Dear Sir/Madam,

I had submitted my PF Form (PF No. MH/94723/20758) in March 2009 through my previous employer Sparsh BPO Services Ltd. Its been almost 3 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up the Previous employer but they have not been giving me any reply. I also tried calling the Kandivli (W) Mumbai PF office but nobody answers the phone. I'm in need of that money but both the company & PF office are not paying any attention & taking consumer for granted. Its not a charity they are doing, I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary.

PF office people don't reply to our queries.
The Regional PF commissioner, 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (East), Mumbai. Try calling Tel: 26470000/03 Ext. 2307/08.The lady keeps the phone on hold for several hours without any reason. She will get the details and keep us waiting. And strange thing is they don't even mute the call, you can hear all junk that is happening on other side of call.
This is pethetic. No value to our money savings. Can you imagine government is deducting this amount from our salary every month, promising to refund at our old ages. This institutions don't even bother to reply to our queries at this age, forget to get any refund later.

Provident Fund — Not Recieved my PF

I have applied for my PF in May 2009. It's Almost 60 days or More . I didn't recieved any response when I made a complaint, they said you will recieve in Next few days.
Again I went the officer . He said come tomorrow you can collect your cheque by 24th July 2009, but nothing happened and said come on Monday.
I don't know what to do.

Nehru Place Regional PF Office IN Delhi — Non receipt of claim after 1.5 years

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, Terex Vectra Equipment Pvt Ltd. had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in December 2007. The PF Account No. is "DL/28179/034". By September 2008 though I recieved claim for Form No. 19 but No claim against Form 10C has been recieved till date ( July 2009 ) . For your information ref. 28717535 dt. 24th Sep 08
I recieved a letter asking me to submit proof of my birth certificate which was submitted in October again it was informed to bring original Passport & Class X th certificate only then my application would be recieved finally in November 08 as per satisfaction of PF office Form 10c was again submitted at Nehru Place PF office . Now my friend who visited PF office with photocopy of documents was told to bring proof of my death certificate when I confirmed I am alive it was told I have to resubmit form as it has been sent back to my previous employer and it has been lost.

Can I know how do I get this claim in my account now ?

The Non Applicant (Company) has Its Authorized Service Center at Pune, Sholapur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad and Amravati for Maharashtra Circle.

I requested several times by email & through phone communication to the Circle office for Maharashtra region at Pune and to the Head Office at New Delhi, to clear my Provident Fund for which I had applied at our Circle Office Pune on 07 Sept 2007. But the Non Applicant (Company) didn’t respond as they has Closed the ASC at Amravati location and later on 31st Mar 2009 the Circle office at Pune was also closed.

After this we talked several times over phone regarding the mentioned issue with 1) Mr. Paribhesh Mishra 2) Mr. Pradhan (Both in account Deptt. at Head Office- New Delhi) & with 3) Mr. Chandrapal (H.R. Deptt- H.O., New Delhi), but they didn’t responded in proper manner and their answer is only do what ever you want we can’t release your P.F as the company is closed.

Through this letter I am requesting, please look into the above-mentioned matter and avail me the benefits under PF law’s from the said company i.e. the Non Applicant. So that my PF amount from concerned department will be released, as I had already submitted the PF form to the Non applicant’s Circle Office at Pune.

I had also registered an online complaint at your web-site on date 12th May 2009, the reference number of which is CEPFO/E/2009/05283. Unfortunately, I have not received any response of my online application.

Hoping you will kindly look into the above mentioned matter and Justice will be given in my favour.

EMPLOYEE — PF fund not give to me

Hi,

I worked with a company named Aptech Pvt Ltd, Patrachar Vidhyalaya, Lucknow Road, Timar Pur in Delhi, I had complete the project & I left that company in 10th October 2008. I had submitted the my PF form in my office date 20th October 2008.
I was told that i would get my amount max in 3years & 2 month. But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed (email) them, but no response from there.No any buddy person talk to us.

Please sir take the action as soon as possible.
