i have a computer institution... i brought 50 pc bag from patna ...so the my bags send dtdc no D08861874 onThu, May 24, 2012, 12:00 AM to bagnan wb.. it contain 50 pc bag each rs:-150/- but i received only 47 pc bag 3 pc missing i complain in the phone no[protected] thay do nothing...but on 21/07/2012 when i went to dtdc counter in bagnan for a new courier .. i see my bag ( identical marks is " computer education council and my no [protected]" printed in the bag") on the hand of dtdc stuff in bagnan branch...they are stolen my bag...is dtdc thief ? stuff name is debashis & amit banerjee .....
plz take necessary staps against them.....
also they take from me rs 250 extra charge for the above courier D08861874 to bring the courier from howrah to bagnan...


is dtdc gatting bader ??? plz tell me that can i trust dtdc or not ?

This is bring your notice that consignment was delivered from Gurogan via DTDC Courier service on 27.06.2012 and with the no:Z65364354 to Mumbai and same has not been received in Mumbai till 10th of July'12.I have contacted the DTDC team several time ( Abishek-Ph :[protected] and same has been dispatched to Kochin and to Delhi their after

I have not received a satisfactory explanation on enquiry on the status. This is really pathetic situation i am facing from a reputed courier agency and hope the authorities should be more responsible.

I have availed DTDC service to send in thee following consignment N93741239 & N93833573 from London to Kolkata on 15the and 21st June respectively.I would like to lodge a complaint for thee following things .

1) All thee pieces which are received are in damaged condition . thee baggage cannot be reused, thee items was mishandled even if it had thee FRAGILE tapes.

2) Number of items especially thee electronic items in consignment N93833573 are missing such as Hair Straighter , Hair dryer ,Wall Clock ,Vacuum Cleaner Parts thee cost of thee items is around 200 GBP

3) Strangely items such as Soap Bar , Spices ,ladies hand bag , Baby Toys, souvenirs,jeweleries ( imitations which are not gold or silver) are also missing .

4) One piece in Consignment N93741239 was not delivered however after one week thee items was delivered on 30the June and thee items was completed broken , it had three canvas , thee cost of thee canvas was 100 GBP , we have checked in front of thee delivery person and submitted thee complaint in writing to thee delivery boy to get it handed over thee operations manager , Mr Dhiraj told that it is under investigation but still there is no update

When we booked thee items from DTDC Heathrow for consignment (N[protected] Mr Anil told that DTDC is committed to thee customer service and theey would do shrink wrap , thee shipment will be well managed . During thee custom check , DTDC personnel will be present to see that nothing is damaged or missing. Looking in to all thee commitments I did not bothered of thee rates (quite high compared to thee other service providers in London ) and went ahead to book thee consignment withe DTDC Heathrow. but seems I had opted thee wrong option to choose such service provided withe false promises .

We sent one courier(DTDC sevices) from B'anglore(RAJAJINAGAR MASTER FRANCHISEE (MF) to Sonepat(Haryana), even after 15 days we did not receive it. Sonepat sevice dept sent it back to B'lore though we personally checked with Sonepat branch(Sector 14) 3-4 times with tracking no B85071301. It was very urgent courier.

We tried calling courier customer service everyday[protected] / 76 / [protected] ,[protected] /[protected] but nobdy responded.
We even tried Sonepat service contact no(Haryana) but nobody responded. Even we sent 3-4 mails to hubmgr.[protected]@dtdc.com,
ops.[protected]@dtdc.com but no reply. We even complained online also but still nobody answerd(Ref no CFD0058480).

I had Booked a Shipment -B84156417 from Bangalore to NOIDA on 28th june. It has reached NOIDA DTDC office on 29th july Now they are keeping shipment with them and not delivering saying Sec-119 of NOIDA is no service zone for them which has same PINCODE -201301 which is for NOIDA.

I had multiple contacts with Bangalore DTDC Corporate office but Iam disappointed to say they also have sluggish attitude for their customers.

I will suggest all fellow customers who read my post to never use the services of DTDC because not delivering or misplacing shipments is one thing but after that not even responding to your customer calls/emails is pathetic.

When contacted they said the sector -119 under NOIDA pincode-201301 is no service area & then disconnected my phone.

Please convey to supervising officer of DTDC Noida branch to look into this issue and atleast they should bother to receive customer call.

1 my fiance had sent me a courier on 23june2012, docket no.-z63767747 from gurgaon dtdc.
2. at the time of booking she had inquired of the delivery service to my place which the booking person had confirmed.
3.but the courier was not delivered till 29 june. on enquiry it was revealed by DTDC HEAD OFFICE,PIMPRI that courier had been recieved but I would have to collect it from their office as my place was a non-delivery one according to them.
4. on 30june atlast i went to collect the courier at their office in KASARWADI and there i found that the courier was already open. on inquiry the person at desk told that this happens to couriers in transit. i was shocked to hear such an irresponsible answer from the employee of the company which claims to be no.1 in courier delivery across INDIA.
5. To summarize no attempt was made to contact me on the other hand i had to only collect it and then it was open..

one of my packet was supposed to be delivered to me through dtdc courier services, but neither i have received the packet and on contacting them they always say that we need time for 2 3 days and n resolution is done whatsoever .On calling them they dont pick up the telephones.

Please make sure that i get my packet because I paid for it.

I MADE A CALL MANY TIMES TO KNOW THE STATUS FO MY CONSIGNMENT BUT I DID NOT GET ANY SATISFYING ANSWER FROM YOU EMPLOYERS .
Consignment (M[protected] was booked on 4 June 2012 from Mumbai but I have not received my consignment yet As i am living in Mumbai it is supposed and it should take 2-3 day from the book date as it is delivered in Mumbai itself . If the consignment take 23days or more than that then what’s the bloody hell use of courier booking???????

