Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

I have made several complaints regarding non-working of R.O Plant, for the past three months. But you have sent your service person Mr. Pandia Ram, Cell No[protected],
one week before.

Our complaint is, level controller was not working and non- purification of water.
Both the complaints were not attended by your service person, and asked me to renew the AMC, then only my complaint will be under taken.

I am not able to understand that the AMC is valid up to 13.10.2009, and Why are you insisting me to renew the AMC Without attending my complaint? The water purification unit is not working for the past three months.

While making contact with your office, and Mr. Pandia Ram, for the past one week nobody was response me till date.

You are requested to take necessary action to rectify the complaints in RO Plant immediately, otherwise I will be compelled to take legal action against you.

fibes servise franchisees don't raelly care for the customers comlaint. All they care for is to bother the customer to get their Annuak maintenance contract renewed and then hey will sleep for rest of the year.
they remember when the AMC is due but always forgets when the service is due. This company seems to be run by idiotics who are asleep dreaming that they still are the only company selling the water purifiers in India. Wake-up Eureka Forbes before it is too late for you.

THIS COMPANY IS TOTL FRAUD AND DO NOT GIVE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FILLED WITH LOADS OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ESPECAILLY MEMBRANE
I HAVE PURCHASED AN AQUASURE RO ON 10-AUG-2009 AND IT GOT THANKFULLY INSTALLED ON 12TH AUGUST ON THE SECOND DAY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS REGAZRDING FLOW OF WATER FROM PURIFIER AND AFTER THAT IT GOT SERVICED BY COMPANY 5 TIMES AS WATER COMING OUT WAS NOT FIT FOR DRINKING NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL REPLACE MEMBRANE WHILE LOTS OF SCRATCHES HAS BEEN DEVELOPED ON THE PRODUCT AND THAT SCRATCH IS GETTING CORRODED
WHAT I AM SAYING THEM IS TO REPLACE PRODUCT FULLY BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING SO

I agree 100% with Shinoi. And to top it all, their manager says, "why don't you buy our RO system? We provide excellent service for it, but the vacuum cleaner service is admittedly poor!"
If this is the state of affairs at such a reputed MNC(?), is it not better to buy a Chinese product at half the price where we know for sure that there is no warranty, guarantee or service?
I have purchased a water purifier Aqua guard CLASSIC and i have entered AMC for the past three years i.e.right from purchase. This year 2009 second visit has done only after three months lapse. The pre filtetr is to be replaced ON CHARGE as per technician. But with AMC why i should pay cost of spares.I have contacted customer care Smt. RAJESWARI and agreed for free replacement. but till date there is no response. no body visited. this kind of poor response and performance is irritatd on Forbes and I will not purchase any product from this make and I will tell all frieds and relatives not to purchase any item from Eureka Forbes.
I Have 6nos aquaguard in Guru Nanak Hospital station Road Ranchi, Jharkhand. It is a 150 bedded hospital.I have taken the A.M.C for the all the manchines but i am very sorry to sat that the service of your company is very bad.Even Ihave taken the A.M.C i am not getting the servicesw at a time.One of the machine is not working I would request you to kindlt look into the matter .& please give your services properly.As it is a hospital the waterrequirement is very urgent for drinking .The forth floor mancine is not working properly.
they r REAL CHEATERS.. just 2 months back only installed one water filter. but the machine s simply sleeping in my home... No use.. TRICHY DIVISION representatives n service men r senthil (incharge), ganesan(manager) useless fellows... really they dont know the value of customers.. for this machine i m complained 20 times.. but they r not rectifying the problem.. they should feel for this... let them know wat is customer service, customer value...?
The performance of Eureka Forbes products may be fine in the initial days. But the service is too bad and the quality of the service makes the customer feels very sad and disappointed. Also it prooves that purchasing a Eureka forbe product turns up as a punishment. I am facing worst service in Hyderabad location as I made a mistake of purshasing Aqua guard booster model. Even the regular service is NOT getting done as per the schedule and after serveral number of follow-ups

Eureka forbes - Reviva — Leakage in m/c since installation

the m/c bought on 25/09 has leakage since installation the service executive ( Raju Tiwari) said that he would come back and rectoify the same but did not take action and was rude when called to remind. Subsequently hv ben complaining almost everyday on company's helline but n action has been taken and no executive visited the site.

Also at time of installation no TDS test was done and at that time was promised that will be conducted after installation but never done

Am very frustrating and if nothing works then will hv to approach the consumer court for litigation.

On purchase your representative from BIG BAZAR given me the phone no. [protected] for installation or any problem. after 15days I have faced a discreet problem : after start up flow stopped within 1minuit, red LED glow.
On complain on the no.[protected], Mr. Ritesh Gupta ([protected]) came to my home at Panipat, BACK FLASH the system and told me now system is absolutely Okey. But same problem I am facing after 2 days of BACK FLASHING till date.
Please tell me what I should to do, so that system will be free of problem OR replace with new one.

phillips vaccuum cleaner — machine not working

i purchased a vaccuum cleaner on 30th september 2009 from stara bazaar. it is worth Rs.3000/= and from day 1 it is not working when i complained about it to the above said store they say it is not their headache and we must go to phillips service centre for this which is far away from our house and it is not possible for me to go again and again for this
so i want to know are the suppliers not liable for the product.
Eureka Forbes is not bothered about the compaints. i really regret having purchased their product.

I had given a complaint on 16.07.09 at 3.15pm vide complaint no 81577481, till today ie 22.10.09 nobody of youe executives have turned up and i am fed up with your services. If this problem is not rectified within 24hrs i will be going to the consumer court stating the problem with Eureka Forbes.
Services for Eureka Forbes water purifier are very poor in varanasi.serviceman not coming on time and always ask additional charges on each visit.

Eureka forbes Water purifier - Ultra model — No after sales service

We have bought water purifier - Ultra model from the company on 4th July 2008.

We have requested the company for servicing the product and to replace the water tank as it was having leakage.Their officials visited twice after several reminders but did not service the product nor they have replaced the tank as we were ready to pay the charges to replace the tank.

Eureka Forbes — Leakage through tap of water purifier since installation

I have purchased a water purifier (AQUAGARD) on Oct.'2009 from a dealer at Gurgaon, Haryana and found leakage since installation by company service personnel. I asked them to replace as it is manufacturing defect but they refused and tried to repair but failed. Again asked to replace as it is having one year warranty but they refused. I asked the dealer but told only company service engineer can decide, but service engineer refused.
I have lodged a complaint on 2nd Nov '09. but even after 4 working days no body called me up on this regard.. every day I called twice to customer care but not get a proper response from them.. even I complaint the same to customer care manager, but still he is also not responded properly.. very bad service ever seen..
Dear Sir,

I had purchased Classic E Boiling water filter from you on 25.11.2008. Recently the municipal people had come for water testing and I had the water in my house also tested by them. The TDS in the water tank and the TDS of the water after filtration shows the same.

I lodged a complaint and your service engineer had come and tested the water and found the same TDS in both the municipal water and the water after filtration. He asked me to speak to the Sales person and tell him the problem. I spoke to Mr. Upendra who did the sale of the aqua machine to me, he said he will speak to the Manager and get back to me but till date nobody seems to bother. I had spoken the complaint department today and again lodged the complaint. May be from the beginning from when the machine is installed we must be drinking the same water not knowing how to differentiate until the municipal people tested the water.

I would request you to please look into this and have the filter replaced immediately.

Being a noted company just going by brand name i had selected eureka forbes and i feel i have been cheated by your people. Common people will not know the difference unless and untill it is explained.

I appeal to you to take action immediately.
