Hi

My name is Abhishek Rathaur and I reside in Delhi. This is to bring in
your kind attention, the kind of service that we as customers are
getting through the so called Customer Services of DTDC Courier services.
One of my friend, sent me a courier on the 11th of July 2011 (
Consignment# Z[protected], however, by the time was writing this
complaint to you, I still had not received it. The consignment was
sent from Delhi within Delhi, which unfortunately has been 4 days (
within a city ). When i got in touch with the customer service ( 011--
[protected] and asked about it, they did not even acknowledge that it
is a delay on their part. They even refused to register any complaint
until i had to be a bit rude in asking them to register a complaint on
14th July 2011. I had contacted the above said number 6 times in 2
days without any success. Every time time i called they gave me several
different numbers to contact the branch manager of East Delhi where my
consignment is ( according to customer services ). The numbers that
they gave me are [protected] and [protected] which never went through.
After confronting one of the customer rep about the numbers being
incorrect, he registered the complaint and assured that the
consignment will be delivered positively by 14th July 2011 evening,
which unfortunately did not happen. I am going through a very bad
financial crisis and that consignment has a cheque which i am
desperately waiting for. I hope you understand how a middle-class
person relies on this. If you listen the calls that i made on the
helpline number, you will find the exact manner, how the customer
service reps talks to the customer. I have been in the customer
service industry for the past 5 years and i know how to deal with
customers, which unfortunately DTDC people do not know.
I have also attached the screen shot of the tracking page which will
prove my legitimacy. I will be highly obliged if this matter is
resolved on an urgent basis and the people involved in this delay are taken
care of. Please try to do it As Soon As Possible.

Sir/Madame, My complaint is in regard to late delivery of my parcel and that too in broken piece when they pre-checked my parcel in their office before shipping off the parcel. They assure me that it will be delivered in 4 working days. But to my horror, it was delivered 10 days( i.e shipped on 24th and delivered on the 4th of next month) exactly from the that I sent it. Please see my attachment for the receipt. The item was broken beyond any use. I call them up to address my concern but they have nothing to do with it....as told by the agent.
After much conversation and assurance that it will be delivered in one piece within the frame time, why all this happens. Is there any legal ways to fight them or its just their duty to lost ones' property without much to do from their sides....? Please help. If any information needed, let me know.

My father Mr. Madan Ch. Das has sent a letter 4m Kahilipara;Guwahati-19;Assam
on 7th July 2011 by the courrier service DTDC courrier n0.-K48882982;to me Ajanta Das at the address House No.-176,2nd floor,Room No.-6;Babulal Chowk;Munirka;NewDelhi-110067.But i didn't receive it till date nor received any call ragarding it.When I went to the Munirka branch of DTDC on 14th July they told me to come on next day.Today on 15th July2011 I went to them n I was told that it has been returned.When asked why I was told that my address was closed & my ph number was invalid.But I was in my room the whole week n my ph no. is workig properly & I am using it constantly.When I asked them clarification they are not able to give me any reply.

I have couriered medications to Coimbatore from Kanuru(520007),Vijayawada, Andhra by DTDC courier.the weight was 4 Kgs.The office has charged me 125 rupees per Kg.i have paid 500 rupees.the service was by surface.i have paid full amount to the owner of the DTDC outlet st Kanuru.but later i have foun out through the main branch of DTDC that i have been charged more than the companys (dtdc) price range.I thought dtdc is a great company and i always choose it for my posts.this is the first time i have encountered such unfortunate incident.this is my first shipment from this outlet.I have the receipt for my transaction.The tracking no----H86667438.I would like uyou to kindky look in to the matter.Some dihonest people are misusing and tainting the DTDC reputation.Thank you.

MY COURIER HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE DTDC SANATH NAGAR ON 12TH OF THIS MONTH AROUND 1PM. ITS BEEN TWO DAYS AND THE COURIER HAS NOT BEEN ELIVERED YET TO TIRUPATI JUST 500 KM FROM HYDERABAD. WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE, THEY ARE CONVINCING ME THAT THEY SENT IT ON YESTERDAY. THEN WHY GOING FOR DTDC? THEIR CHARGE IS ALSO COSTLIER THAN OTHER COURIERS.

