[Resolved]  EXpress IT Courier service — No response to customers

I have been sent a courier by my bank via Express IT courier service.
The courier is really urgent for me, and hence I want to track the status of the same.
I have the AWB number of the courier and I am trying to track the status of the same via their website, but there is no information updated on their website.
I tried to call the Pune office number give on their website which is coming switched off.

I also obtained a different number from my bank, which is also switched off.[protected].

My policy document has been send through via express it courier last 2 week back, but till now the same has not been delevered .DOCATE NO-[protected]
PLICY NO[protected].Kindly look after the matter as soon as possible in my mail id .

EXpress IT Courier service — Non delivery of mail

8 days back, Thriruvananthapuram branch office of Expressit Courier service telephoned me to inform that I have a courier mail and that it would be delivered next morning. Till date[protected] they have not cared to deliver the mail to me.

In the case of mails to corporate officers, they are willing to deliver the mail at their door. But in the case of individuals like me, they expect the addressee to visit their office to take delivery of the mail. They are not at all interested in home delivery. Since it is a mail from a courier service, the addressees may not know the contents of the mail. Thinking that it may be something important , normally the addressees go to the Office of the courier service and collect their mail.

The Expressit Courier service, an ISO[protected] certified co. take advantage of this weakness of the people and make a lot of profit. In my case this is not the first time. 6 months back, a mail from SBI Card was similarly detained by them until I go and get it from their office. My complaints to them was heard by any body. This time also, I had sent a mail explaining these things to their bombay office at [protected]@expressit.in and informed over phone also[protected] today[protected].

I am yet to receive the mail.

I am a senior citizen, unhealthy to make travel. Will this be heard by concerned authorities?

EXpress IT Courier service — Non-Delivery of credit card

I am having a worst experience with the Express IT service. My card has been delivered one week back and when I checked the status of the AWB number in the site, it is showing as transit. I could reach customer care number after serveral attempts where he told me that the card is lying in Jagtap dairy branch. I couldn't locate the branch and went rounds and rounds. At last I could locate the branch but it was closed and atleast there is no name written on the shop. I have again visited the branch today morning and still it is closed. This is the pathetic side of 'Express IT' which I have experienced. I WOULD SUGGEST THE BANKS NOT TO DEAL WITH SUCH INCOMPETENT COURIER COMPANIES AND WASTE OUR TIME. THE CREDIT CARDS ARE THE SENSITIVE THINGS AND SHOULD BE DISPATCHED WITH UTMOST CARE
Express IT courier has the most incompetent people in the world. The customer care people are very lazy that they never bother to pick the call or provide correct information. Even my credit card is with them in Jagtap dairy branch. The worst part is the branch don't have a name on the shop and it was closed when I visited twice, once in the afternoon and once in morning next day. It took me an hour to locate. Now my courier has been sent back to delhi saying that address is incomplete. Such lazy people don't deserve to live in this world. They should be serverly punished since they are neglecting delicate information like credit cards.

MY HONEST ADVICE TO THE BANKS IS NOT TO DEAL WITH SUCH IMCOMPETENT COURIERS. I WOULD SUGGEST TO GO FOR EFFECIENT SERVICE INSTEAD OF CHEAP ONES WHILE SENDING SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
Even I never received a call from them and now they have sent my courier back. This courier service sucks big time..

BANKS PLEASE BE AWARE AS PEOPLE WILL LOOSE TRUST BECAUSE YOU CHOSE SUCH A INCOMPETENT COURIER SERVICE

I would like to complain against your courier company for misplacing my courier.
There was a NOC Letter sent by HSBC Bank Limited on Jun 24, 2010 which was quoted to be delivered to me on Jun 29, 2010 on my Pune office address.
But the reality is, it never reach me. Express IT claims it to deliver that letter to our office Dispatch department. I went and checked that and Dispatch is claiming that they didn’t received any letter.
When I tried contacting Express IT Jagtap Dairy branch, the phone number was either not working or the person holding that phone was not answering. I dialed “[protected]”. After that I called up the Mumbai helpdesk, from which I got another number “[protected]” of Sandesh. He diverted his responsibility to some other people and asked me to call them. When i tried calling, they were not responding.
I would like you to take strict action against the manager of the Jagtap Dairy branch for showing such irresponsible behavior.
Also, I would like to update all contact details published on the Express IT site.
The numbers are not working.
Pathetic Service from Express IT Courier Services. All Banks, please stop sending your mails through this courier otherwise consumers will complain you.

credit cards — Non-delivery of Couriers by EXPRESS IT

Dear sir,
This is the most irresponsible and worthless courier i have ever seen in my life
. I don't understand why banks like ICICI have tie-ups with such notorious courier service companies. I was supposed to have received the courier within seven days as it was send by the icici bank Re-dispatch on 25th july Awb no.-[protected] .As i came to know that my courier ( replaced credit card)is with the express it courier ghaziabad.
I went there for the courier and show my relevant documents but they denied in a rudely behaviour and said we will dispatch at ur home address.on very next day when i called upon them they cut off the mobile phone.It is thier duty to deliver the courier on time but their attitude towards the job is very irresponsible.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

I request you to take necessary action to these non-sincere and irresponsible persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

Express-it Courier — Non Delivery of credit Card

Dear Sir

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life.I got a sms from ICICI Bank that they are sending a card through express-it,AWB[protected].on 16 th Sept 10,Till date i have not received any card.I am using Icici credit card since 2006 & it is going to expire in 10/10.I have to travel abroad & I called up ICICI customer care & they gave me numbers like[protected],14,18,19. I have tried these Nos more than 100 times.either they keep on ringing or they are busy.I dont understand about those stupids where they keep talking.

Expressit Courier Services — Credit card not delivered

I havent received my credidt card which was sent through ExpressIT courier services before 1 week. Kotak bank has given us a ref of the courier to track, and I called the courier services as many times as nearly 100 and no one picked up.

When I called the head office Mumbai, someone picked up and given another mobile number. He also didnt picked up. I went to the Pune HUB to collect my courier directly, but they said that my courier has been forwarded to the nearest branch of my office.

They have given me another contact number. When contacted he said, he will deliver by Friday ie., today (26/11/2010). But till now i havent received it and when i call his mobile number for almost 60 times, he didnt picked up even a single call.

I called the H.O at Pune, someone picked up and said the courier is only the way. But i havent received. When called again, he said "why are you shouting, your CC will come to you". I didnt expected this much of carelessness in a courier service so far.

Do they really know what a courier service is used for? They are harrassing the customers. Necessary action has to be taken to ExpressIt courier services. Better to ban the same.

And Kotak bank has to be given a warning or advice that they should use some reputed courier services like Blue dart, DHL, etc. Banks are just giving their contracts to cheap courier services for their profit, but the thing which they are losing is their customers. These people have to be punished from my perspective.

This is worst service one can give.I had my courier dispatched from Delhi on Nov 16 and has not been delivered after calling the mumbai office again and again.The Phone number given for the pimpri office does not work.

I would like to request banks not to send any documents through this courier as it does not reach to the concerned person.

I have already experienced it twice with this company.

I ordered a book from Amazon.fr. Unfortunately they chose ExpressIT for their India sector. My packet reached the Bombay office on January 15th. Today is the 24th and I have still not received the book in Delhi
