[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Customer care
Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers
