We have ID card, but there are spelling Mistacs and wrong name in my and my husbands ID card. Also we have change the resident since 3 years but my no names are there in election list. and we have given the all data to our ward chandranager, Ahmedabad but no photo ID given still a date. 5.february.09.

I have already filled up requisite form for enrolment in voter list and all concerning docus e.g. age proof certificate, ration card, xedrox copy of voter Identity Card issued earlier during 1992, Voter identity card of my husband (Gautam Kumar Kayal, he who already kept in voter list), Linkage certificate from Kalyani Municipality and councillor.