- COMPLAINTS BOOKED VIDEFDB[protected]/7/11 AND FDB[protected]/7/11, WERE FUTILE NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM COMPANY, NEITHER THE COMPLAINT WAS ADDRESSED.
- HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE BRANCH OFFICE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY REPLY ON THE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT.NOT EVEN THE MANAGER MOB NO. [protected] IS HAVING ANY CLUE ABOUT THE CONSIGNMENT.
- PLEASE HELP.

I had ordered a T-Shirt through Myntra.com last week and it was shipped through DTDC on 5th July..When i tracked the status of it, it's showing that the item has been received by the Banjara Hills Branch on 07th July..but,havent received the item till now and not even able to track the status of it..when i called them,no one was responding...

I booked a courier DTDC of inverter and battery from Darbhanga (Bihar) to Sikar (Rajasthan) in March and insured that but i received my things after 16 days and battery was found in damage condition for that regularly i mailed and telephonically in contact with the agency but till date they didn't respond as well as given any satisfactory reply.

ON 09/07/2011 I HAVE SEND A PARCEL TO MY BROTHER .THERE WAS A MONEY BAG AND INSIDE THE MONEY BAG AND INSIDE THE MONEY BAG THERE WAS TWO ATM CARDS.BUT WHEN HE RECEIVED IT HE FOUND THAT BOTH ATM CARDS IS MISSING .
THE ATM CARDS IS VALUABLE FOR MY BROTHERS .THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE IS UNACCEPTABLE AT ALL.WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY SIMPLY IGNORED.
IS THIS KIND THE OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE?THEY ARE STEALING THINGS IN FRONT OF EVERYONES EYE AND THEY CALLED THEY ARE THEY ARE COURIER SERVICE PROVIDERS.
STRICT ACTIONS SHOULDE BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM OR CANCEL THEIR COURIER LICENCE

My consignment booked from DDTC SILCHAR for Guwahati on 1st of July is yet to be delivered , Consignment No K47584516.On tracking it is seen that the consignment is delivered at orrisa.It is redicolous that even after repeated request to costumer care no action had been taken so far .I therefore request that action may be taken immediately and reply given to my No [protected] or at [protected]@rediffmail.com

I was to receive a mobile phone from a friend in Pune. She used DTDC's Vishrantwadi office to book the package (CN no. P[protected] on 05-July-2011.

I received the package today- 08 July 2011 with the phone missing! All I could find inside were the charger and datacable.

When I went to the nearest DTDC office, a friendly clerk pointed out that the package as marked with 400gms weight but computer records showed it was 250gms when it left Pune!

Clearly, the phone was stolen even before left for it's destination.

My only hope at getting a resolution is online. So posting my story here. Any help appreciated!

This is jag, I have ordered an article in online. They shipped it in last week through DTDC. When i am tracking the order i found that, the order has been reached to DTDC-Banjara hills branch 4th July 2011 . Today is 7th july 2011, They did not deliver or call me from last 4 days. Tracking # D06813900. They gave two telepthone numbers for Banjarahills branch in their website. [protected] and [protected] . First one is not working, second one no body lifts the phone to answer. Sometimes second one says, busy. The Article reached in two working days from Bangaloor to Hyderabad. But the article did not reach from Banjarahills to Gachibouli in 4 days. Less than 10KM distance. I dont know, whats wrong with DTDC ppl.

Hope somebody from DTDC responds for this complaint PFA for proof.

I have sent Sudexo coupons by DTDC Courier worth Rs.[protected]+2000+2200+2200) last week to a friend within Bangalore.
He received the courier and when he later opened it found 2 cadbury's dairy milk chocolates in it.
It must definetly be done by some person from DTDC.
Its been very cleverly done by the person to make sure the weight and dimension match that of 4 sudexo books - so the recepient does not get the doubt.
I called up the DTDC office and they say that cover is already opened and they cant do anything now.
This is such a disgusting act. What do i do now. How do i get my coupons back?

