Sir,
I am Deependra Kumar Dubey, from "New Dharmshala Road, Ward No-16, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran, Bihar-845455".
I had a consignment to be delivered by Bharti Creations, whose head office is "C/o Subhash Photo World,
Shop No.1-7, Bhave Natya Mandir Campus, Vishnudas Bhave Marg, Sangli - 416416 [ MAHARASHTRA ]".They booked the consignment through DTDC, but after more than 20 days... message was given to me by the sender that my address is not found, hence the consignment has been delivered back to us (Although all of my consignments are delivered on the same address frequently). Anyways I once again messaged my address and requested them to send me the same, therefore they booked the same again through DTDC on 05/04/2012 (consignment no. P[protected] from "Sangli Super Franchisee, Sangli". Now after 16 days of booking, I have not been delivered the same, but their online tracking portal says that the consignment is delivered.
Even after producing the printout to the authorised local agent, their response is so pathetic that I can't afford to utter/say.
Now, I have few questions to be asked.
1. Being in the service industry, Does the company has any standard to follow?
2. How much time is required to deliver a consignment in domestic transit?
3. How can it be possible to put a "delivered tag" for a non-delivered product?
4. Now I am at a loss of Rs. 3 Lacs because of their irresponsible attitude and negligence, Who is going to compensate my loss for the same.
5. Which article of law and the constitution gives the right to play with the public property?

Again, after almost an year..i had to send one of my friends' computer to his native..that time i dint have any other option and again opted to send it through DTDC assuming what can they take out of a computer which is well assembled and packed..! After a couple of days, got the call from my friend..! I thought he wanted to acknowledge that he received the computer, but shocked to hear that the hard disk and RAM of the computer were missing..! Felt really frustrated..though there were plenty of other options(which i was unaware of that time), i had opted to send it through DTDC paying a big amount of 1400 Rs..! This time very strongly decided to settle the issue by anymeans..! Somehow reached the same person[the head/director who made me geethopadesam about the behavior of human beings(from DTDC) to steal things and the heart with which the customers have to understand it]. Knowing his ability to make the things topsy turvy finally..i kept my cool for many days and months and kept enquiring and calling him..! Not that he attends my call everytime..i had to call him 10 to 15 times out of which he attends once or twice mistakenly..as months have passed he finally suggested me to enquire only at the branch from where i have actually sent the courier..(Ofcourse that is where i have started)..! When i went to them again..they started asking what did you do these many days, now how is it possible to track and all that rubbish..Because i knew i was dealing this with some other person(whom i dont see anymore) of the same branch for so long for no use..! I had put my 200% effort to get the details and to make them realize their mistake, but all for no use..they never change..i had to give up again as before..! Only thing is i had to feel bad for my friend..ofcourse reason being me for opting DTDC:(..

All this happened in Chennai..and the name of the director whom i was saying about is RAVI..
Also not being a good speaker of tamil..u must understand my struggle to convey all my issues to them:(to all the ppl of DTDC, other than Lord Krishna alias RAVI)
Always choose DTDC to send couriers of only blank A4 sheets..oh no..they will steal that too..scribble something on those sheets..that is the only way to send ur couriers safe..! Anything least useful to customers is most useful for DTDC humans..customer are gods for them..!
