Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Put AMC to the unit. And I have mentioned the contract no. & complaint no.
And how many times I have to contact customer care centre but no technical
Personnel come and attend the problem. Already 7 days has gone and I am very
Sorry what to say this is the way the renowned company is not satisfying customer
I hope that the immediate action will be taken.

Till date i have never experienced such a worst customer care for any products i bought. I bought Eureka forbes Wet and Dry clean i've used that only thrice after that it has gone out of order when i raised this issue to customer care no one has responded till date though i was ready to pay the service charges too.
if i will not the get proper response means then i have to take the help of law.

I bought new Aquaflo-DX model in Oct-2008. but now its not working prperily, The water suply is not pure.
I complaint in customer care of eureka but no service engineer came at my home to resolve the problem even I speak to a sr. person of eureka forbs, his behavior was alos very bad.

I suggest to all of customer please dont buy Eureka products. Please try some others.

I bought Eureka forbes water filter used that only two weeks after that it is not giving water at all not only normal water is coming out from the tap of the machine.
when i raised this issue to customer care mr rajesh thakur [protected] responded till evening this would b possible. it was sunday and he sad if our boys will b in mood then they may com... then i this is there reaction toward there customer.. Now only this much i'll say to all Pls lets not to buy any thing from those guys, , They are one of the west service in the world..

No one knows how to speek with the people. No one gives proper information..

agreed, iam also savouring this trash for last 8 months.
I bought vaccum cleaner from Eureka Forbes (Model Ace). Within few uses, it has gone out of order. More than 1 year now, I was not able to reach anyone in customer service. Whenever some of their salespersons knock my door asking to buy their product, I asked them to send someone to service my cleaner, but no one turned up. Finally when I got hold of Customer service and placed a complaint, a person turns up and says the motor is faulty and needs to be replaced which will cost me Rs.2500/-. I will have to bear the cost as the 2 year warranty period is over. Was this my fault to not able to reach their customer service??

I had a very high regard for Eureka Forbes products but not now.

Eureka Forbes / RO Filter — Non Attendence to complaint

We had bought Eureka Forbes RO Purifier from Delhi shop name-New Berco Electronics, Dwarka New Delhi.

Recently we had shifted to Rohtak, haryana. Even after making several complaints no one has come to attend the same.

We have also spoken with Panipat calcenter people, howver the compalint still remains unattended.

Its a matter of shame that your customers are being treated in such a manner causing lot of inconvinience and pain.

Request you to pls attend the same and make your customers life a little better.

They have promised me to replace set of filter`s free of cost after one year ; i have taken this in writing from them on the bill.

But now company`s representative`s here Mr Verma (Mob. No [protected] )
are not replacing the filters. despite of so many reminders on phone and personal
visits. Every time he told me that he will contact higher authority and tell me ; but not
responding back. He has also taken a photocopy of bill from me on 12/12/08 from me.

I have tried to contact other phone nos given on bill but every body says talk on other nos
Or talk to other person;
In this process six months has been passed and I am feeling harassed at the hands of
your officials without any fault of mine.

When they have to sell there product, their person visit almost every Sunday to my house and forced me to buy their product but know they are nowhere.

You are requested to register my complaint and get replace my filters and compensate
me for Rs 20, 000/- for mental agony, harassment and wastage of my precious time.

they told me i will give call back after 5 days i have enquired so many time they said we will give on Tuesday i dont know which tuesday they will give?

"I have been using ‘Tornado Trendy’ vacuum cleaner of your company for last five years. Recently it has become unserviceable and needs repair. I checked the contact no. of local service center[protected] for Coimbatore city from your web site and had given the complaint for the same. Almost 25 days passed and surprisingly nothing happened till date!

Every time I have been given with different excuses like technician was on leave, mechanic was sick, spare parts were not available etc. Ultimately someone from Eureka Forbes named Mr. Gokul (mob no. [protected]) came and checked my machine but informed that he could not do anything as he was basically a technician for water purifier aqua guard! I was very much annoyed to see that a water purifier technician had been sent instead of a vacuum cleaner technician! Mr. Gokul informed me that vacuum cleaner technician Mr. Jayaprakash (mob no. [protected]) would come next day.

Several phone calls to all those above mentioned numbers yielded no results so far! I am really astonished that how come the response from Asia’s largest direct sales company could be so pathetic!

I have already registered my product online and my id with Eureka Forbes is ‘indranilmunnu’.

LOOKING FOR A WATER FILTER FOR THE DOMESTIC PURPOSE AT COIMBATORE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE AUTHORIZED SHOW ROOM / DEALER / DISTRIBUTOR FOR THIS AT COIMBATORE. I WANT TO TAKE A DECISION ON THIS.

With reference to my previous letter dated 7th June 2009.

My clinic's water purifier Aqua Flow Designa Model was not serviced even after lodging complaint on 4th June 2009 vide complaint number 54288884.

Today, the purifier stopped working completely causing a lot of inconvenience to me, my staff and patients. When I called the call center in the morning, I was replied the same phrase "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and please give us the last chance to serve you. Our service engineer will definitely attend to your call today. Your call has been escalated".

Till evening 6.30 nobody attended the call.

Finally I called Mr. Shivsharan on his mobile. He promised me to look into the matter. He tried calling Mr. Edward.

Mr. Shivsharan was kind enough to call me back to inform that the service engineer has been assigned my call and he will definitely attend the call.

However, till 8.30 PM no one attended the call.

I had registered service complaint on 04th of June at 9.00 AM vide complaint numbers 54288880, 5428881 and 5428884 for 3 of my Water Filters.
Unfortunately even after 3 working days, nobody attended the calls.
I have been a devoted customer of Aqua Guard since 1984.
The service standards have deteriorated remarkably instead of improving.

I am facing problem in getting responce for after sales service. Whenever i made a compliant there is no responce even after repeated followup. I can say Eureka fabs is the worst service provider whatever i seen. When i bought a new machine it was not worked properly and problem started from that day onwards till now. For every service i need followup like mad to get the service done.

I have a water purifier, Aqua Guard Nova. I had called customer care in Bangalore to renew AMC and change the filter. It's more than 10 days now and there is no response. I have been calling them almost every day and every time answer comes as it will be done by today evening. Nothing seems to be happeing. I do not know where else to escalte this matter. I really doubt if Eureka Forbes still exists in India except their call centes...

I request the news media to highlight this in the news media and educate the customers about the wrong impression created by Eureka Forbes saying that their product is the best one in the market. This is an utter false claim and impression created by the company.

Dear Customer please don't buy any Eureka Forbes product in future and bycott their products.
