Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

Customer ID No :[protected] . We have an "Aquasure Ivory Model" water purifier for which we have been regularly having an Annual Maintenance Contract/ Service Contract . Currently we have a contract Receipt No[protected] dated 18.2.2014 for 1 year valid up to 17.2.2015 for which we paid Rs 1, 475 . The service has been very poor right from beginning and the service agents keep changing for the past few years . They never stick to their timings or word and do not replace spare parts in time - long delays are there and we have to keep on reminding them for weeks ! Workmanship is also very poor and problem starts again and again . Now Mr Ramachandra ( Mob :[protected] came here on 27th Aug morning ( after the service technician Sudhakar ( mob[protected] promised to come but failed to turn up - he was also very rude ! ) along with your Eureka Forbes Service Rep Mr Lokesh ( Mob[protected] and after complaining replaced the cartridge filter ( over 2 years old ) but then the MCB was not working ( red light not going off ), which was pointed out by us not him - he wanted to just escape after replacing the filter ! He then said he will replace the MCB after 3 days . we have been phoning up Mr Ramachandra every day but he gives some excuse or another saying part is not available . We are really fed up with these people and will never go in for your products again ! Please URGENTLY look into the matter and take necessary action . We are going out of station for 2 weeks from Monday Sept 8th afternoon . Aqua guard has the worst customer service centre.I have bought aqua guard water filter pride model through Mr.Manohar in February 2014 through Bommanahalli branch Bangalore.According to him it was the best model suitable for the water in our area after TESTING the quality.Within a month it stopped working and from that day daily I call customer service centre.Everyday they kept giving me a number to call .Three of them had come home in the past 6 months .But nothing happened .Now it had become my routine to call them everyday regarding this .Please anyone tell me how to complaint in consumer service centre, and my advice is that next time somebody knock your door saying from Aqua guard don't risk to open your door., That is the only time you see them listening to you.
Eureka Forbes in one of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. One of their Franchisee from Nerul J M J enterprises ([protected]) has taken away my Euroclean Extreme Vaccum cleaner 2 weeks back and yet to repair and give this back. The system is out of warranty and they claim that motor has to be replaced and when I asked about returning of the defective part the agency claims that this is not the company policy.


The promises during sale is not at all kept by the company and 1 * is for their " Vasool Culture". If you do a sales call they reach in 30 minutes. If you do a service call they do not respond in 30 days.


My number is +91 [protected] and I can share my experience if anyone is going to buy a Euroclean stuff. My recommendation is do not ever buy a Eureka Forbes product.

Well said. Eureka Forbes has 0 value for Customer service. They have hired Cheap attitude representative like Shivu and Dilip from #5 Jayachamarjendra Ind. Layout, Yelchenhalli, Uttarahalli Bangalore 560060 . Please don't buy any products from Eureka Forbes representatives they no manners and they don't answer calls for any problem related calls nor they will respond to our calls.. They will pickup calls from unknown thinking it might be a sales calls. The representative i took the Euroclean misguided us and Our Euroclean has stopped working less than 30days from the day i have bought. I called to tell him the same and he said, he will lodge a complaint and call me its been 5days no response from them if we call them they are least bothered to pick call nor call back. I am disappointed that i didnot read the reviews about Eureka Forbes and take a decision whether to buy or not. Please don't make the same mistake i have made. Please think hundred times before investing money on such crap company products. I know I will never get my money back but at least this can save some elses money.

Had booked the Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO on 21st Nov 2015 online. Sales person told the product will be delivered in 1-2 days, but payment confirmation mail says 8 days to deliver a product. So do not trust what they say before buying. T
They sent a tracking number of the deliver. The product is in Bangalore and need to deliver to Bangalore. Item booked on 23rd and reached me on 27th Nov 2015 evening, From there it started.
Now on 27th i raised a request for free fresh installation . They told it will be service within 24Hrs. No mail confirmation, SMS confirmation about the request. Till today called the customer support more than 20 times. They will tell we are escalating the request.

For a city like Bangalore the service is like this, will never ever recommend Eureka Forbes. Staring from delivery to installation need to follow with customer support continuously.

even the managers don't know how to tackle customers, they will speak as they want.

I have been using Aquaguard water filter for more than 25 years and I am very happy with service of the product as well as after sales service. Now my water filter has become quite old so I have decided to go in for a new water filter. Around 2 weeks back, I was approached by one of your sales representative and they convinced me to go in for a new filter MEGNA. Your representative Mr. Govindraj (Cell No. [protected]) visited my residence and after taking the measurements of the site where the unit has to be fixed. He told me the size of old and the new unit is same and within two hours they will fix the unit. They delivered the filter after few days. Mr. Kartik (Cell No. [protected]) visited my place for fixing the unit and informed me that some plumbing work has to be carried out to adjust the new filter. He also requested that I may have to pay the cost of the material which may not exceed Rs. 100 and I told him that I will pay the same but work must be carried out immediately.

I am sorry to inform you that in spite of making so many calls on their above mentioned cell numbers, the unit is still not been fixed. Now they are not replying to my calls. I will be happy if you can arrange to fix the unit without any delay or as a last resort take the filter back and return the money and cancel the order. I have been approached by some other manufactures who can supply the unit and fix it immediately. As you are aware Chennai is going through sever water problems.

I will inform you the subsequent progress

i had chat on your site on 3/4/17 and lodged a complain with them and they promised that they will take my request and the filter will be fixed in 48 hours.. The request no. is [protected]. But I am sorry to inform you that no body has contacted me and the filter is still lying in my residence awaiting installation.

I will request you to arrange installation of the filter or arrange to refund the amount paid by me.

Hope to here from you immediately. I never expected this type of service from a multinational company.

No Rating is equals to WORST Services

Dear Team,

This is to your reference that, I have purchased Aquaguard RO Purifier from Eureka Forbes in the month of October 2017 at Kukatpally Hyderabad.

Presently the purifier is not functioning since 10 days.

I have raised a service request on 14th Dec 2017 from our registered mobile number and received a Service request No - [protected].

Since then there was no proper response from your company with regards to the service, infact I have tried to follow up several times and spoke to several customer care executives for the same .

Your Soo called excutives have committed or assured to send the service person at the earliest for the service or to rectify the issue. but till date No technician or Service person is been assigned to rectify or sort out the issue.

Moreover I have requested your customer care executives that we have kids at our place who are getting affected with the consumption of water from bubbles which we has to be purchased for the time being.

If this is the customer service you guys are providing...How do we TRUST or refer your company or Products to our friends or relatives in the future.

Hence requesting you to sort out the issue at the earliest with out any delays.
