I had Booked a Shipment -B84156417 from Bangalore to NOIDA on 28th june. It has reached NOIDA DTDC office on 29th july Now they are keeping shipment with them and not delivering saying Sec-119 of NOIDA is no service zone for them which has same PINCODE -201301 which is for NOIDA.
I had multiple contacts with Bangalore DTDC Corporate office but Iam disappointed to say they also have sluggish attitude for their customers.
I will suggest all fellow customers who read my post to never use the services of DTDC because not delivering or misplacing shipments is one thing but after that not even responding to your customer calls/emails is pathetic.

Please get reference of my below mail sent to NOIDA Branch where my courier bearing shipment number (B[protected] booked from bangalore is still lying at NOIDA Branch office since 29th July.
When contacted they said the sector -119 under NOIDA pincode-201301 is no service area & then disconnected my phone.
Please convey to supervising officer of DTDC Noida branch to look into this issue and atleast they should bother to receive customer call.

I am Sanjay Kumar from mumbai.
I had brought my computer from Bangalore to Mumbai through DTDC.
I had booked my computer through DTDC on 25th Feburary 2012. They charged me Rs 24, 500 including packaging.
CONSIGNMENT No. : D08467783
They delivered my computer on 28th feburary 2012 in damaged condition.
MY monitor has damaged and not working.
UPS has broken in many pieces such as a glass has broken.
Two speaker is broken into two pieces.
I had communicated to DTDC officer on 3rd march 2012 and he gave me mail id(css.[protected]@dtdc.com) to sent all the details.
On 5th March 2012, i had sent mail to DTDC mail id(css.[protected]@dtdc.com).
Geeta(working in DTDC) reply my mail on 4th April 2012, she wanted my address.
I had reply the mail of Geeta on 4th April 2012.
After that i didnt get the mail from Geeta.
I had called in DTDC several times but i didn't get reply from DTDC.
On 5th may, i had call again to DTDC, mumbai office then she told me that you can talk to bangalore office.
I had talked to Bangalore office and he gave me mail id (CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com ) to forward the mail.
I had forwarded the mail on 5th May 2012.
I got the reply by K. Shivan who is Sr. Executive Customer report.
He wanted scan shipper podcopy, receiver's complete address along with telephone number.
I had replied the mail on 16th May with scan shipper podcopy, receiver's complete address along with telephone number.
After given reminder, he had replied my mail on 31st May of 2012.
He said that Any complaint need to be lodged withinone month of the Booking as mentioned in the shippers copy too.
But it is not my fault. I had complained within a week.
It is a fault of DTDC side.
I am harrased by DTDC and due to my computer damage, my work is effected and i have headche.
So i want to compensation of Rs 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) from DTDC.
