I left my previous organisation without serving notice period, so could you tell if i can relieve my provident fund without my employers signature. Its been more than year that i have left that organisation. Do let me know the procedure to get my provident fund from that organisation?

Dear Sir,

I have made a claim for my P.F through my employer Teamlease (IDBI Bank) in August 2008, EPFO employees told me that i get my P.F amount in two parts, after 3 months i got first part of pf amount i.e Rs. 3783 dated 27/11/08. but now i have not recieved second part of my pf till date.
The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
what should i do,


In this situation, I earnestly request you to extend your cooperation such that I can get the refund at an early date. Hope, you will realize my situation and consider my appeal.

Sir,
I have applied for PF claim on 04 December 2008 under account no.HR/26261/188(Haryana)
but till date I did not get the amount, .Whereas the other man who applied on 22 December
his case was finalised on 30 March but my case was not finalised yet. This is rediculus.
The PF office is not doing work honoustly.

How Many Balance In My Pf Account

I have applied for my PF final settelment form on 11/12/2008 at Sub-Regional office Plot #43, Sector-44 Gurgaon, Haryana. The form states that the claim should be settled by 10/01/2009 or else to contact the Officer Incharge but still it is "under process" which to my understanding is "unexplainable" . This is not a complaint. I need clarification wrt loan from my EPF a/c.
SInce 1992 working in Private sector and I have not taken any loan till now from EPF.
Now I am going to take loan to purchase land or building.So, how much (%) I can get from my a/c.

Dear Sir,

I have left my company in april 2008, immidiately I have submitted my PF withdrawl form to company, and the same form was accepted by the EPFO (Kandivali - West, Charkop) on 1st august 2008.
however I have not yet received the claim. for the above claim I had gone to your PF office in the month of Feb 2009, that time I came to know The person who was handling my case was expired and case was pending due to queri (Father's cmplete name was not mentioned), On his place new staff has joined but immediately he has been appointed for Election Duty . because of that queri was not solved, Don't you think, he should handover his work to other staff, same day I have solved my queri, i.e. in feb 2009 and same day my form was send to EDP Section, Person said you will get your claim within a month that should be in month of March 2009 not in March 2010. yet I have not received PF settelement in my Account, this is my 1st and last letter to you, after receiving this letter I should get my claim within 6 working days, otherwise I will go to Labour court for the same
