Extremely very sorry to say that your service is one of the worst service till now. Since we are living in rented house, we have taken the cable connection but whenever the error comes, by paying bill, we call to your customer helpline no...they always says that the problem get resolved within 4 hours ...still after 24 hours, , , , it remain the same...again made call... again 4 hours...again after 48 hours...the problems remain same...
We made the payment in advance but whenever we told them about our problems, then shamelessly told that leave up this connection...
Is this is your service???????
Whenever we open TV, it displays about all your services...but truly...this all are fake...

On my television screen there is written error 109. I have call the customer care they always say that it will be ok tomorrow.I have this complaint from july20, 2014
