[Resolved]  Fastway — set top box not working

Dear All,

I, Neha Thakur from Amritsar, Punjab. My set top box is not working in last 2 days i have also complaint regarding this issue in Fastway complaint number[protected] vide complaint number[protected] but they can't give me any satisfied answer. I am totally shocked that the name of company is Fastway cable but there service is very slow. I have not seen to be very very bad service in my life.

i am from ludhiana there is problem with set up box of fastway cable. box is not working and i complained 1 month ago on [protected] but till not nothing done by them. only i got calls that "is ur complaint solved nothing else. even my local operator(ankush Cable) is not coprate with me they came came to me just collected the bill only. i want to go to court. please help me.

FASTWAY

I have fastway set toip box from fastway. It is not giving good service . I complained on [protected] but no joy. I stay in Chandigarh . In a day only 5 hrs is giving service.on the screen we are seeing error 104 contact to [protected] . Very poor service / dealing from local cable operator.please suggest

I am a user from BRS nagar ludhiana being servised by Jolly Cable.

every now & then the transmission goes off & despite many requests/tele calls many a times no body turns

up to rectify/repair the fault.

Today it happened again, on 29th July, NO CABLE since 9 AM & now it is 9.15 PM, during this time I made 8/9

calls to Jolly Cable, & every ime reply is "MAN WILL COME TO U SOON" but no body comes.

Fastway — My Set top box not working and cable operator not responding for the same

sir, my set top box is not working since 1st decemeber2013, on the same day my cable operator take my box and till date he can not response me for the same . yesterday i gone the cable office he tell me that i pay Rs. 230 then they provide me the new box. kindly solve my problem

Fastway — Cable connection is not working from last two weeks

My cable connection is not working from last two weeks my MAC No. is 24767D684FB5.I lodged my complaint on 14-Feb-2014 vide complaint number[protected] followed by reminders on 22, 23 and 24-Feb-2014but till date no action has been taken to solve my complaint only fake assurances are being given.

dear sir my set top box not working from last 24 hours the cable operator & the customer care doesn't solve this, the customer care always has a excuse 4 to 6 working hours kindly sought out my problem m[protected] complaint no1121961

excess billing, over charging, mis behaviour, complaint against local cable operator and fastway complaint centre

I have all such complaints mentioned in the complaint subject with fastway and on asking for the payment reciept cable operator refuses from that also