This is to inform you that there was a lot of harrashment for me when the courier was not delivered on time. I called them several times but they said that it is not possible to deliver today. This happened for 3 to 4 days and today also when I called them up and told them to do the delivery they said that they won't be able to do.

This a shame for DTDC courier services that the courier reached Raigarh and it is not getting delivered on time. Please take severe action for this because I really had a lot of harrasment because of this.

I had given an envelope to DTDC franchisee in Rajajinagar on 27th May to be delivered to Akshaynagar which is nearly 20km from my place. Now I found that they don't have service there it seems. I'm surprised that a Bangalore based courier company, doesn't have full coverage within the city. I am ok with that, but even after 8 days they ve not returned the consignment. Some one in Rajajinagar office keeps telling they have sent it for delivery and bangs the phone. Now I know why they are not doing well in their business.

I am very disappointed with their service and would like to inform you that
i have still not received my courier till 22.05.2012. I am trying to contact you
to their sangli branch and Malad (E) branch from last 5 days. Nobody is
giving proper answers and response.

Then again i contacted in sangli branch, I got the confirmation that my

was not even ready to talk properly. He just said please call on our

Then after contacting customer care, he said my courier is dispatched in
goregaon branch on 19.05.2012. When i asked him why it took so long time to
deliver, he was unable to answer. He just gave me Goregaon branch direct
contact no. of the person as [protected]. And again as expected nobody is
picking up the phone from morning.

please help me out I am in a urgent need of that courier.

If this is the service ther are providing to the customer then i don't think so
anyone will come to them for any courier service.

on 22.05.2012, From morning I am trying to track my courier calling number of times to different persons but still no response from any one. Infact they are not even ready to give me the address where my courier is loaded so that i can go to that office and collect my courier. I am really fed up of this service. This is why INDIA is still 50 years back from others.....

They sent an SMS that my items have been shipped using DTDC Consignment F06557834
When I tracked the consignment on 21 May on DTDC website, They told me that the items have been damaged I didnot recieved any of the items.
Inspite of my various complaints by email and phone to Yebhi.com, they till date have not given any resoution.
Their customer service is worst and they don't track previous customer communication history and on each call/email, they open a new incident and it all begins again.

It has been 10 times at least, they keep you on IVR for more than 30 minutes once you press 2 for order status on number[protected] thay you have to disconnect the call in frustration.

I want to taking a hard action against DTDC.

Hi, My Self Raju N S feels pity to write like the on such a established Courier Company DTDC . Company MD Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty should go through this complaint to improve themselves in competitive world.

My Brother in Low has purchased some spares for his Byke from Gurgaon and send to native Kerala( Thrissur ) through his friend in Gurgaon by DTDC Courier.

Very unfortunate to tell you that the consignment not yet reached destination. Since he is working in abroad he could not follow up with them till date.
By myself tried to contact Mr. Renjith R Nair ( AGM Cochin region ) and Ms Radhika P ( Sr. Manager Corporate office ) but no response from them.

There is a humble request to consumers who rely on DTDC to send their Valuable , there is no guarantee on the delivery of the same at destination.
Even though there is any customer complaint there is nobody to help customers in DTDC Company.

on 27.2.12 I ordered hair dryer with infibeam for rs470/-. It was shipped on 27.3.2012 through dtdc courier. Till date I don't receive the product. till this date they are keeping this order illegally. I tried to contact chennai apex (chennai apex [protected] regarding this, they DID not pick the call. For 1 1/2 months, they neither return the product nor complete the order. What a worst service they are doing!

I have sent an envelope to Tadepalli, Guntur Dist bearing a consignment # h00322148 on Wednesday, May 02, 2012. It han’t received the destination till now. your website says that the status is attempted but they havent. The phone number mentioned and the address are never very clear. When enquired at the delivery center of this area they confirmed that they received on saturday but they havent delivered to the designated location. they are giving some c*ck and bull stories when asked for reason. the area tadepalli is also not that big and can be covered in an hr by walk.Its insane that DTDC have such a lethargic franchise who is delivering such a useless service. i had a great opinion about your courier service however this incident proved me wrong.when i booked in Hyd on wednesday they said that the envelope will go with in 2 days however its more than 8 days till now and the courier service is not even bothered to deliver the envelope. there is no contact number for the franchise in the website and the receiver have to fiddle around to find some contact number.i have been cheated at both the ends. both the franchises are trying to fool around with the people.my sugession is never to use this service at all. The govt postal service is faaaaar better than these useless jokers.

I manoj kumar singh from patna had given an urgent document to DTDC on the 2nd of May 2012 vide docket no. K54648490 for Raipur and I was told that it will be delivered in latest by 5th of May 2012. But in spite of regular follow up till date the document is not delivered till date.In spite of visit at the branch no one took the initiative to track and give me the exact status and I could not get any help on it. Through this I request to please help me get the delivery on immediate basis since I am tired of follow up here and I think that here no one here can give me any solution. I think this is the poorest service which I have seen in my life and DTDC is the worst service provider where only taking money is the motto and there is no one to look after the customers grievances.

I Nikhil Rajawat from Mira Steels have sent 11 parcels to kathmandu - Kitchen trading concern via dtdc nalasopara branch....as per the talks with manjunath cell no - [protected]goods would be delivered to kathmandu 3rd day after despatchment and rate was agreed at 100/-rs per kgs but lastly they charged 145/-per kgs including some charges...as we Noticed it lately they disagree to refund it......lately the goods were sent on 17th april 2012...
