Please let me know, whether we eligible to receive our VOTER ID CARDS ?

this is to inform that Chakram Singh - father's name R.C. Singh residing at 134, tumaul, town/village tumaul, anchal - ghanshyampur, distt. - dharbhanga has taken loan by letting and putting election card on mortgage in Mumbai along with other bank documents and Stamp Paper / Bond of rupees 100/- in the year 2009 till date he has not paid the Loan amount.the person from whom he has taken the loan amount has started legal proceedures on scrutinizing the documents election voting card was also found with other documents.

In the said case Chakram singh both sons kanhaiya singh and mithun singh are too involved, as part of payment was used by chakram singh in starting courier business for mithun singh while kanhaiya singh was duely involved as a partner in mumbai in starting tiffin and vc hotel in tardeo mumbai sharing profit and losses equally by father and son.

thus this is a shame that a voting card given to the person to prove his right to vote at times of election but the same has been misused for h'is personal benefits, gains & achieving loans on basis of government election card.

thus it is informed the incharges and election commision officers to investigate on the said matter as it is a disgust on behalf of residents of bihar - dharbhanga using such illegal practises and spoiling the name of bihar

we totally agree to the complaint sent by people who are using election voting cards for their selfish nature and spiling the name of bihar in the history of india these people should be taken to task by the police and legal authorities due to misusing of the government documents and gaining loans and personal benefits from the government documents later on running away to their native place in bihar and making bihar faulty due to wrong deeds of their.

requesting the government authorities and police to look into such matters as government name is spoiled as and when people use government documents for their personal interest.

I wish to kindly inform you that I have noticed in the previous elections; that at the election booths the card board boxes/partitions are not high enough to give the voter any confidence of voting without anybody knowing who they voted for. The height of the card board boxes are so low that the people who sit and watch can guess correctly who one is voting for. On the last occasion one of seated people even had the temerity to say aloud to the person seated beside him as to whom I voted for as I went past them after casting my vote.

Kindly increase the height of the cardboard box to cover even the eye level. For the following reasons:

1. It is a known fact that there are goonda elements everywhere who give out money to ensure votes are cast as per their direction.
2. They watch keenly and can often guess by the observing the eye level, the elbow level and the thrust when pressing the button as to where the finger was likely placed.
3. People will lack confidence and become very uncomfortable while casting votes and those that are guilty of having taken money, even more so.
4. There is no secret ballot if this is allowed and therefore unconstitutional.

Please prescribe minimum height and ensure strict enforcement of the same.

Sir,

I and my wife applied for new Voter id card in Chennai. And provided necessary proofs for address. I got the voter id Serial number but the address has been changed in the voter id.

I am really worried about Indian government employees why they cant able to work accurate. Always creating problems.

I am ready to show the proof of my form submition and the address changed in the voter id. Also same thing happend to my Ration card. My submitted address is different and the addres present in ration card is different. Please provide me the right way whom I need to complaint and make such irregualr government employees to go home.

If we appoint young guys i am 100% sure they will make our country very good. Please assist me how to complaint such activitys with the proof.

Election Commission — Name striked off from the Voter's list

Dear Sir,

I have been voting for the past 3 times from this same booth. But, this time to my surprise and dismay, when I went to vote this morning, I found that my name has been striked out from the voters' list. Moreover, the booth is situated within our own school campus.

even though today is an polling day for TN, am & my family is willing to vote but those who are sitting in the booth they are saying that the is no name founded in there list.

wheather the Election Commission of India has considering this or not i dn't know.many of them are suffering without there right to vote then how the election will be succesfull without those who doesn't have the right to vote.

We had our names in the last election but in this election, we are surprised that none of our names are listed though we have bonafide Ration card with all our names entered in that. Our present house address is : 29/13 ROyal Buiilders, Irusappa gramani street, Triplicane, chennai - 600005.

Nobody had turned up to give us ID card or taking our details to issue voter ID. In this way we are deprived of casting our votes. Plse take immediate action.

I myself was an officer at the time of voters being photographed for the purpose of issunig Photo-voter id cards. But even after maikng my complaints several times in person I could not get my id. I gave up my endeavour in utter dejection.