Sir, i had used DTDC courier on 20/5/11 from rawatbhata to karela . The consignment number was Z36192983 by DTDC courier servies jaipur. it takes a maximum of 5 days to reach the destination but till date (almost one & half month) the courier had not been reached the destination. several time i called them but they are not picking up the phone. on 21/6/11 one lady picked up the phone and told that your courier reached till karela which...

Still I did not get any information regarding my packet.

Now i am get furstated from DTDC Service because they not provide me any detail of my packet last 30 days. Can you please write me what is customer right ? How to get my packet form DTDC ?

Never order any thing from Infibeam since they use DTDC courier service and you will never get your goods delivered, at the end you will waste your money as well as time. I ordered an item from Infibeam and never received it, I mailed my complain to DTDC Senior Manager Ms. Radhika. P {css.[protected]@dtdc.com} after few mails she stoped replying to my mails, then i wasted 50rs+precious time speaking 2 thier coustomer care they just keep saying "I will call you back I promise.", even i went to DTDC office & spoke to Incharge {Asif } over der he keep saying me come tommorow come tommorow i have been doing this since last 2 months.

Shipment Number : V05363675, Booked By : Nasik Super Franchisee- Nasik, I have given this consignement on 4 june 2011, he takes 250 Rs and confirming that the parcel ll definately reached the location on 7 june 2011. Anyway document is not reached the location at proper time and its very urgent document for my wife''s passport. So i have to again go through this procedure for making the passport.

SUB: NON-RECEIPT OF CLAIM AGAINST LOST OF CONSIGNMENT NO.Z33530387.

This has reference to the above that I had filed the claim application along with relevant documents on 07.05.2011 through Speed Post No. SP EH[protected]IN against above mentioned consignment number lost by your trans yamuna office, Delhi.

In this regard, I would like to inform you that the claim application has been posted directly to Mr. Surender (Executive claim department) as advised by your customer care executive Ms Rajni at your Delhi office. After three- four days I had received a call from Mr. Surender for requirement of email massage from your tansyamuna office to confirmation for lost the said packet at their end. The same time I had called to Ms. Rajni about the same and she told me that I am forwarding the email massage to him.

This is to inform you that I have made so many calls and email reminders to Mr. Surender and Ms. Rajni to communicate the internal correspondence with each other. But my application for claim is pending so far. It has been left more than three months of lost the packet and about one and half month of file the claim application. Please also note the people who are dealing in this case at your end are not giving proper response.

On 14.06.2011 when I called to Ms. Rajni she told me that whatever required by Mr. Surender I have forwarded to him, now I am not responsible, you may call to him not to me. When I called to Mr. Surender, he is saying that I have not received any mail from her you may call to her I am not responsible.

In the light of above facts, you are requested to please let me know that where I should approach? I am very much surprised to know that How DTDC staff is giving poor response to the customers. How your staff is missing faith of customers on DTDC. If you are not able to make the settlement of my claim. Please issue me a letter stating refused/denied the claim application.

I am enclosing herewith a copy of all documents for your reference. Please go through into the same and consider the matter as earliest possible. Please you may call me on my mobile if you have any query on the same.

i have made an online order from www.fashioandyou.com for a product via as per there order no.505238 which was courier from there end through via docket no.D05901939. As i tracked it it came to my knowledge that it will come via. Raipur to Bilaspur but to my suprise in the Raipur part a message was displayed as 'RTO DUE TO NO LANE BOOKING'. and the courier was not forwarded to Bilaspur from there .

When i enquired at the local DTDC office as in person they told me that the problem is in raipur .so then i reached for them via phone no.[protected]/4221874 and they told me bluntly that the courior has been returned .i enquired why and they told me the above reason and failed to explain why they have returned it without contacting me.
It was total breach of trust which fashionandyou.com had rested upon me because it was COD (cash on delivery) and its not good as my image is being tarnished by DTDC . it a humble request to u to take appropriate action and help me .

One of the well recognised doctor from Yvatmal sent medical reports of my mother ftom Yvatmal to Pune via DTDC. I was waiting for the courier and tracking the shipment also.
The courier rather than submitting to me sent back to Yavatmal under the head " Recipitent Refuse to Accept". This unbelivable as we were waiting for the courier and none of the delivery came to us.
After doing lot of followup with DTDC they even not admitting the mistake.
How should we relies on such worst service.
