Dear Sir,

I have left my company in april 2008, immidiately I have submitted my PF withdrawl form to company, and the same form was accepted by the EPFO (Kandivali - West, Charkop) on 1st august 2008.
however I have not yet received the claim. for the above claim I had gone to your PF office in the month of Feb 2009, that time I came to know The person who was handling my case was expired and case was pending due to queri (Father's cmplete name was not mentioned), On his place new staff has joined but immediately he has been appointed for Election Duty . because of that queri was not solved, Don't you think, he should handover his work to other staff, same day I have solved my queri, i.e. in feb 2009 and same day my form was send to EDP Section, Person said you will get your claim within a month that should be in month of March 2009 not in March 2010. yet I have not received PF settelement in my Account, this is my 1st and last letter to you, after receiving this letter I should get my claim within 6 working days, otherwise I will go to Labour court for the same

The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
Kindly look in to the matter

Even I am facing the same issues as mentioned above trying to contact the PF department for information but the no's provided are never answered or when answered they never provide you the information.

Please provide the no's of the person who can help me with getting the correct information about my PF.

I availed the loan from ICICI Bank Ambala City Branch. But Your office has sent the cheque to ICICI Bank Ambala Cantt Branch. They returned the cheque to your office.

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my pf claim around 3 years back and company has given me the details that they have processed my claim and issued 2 cheques against my pf amount to my bank account but till today there is no credit in my account...

After that they have suggested me to provide a request letter to reissue the cheques and the same has been submitted 4 times but the problem is still unresolved...Pls find the below mentioned cheque details, which they have provided to me...

EPF DEPT DELHI — NOT RECEIVEC OF PF AMOUNT AFTER FILLING PAPER FOR MORE THAT 6 MONTHS

Dear Sir

with ref. to above, i beg for your help for getting refund of PF amount which was submitted to my earlier employer in EPF dept, nehru Centre branch Delhi..

we have submitted form on 14 nov 2008 but still we are waiting for the PF amount, normally as per information what is mentioned on the site of EPF dept. Refund of PF amount is credited in one month, but now after passing 6 months we have not received any thing ..

Please help me to get the return of PF amount from EPF dept.
