That we have been booking consignments to Guwahati by AIR Cargo on freight paid Basis after paying heavily for AIR FREIGHT and with the assurance of delivery with in 2-3 days but we regret to inform you that goods are nor getting delivered even after 7 -8 days.
What we believe is that goods are booked on BY AIR basis with freight charged on air basis while goods are sent by road or surface.

DTDC Courier Service — Absolutely hopeless customer support
I have a courier booked from greater noida to indore. The courier was from army institute of management. it was booked on 31th oct 08. and today 6th nov 08 i still didnt get the courier. when i called cust support, they asked for docked number. i didnt have docked number as it was posted in bulk from AIM. Even they havent received the receipt of the booking. When i was enquiring about any other way to track the courier on[protected], the lady on phone simply banged the phone. these recruited by such a multinational company do not know how to behave with the cust.
