Expressit Courier — NON DELIVERY OF PAN CARD AND IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS

DEAR SIR / MADAM

I HAVE APPLIED PAN CARD 2 MONTHS BACK, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. HENCE I HAD MADE AN ENQUIRY WITH NSDL MUMBAI.

NSDL HAS INFORMED THAT THEY ARE ALREADY DESPATCHED THE DETAILS 09-Dec-2008 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd

courier, vide their airway bill no. [protected].I HAD CONTACTED EXPRESS IT CHENNAI BRANCH (PERAMBUR), THEY INFORMED

ME THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG, WHERE AS I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE I SHOCKED ... EXPRESS IT ONLINE TRACKING

STATUS SAYS" NO ONE LIVING AT GIVEN ADDRESS".

BUT OUR FAMILY LIVING IN THE SAME PLACE NEARLY 70 YEARS.

ONLY THING I UNDERSTOOD WITHOUT ANY COURIER DELIVERY MAN COME THEY ( EXPRESS IT PEOPLE PLAYING)

PLEASE DELIVERY MY PAN CARD IMMEDIATELY.

BUT SOFAR I AM RECEIVING ALL TYPE POSTS THRO INDIA POSTALS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.

ALSO THERE ARE 3 FAMILIES LIVING IN SAME COMPOUND .ONLY THING I UNDERSTOOD NOBODY FROM ESPRESSIT NEVER COME

TO MY PLACE ( EXPRESS IT PEOPLE PLAYING)WITH OUT VISIT THE CONSIGNEE ADDRESS EXPRESSIT PEOPLE JUST UPDATE THE

FAKE DETAILS IN THIER ONLINE CHECKING SITE.

NSDL WILL ASK ANYTHING ABOUT IT?


PLEASE DELIVERY MY PAN CARD IMMEDIATELY.

BUT SOFAR I NEVER FACE ANY PROBLEM WITH INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES

I HAVE APPLIED for New PAN Card with few data corrections

As per NSDL website they are despatched the PAN Card on 26-12-08 thru Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd vide Airway bill no. [protected]

And as per Expressit website, it suppose to delivered on 29-12-08, But till now I have not recd.the PAN card.

Today[protected] I have contacted the Expressit's Perambur Branch, the consignment will be delivered today, then also informed there is no Door No.mentioned address hence might be returned to NSDL.

I was shocking that how they will pick up the consignment from NSDL w/o door no in my address ???

I have recd. the letter from NSDL too 2 weeks before with Door No mentioned for some other query

Any my contact nos will be available with the address itself, but one called me from Expressit

And I have posted Email to customer care Id y'day, but no response till now
No one is picking the calls as per Phone nos provided in their website !!

Could any responsible person in Expressit will solve this ? Other wise NSDL has to change the courier to some other like Bluedart or Safexpress...

please take action and issue my card as soon as possible to the contact address

I had applied netbanking in HDFC Bank 2 weeks back.But i did not recive any coureie till date our airway bill no-[protected] . Please check and reply immediately

pan card not delivered because my father is hosiptalised so i was not present at my resident kindly contact me at [protected]

a credit card of abn amro bank was sent by airway bill no.[protected]. your delivery person had visited my residence cd-57c pitampura delhi 110088 on[protected]. in my house my daughterin law attened him but he did not deliver the card due to non availblity of any id proof.he told to my daughter inlaw he wii come next day on 12/02/2009.but he did not come. we are waiting for him. my residence telphone no. is[protected] and mobile no. is [protected].

Express IT Courier — pan card not delivered on correct address

I apply for change of my office address in pan card in the name of GLOBAL PORTFOLIO & FINANCIAL SERVICES vide ack no.-[protected]. my pan card dispatch on 19 sept 2009 vide airway bill no.-[protected]by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. When i contact this courier on ph no.[protected] ,[protected],[protected] they said that your pan card delevered on your address.
Then i ask for details of receiving person,date ,time they drop my call and when i trying to contact them again thjey don't pick up my phone.

So i request you to please look this case and do the needfull.

Express IT Courier — not deliver pan card

they did not bother to confirm the cause of no contact even though the mobile no was provided and justify their action by writing that the receiver has shifted to some else address which is false. the receiver has glued himself from last 5 years to the same house and do not have any intention of shifting even in future until and unless it is a die hard necessity.
most irresponsible courier service provider in my knowledge which had given me one of the biggest financial blow by their irresponsible service.
