EXpress IT Courier service — Non Delivery of Courier - Express IT

I had received a sms from Express IT courier on 21-March-2008 for non delivery of an consignment. They have provided two numbers to contact them to get the consignment. I have tried around 1000 times but the number is not reachable[protected]/[protected].

"If they have picked it up they are disconnecting the call otherwise the call was over because of no response."

I don't know what to do for this. Please suggest and help me in this regard.

Expressit — no replies from the customer care

hi,

i have to get one important document, due to my office hours i asked the custormer care people to just change the shipping address. or to know when exactly it is going to deliver to my resident address so that i can take leave on that day.
i have my consigment number. when i try to call customer care people that is given in the site[protected],
they given me another two numbers which linked my postal address[protected],[protected], i am trying very hard to contact these numbers. one is metioning it is swithced off, another phone rining but no body is picking up th phone,

u can just check for these number

Expressit Courier — No delivery

I had applied for a Kotak Bank Credit card and it was sent through ExpressIT Courier. For 3 consequent times they have returned the courier back to Kotak stating that the address is incomplete and not even a single time, have they called me on my landline or mobile to find out the address.I am very sure that the address provided is complete.
Everytime I find out the status from the website of the courier company with the AWB number provided by Kotak Bank.
No one picks up the call in the call center / customer care of the courier office.
Don't deal with them, if you really want your package to be delivered.

Expressit Courier — non delivery of credit card

ICICI bankl has send me my credit card to my Kolkata address videairway bill no [protected] dt22/09/08.It was not handed over to my residence though I provided authority letter and other document like PAN card etc as I am out of City.They also misbeaved with my family.

Icici bank has sent a courier on 10-Auguest-2008, Ref No.[protected], I have not yet received, I am waiting for it.
Courier person visited my company on Sunday he made a report consignee is not in station, this really big jock.

AXIS bank has sent through expressit courier service on 22nd sept 08.ref no-[protected], still I ve not received my courier, I ll not be in pune for 15days after 7th, I am waiting for it.

i have to recieve a courier from icici bank the ref no. is[protected] and my contact no. is [protected] when iam trying to your nos. 32951810 and[protected] it is not reachable

please resolve the issue at the earliest

I submitted my father's pan no application on 30 aug 2008 in incometax department. Due to some problem income tax delayed to generate my father's pan card. At last i got the pan no on october month (a big THANX to incometax for his quick service) . But incometax have the right to obtain 100/100 marks for chosen the third class courier compony to deliver pan card. yes i m talking abt the Express It courier compony. They didn't make any call, they didn't have any idea hw to serve, finally they return my father's pan card to incometax department. can incometax department tell me that why they hv chosen this third class compony for deliver pan card.
such kind of courier companies spoil the service industry name and customer satisfaction rates.
I was spoken to by the courier company Hisaar of Express IT couriers who was non flexible and non customer service oriented too .

This company provides a disgusting courier service. They send you messages that your courier has not been attended when they dont even reach the mentioned address.They gave me two numbers 32313344/32313242 and asked me to contact immediately on these numbers. I called a lot many times on these numbers and they are always switched off. I dont know where to contact them and they dont even give a call when they arrive.

This is regarding above mentioned consignment which was to be delieverd at my Noida Address.

I had talked to a customer service executive at 10.10am on 19.12.08 in Noida branch & asked him to deliever the same after 6.30pm as i was in office, which he agreed to do so.
Yesterday when i checked the status, it showed delievery time 1pm n the reason consignee not available.

Today on 20.10.08, i tried contacting every customer service no.s in Delhi & noida but none was picked up. Again it showed the same status, although i had been at the mentioned address whole day.

I mailed them twice on their email id.but till date i havent got any response.

Express IT is the poorest courier service, who never cared to bother attending customer calls.
I hope ICICI will discontinue taking service from such Courier service to avoid loosing its Brand Equity & trust.

Same experience I do share. Their Jagtap Dairy Branch is having my Credit Card & I am trying to call them from Saturday both the number a32313242 & 32313344 are either switched off or being cut from their end.

I request banks to terminate their contract and work with someone better.

Customer give me the air bill no.& dispatch date. Sir i ask you pls give me the status of these couriers if you deliever or not. if you deliever these couriers pls tell us who was received these all.

Express IT Courier — Stupid courier company

I have not seen such non-sense courier company. I have given my complete address to courier my important documents 3 times it came back to me. I mentioned Phone No. on it to contact if any problem still these Illiterate delivery boys. I just fed up this bad quality courier company

Birla Sun Life Insurance, Chennai, had couriered a parcel to our residential address thru Expressit.in on 21.10.2008, which we have not received it till date. When contacted Birla Sun Life Insurance, we were told that it has already been despatched and to contact Expressit.in courier personnel for further clarification. When we contacted Expressit.in they gave some delivery report no., and some wrong details, saying that it has been received by my wife Vasanthi on 7.11.2008. But, we have not got that parcel as we were not in town on that particular day. So, we requested Expressit.in for a copy of acknowledgement to confirm whether they have really delivered the parcel and whether it could have been wrongly received by some other person. But, inspite of several email reminders to Expressit.in, they are not ready to send us the copy of acknowledge, which shows that there has been some mischief in the whole matter. Kindly help us in securing our goods.

The most pathetic illmannered and stupid peoples... I am waiting for my packet from SBI since 2 week but these duffer delivery person use to return my packet all the time withot any pain to contact me if i am trying to get the no of delivery person then no body ready to talk with me

I am waiting for my parcel from Express it Courier, its pod no. [protected].
