Never order any thing from Infibeam since they use DTDC courier service and you will never get your goods delivered, at the end you will waste your money as well as time. I ordered an item from Infibeam and never received it, I mailed my complain to DTDC Senior Manager Ms. Radhika. P {css.[protected]@dtdc.com} after few mails she stoped replying to my mails, then i wasted 50rs+precious time speaking 2 thier coustomer care they just keep saying ...

i have made an online order from www.fashioandyou.com for a product via as per there order no.505238 which was courier from there end through via docket no.D05901939. As i tracked it it came to my knowledge that it will come via. Raipur to Bilaspur but to my suprise in the Raipur part a message was displayed as 'RTO DUE TO NO LANE BOOKING'. and the courier was not forwarded to Bilaspur from there .

One of the well recognised doctor from Yvatmal sent medical reports of my mother ftom Yvatmal to Pune via DTDC. I was waiting for the courier and tracking the shipment also.
The courier rather than submitting to me sent back to Yavatmal under the head " Recipitent Refuse to Accept". This unbelivable as we were waiting for the courier and none of the delivery came to us.

I had booked a consignemt at Mira Road on June 8, 2011. Till today (20 July) the consinment is not received at destination. The courier people are giving evasive answers. The consinment number is M63869706. The value of consinment is Rs.8500/- I am very much worreid and trying to contact all possible DTDC people. Their service is bad. They will say I will ring you in 15 minutes and they will never ring or pass the enquiry to other person....

at D 104 Gayatri Darshan,Thakur complex,kandavali East Mumbai 400101
But the same has not been delivered but the mail is hovering between Mumbai Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam
The reason the dtdc company says id door is always locked
ASt Vizag we are always ar home and if they delivered the information slip to the apartment watchman either...

Beware of DTDC

We had sent a parcel in August 2010 vide consignment no. Z19889091 & unfortunately it got lost (delivered to some other person)... which dtdc couldn't trace, and after waiting for 3 months, we got the FIR Copy...

Immediately after getting the FIR copy we had submitted all the relevant documents to the DTDC Office...

Till date we are waiting to get proper answer from DTDC...

I have send my documents from DTDC COURIER AND CARGO LIMITEDAT 30TH JUNE 2011 AT 2:00 P.M to Mumbai but instead of delivering to Mumbai my documents reached to Kolkata. It was too much urgent as I have applied in a company and they asked me for my documents. It is the matter of my career my life....

I would never encourage anyone to use DTCD courrier service in time o[censored]rgency...they are careless and hopeless and very poor customer service.... I am eagerly waiting for a consignment from Pune to Bangalore...which was posted on 23 of May.... it reached to Bangalore DTCD office on the very next day...and it is more than 8 days and has not reached to me yet... neither they respond my call properly...I will never ever ask any of my clients...

DTDC Couriers of Guindy branch is very unprofessional and one lady is there who will be answering for the calls if we ask for our courier. She is using an abused language and they have delayed in delivered the courier which when asked her by calling she is using the abused words and saying that we are like that only and threatening me like if any courier comes for you next time we dont deliver. This is very irresponsive behaviour and they...

Docket No T40439553 dt. 19th May 2011 booked from M/s.Precision Camshafts Ltd., Solapur to my address at Chennai so far not delivered yet.

Even though their web site shows that the consingment has reached chennai on 21st itself but to my surprise not yet delivered.

When i contacted customer care officials at chennai, they told me that the document gone out for delivery through Ambattore Branch you will get the...

Sir,

I had sent two parcels to my Native (pin - 643223). DTDC said they have service to this area. After few days, they have failed to deliver the goods. They have asked my Uncle to collect the courier from their office which is 30+ Kms from their place. Also, one of the courier has not reached the place as yet.

The actual problem is they have their database of pincodes wrong. 643223 stand for Kotagiri instead...

Never order from KOOVS since they use the DTDC Service and you're never going to get your goods ordered! They're the 2 worst Indian companies combined with the complete wrong attitude towards their own services.

I ordered an item from KOOVS and NEVER RECEIVED it. The same order is available on other on-line shopping stores that didn't charge shipping costs. Koovs does.

Non delivery

Dear Sir

I have booked one packet containing Medicine & Tata photon data card form Gurgaon (Haryana) on 27.04.2011 to Gorakhpur (UP) by DTDC courier service (Reference No Z[protected]. This packet was reached Gorakhpur branch by 30.04.2011.
Today is 05.05.2011, but still packet yet not delivered.

Please suggest what can do?

with great respect and all due submission, i wish to say that I have done on line shopping from itasveer they send through DTDC service. But at gorakhpur when my parcel had arrived on 30 april 11 on same day they called meon my cell, unfortunately i missed it. After few minutes i called back and asked him about my parcel they told me that the boy has gone to deliver. But i can't received the parcel. on same day...

WAS ABOUT TO RECEIVE SOME IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS BY DTDC ON 14th APRIL 2011 IN PUNE. THEY TOLD THE COURIER WILL GET AROUND 3-4 DAYS .BUT IT HAS NOT REACHED ME YET ON 26TH APRIL 2011. ON GOING THROUGH THE SITE, THE DISPLAYED LOCAL NUMBERS ARE BOGUS- NONE OF THEM WORKS. THE PROFESSIONALSA RE JUST TOLD TO DELAY BY ASKING US MORE DAYS AND ITY NEVER HAPPENS. ITS FRUSTATING AND DISGUSTING.
ON MAILING THE MANAGERS THEY REPLY THAT THEY ARE LOOKING...

Very imp. govt. papers booked through domestic courier on 20thApr11(should be delivered next day) from Ambala to Gurgaon, DTDC system shows booking date 21stApr11, then DTDC system shows & their customer care executive informed it is out for delievery on 22ndApr11, till 25th (5 days after booking) afternoon no one came for delievery.
