[Resolved] Election Commission Of India — non receipt of postal ballot

To election commission delhi sub:non receipt of postal ballot sir, I had sent a reqest to returning officer of 49-narnaund assembly for postal ballot through speed post no. SP EH[protected]IN from Head Post Office, rohtak(Haryana) dated 01/10/2009 because i was on duty as presiding officer in election. But there was no response given by the concerced authority. No postal ballot paper was sent to me. Please take some necessary and proper action against that concerned authority because this is just like taking away my voting right. Elections — Postal Ballot

Respected Sir,

I am enlisted as a voter in Asansol, Burdawan, West Bengal. constituency.
Due to official work i am out of town and will not be there to cast my vote on 7th may.
Please tell me the procedure to cast postal ballot and whom to approach for.
