[Resolved]  DTDC — Pathetic Courier Services.

Hi All,
Why is courier services there! So that If we are sending anything there is a assurance that it will be reached safely to the destination. It very painful to now that there is no difference between Courier and postal services. There was a Cheque was been delivered on 20 August 2008 and the status is also delivered but I was out of station from 14 August to 29 August 2008 and it is been signed also by some else.
For the same I have visited the Kondhwa Franchise and was following up the case with them for 4 days with wasim as they were unable to solve my problem for the same the diverted me to the Region al office at the following address Shop No.1, Hidayatulla Complex, Off. Shankar Sheth Road, Pune – 411042.They I spoke with one of the lady Harshada at the regional office and the case was been followed by her for 2 days and as there was no response from her side I escalated to her superior named Prashant Mishra and was again diverted to franchise and was been said to again go to regional office and for the same called Prashant Mishra and he said from our side nothing can be done and send a mail to the following id: css.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@vsnl.com.
In This case what Excatly has to be done. Waiting for your Positive reply and not the pathetic services.
