brand itself.
But there are few branches which are not up to the same standard it should have been.
I had been taking treatment since 2007 until 2015 for my skin disorder (vitiligo).
Most of the time doctors are not present at the office when we go for an appointment and we end with another doctor. Doctors are changing frequently. There was supposed to be Sr. doctor visit once in every six months that too was stopped after first couple of months. The clinic is only proactive at the time of the payments. most of the time we don't get App. remainder calls, also no medicines if we don't visit to the clinic due to out of city. There is courier service for the same but was never practically done.

Please let me know what should I do.. I want to continue...

Also, Is there any chance I can meet Dr. Batra himself..
