I was sent an envelop containing a cheque, by DTDC (Desk To Desk Courier) from Bengaluru to Mumbai. The normal looking envelop contained a cheque. No one at the office of DTDC was able to answer my query as to where my courier was. After passage of 4 days, DTDC Courier company Mumbai called to tell me that the courier was handed over to building's watchman, an act no one would accept as responsible. I have sent a courier to my native place form pune to raigarh 6 day's back and still myh courier is not deliverd.
while calling in given number either the phone is busy all the time or no one is pick up the call.
The serive of DTDC courier is very very bad...and even the customer servicve responce.

Please take it seriouly and ask the HELL DTDC to make its service good or banned this courier serive...
