90% of the fastway channels are not working on one of my STB. But working on another STB. I have registered one conplaint 392145 on customer care portal. but till date problem is not rectified and no one bother to visit for check up. Every time I call customer care, they ensure me to solve the problem within 4-6 hrs.     Setup box stopped working on 16.07.2014. On our complaint a man from the Cable operator (Mobile No [protected]) took away the setup box after telling the it will be checked to find out the fault. After one hour on our enquiry the cable operator told that it is non repairable and a new setup box has to installed for which she told that we have to pay Rs1200/-. As we were not aware about the procedure and were desperate to see tv programmes we agreed to what she told us. When the boy came with a new setup box we asked him whether a receipt for money being paid would be issued, he told that no receipt will be issued. When we insisted for receipt then he told that if you want to get the setup box installed without receipt, he is ready otherwise he is leaving and thereafter he left. Thereafter I lodged a complaint on [protected] on 16.07.2014. I have made at least 10 calls to know status of my complaint, and stock reply from there is complaint has been forwarded, wait you will be informed. I have contacted the cable operator on 18.07.2014 who told me that you have to pay Rs1200/- otherwise neither your setup box will be returned nor repaired. She told that she had taken over the connections from another operator after paying Rs1800/- per connection. After facing so much mental tension without any fault I am no more interested in continuing with Fast Way. I will request that I no more want setup box but my security of Rs 700/- may be got refunded.     FastWay Transmission customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Setup box was taken by cable operator ([protected]) who is neither returning it nor repairing but insisting on payment of Rs 1200/- that too without any receipt as a cost of new setup box which she wants to install as replacement. I had already paid security of RS 700/- at the time taking the connection My complaint already lodged at [protected] from 16.07.2014
    . Complaint no is 403545.
    After seeing their working and facing so much mental tension from the last four days, I am no more interested in continuing with Fast Way but my security may got refunded

      This is to inform you that I am getting error 109 from last 5 days despite paying the bills. I called customer care on [protected] on 23 april and they registered my complaint no 1748182 and I was told it will be resolved in 8 working hours but its been 3 days now but nothing has happened. I am calling customer care fro last 3 days and they just keep on forwarding my complaint and I was told that my local operator has closed this complaint with remarks problem resolved but no one has appeared to check my set up box and I didn't even receive any call from customer care for te2 same. What kind of.service they are providing, there is absolute no response from fast way customer care, even i mailed to nodal officer Mr.Vivek but no response, kindly resolve my complaint

        Sir, My name is Akshay.I am resident of Ropar city.Fastway cable is not working well.Channels stops in between as there is poor signal.All the residents of our area are facing the same problem.Whenever I make a complaint, they just note it down and no further action is taken.I am Facing this problem from starting when I took a new connection. Poor, infact very poor Fastway

          Im sanjeev Kumar living in H No 39, Sahib Enclave, Extension Mehta Colony, Back side urban Estate Phase I, Patiala wants to install a new cable connection for this i discussed the matter with local area cable operator Pardeep Kumar ([protected]). He replied that main cable has to be provided on custmer behalf but few months before there was a main cable.cable operator had dispute with some resident of this area and cable operator has used this cable at somewhere else.so kindly ordered him to provide the main cable connection.I have alreday registede my complaint on fastway custmer care center via complaint number [protected] on date 2 july 2014 &[protected] date 07 & 08 july 2014 till no action has been taken. I have also met with Mr. Pankaj in fast way Office Branch patiala.He has dpute the supervisior MR. Soba to visit the site & solve the matter earliest. but nobody has came yet. so Respected Sir /madem U are requested to make my cable connection as earlier as possible. with regards Sanjeev Kumar [protected]

            Sir,
            I hails to patti city under tarntaran distt. We are regular customer of fastway from last no. Of years. The local cable operator of our area (Name= bhutto under the distribution of gurwinder singh lali) is an illitrate person and have no manners to talk.Even at the time of complaint he use ill words on phone (When drink).
            He had charged me rs.930 of setup box and commited to charge rs. 200+40 of mothly rent of setup box. He started me to give service from 15th of the month to 14th of the next month and also commited that at the time of termination of service i will deduct only rs100 and remained security ammount will be refunded u before cut down cable connection.
            But now after his ill behavior i have told him to return my security ammount that should be rs 830.He is not giving me full security ammount . He is as much cheep that saying me to give remote cell charge rs. 30 extara. And not fullfilling of this words of giving me service from 15th to 14th of next moth. And have cut down my cable connection before refunding me security ammount as well as before complition of period of 30 days.

            I HAILS TO PATTI CITY UNDER TARNTARAN DISTT. WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF FASTWAY FROM LAST NO. OF YEARS.                 About 3 weeks ago fastway box suddenly stopped showing any channels and when we complained about it in complaint center they said it was due to non-filling of subscriber application form and we can get it from our local cable operator. Several times we called the operator but all in vain, he always kept telling us today i will surely give it to you at your residence but he never came. It has four times we have called him but still we have not got the form. This is perfect example of the worst service provided by fastway. Hope this would be fixed asap.

                  I am Gagandeep Singh, House no.1755, 2nd floor, Phase -5, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali.I am using fast way cable service from last 4 years. My Fast way Setup box is not working from last week and I am continuously submitting my complaint at [protected] but no body is giving proper response.everyBody is asking that just wait for 4-6 hours your problem will be resolved. But still nothing is happened, no one visited at my place to check this problem. My complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]. When I am talking to my cable operator who is serving at phase -5, mohali. He is denying to do any thing on this. He was asking that I have talk with fast way company only because I did not purchased my setup box from him. Actually earlier I was living in Phase-4 mohali at that place I got this setup box from fast way cable service provider after some time I shifted to phase -5 mohali then I bring this setup box with me. But right now I am paying monthly charges to my current service provider in phase- 5 only. He don't have sense to talk with costumer.                       my number is [protected]... we have been facing problems with our cable from past few months.. also called up fastway cable operator man a times for a set top box connection... but the need was not fulfilled.. :( they said set top box will b given in coming 24 hours .. but it has been days, there is no set top box.. and facing same problems ... very irritating.. no channels working... my address is house no.29, vpo. tehna, distt. faridkot 151203. plzz take it in considerence and help us as soon as possible.. plzz... we want the set top box.. !! i shall b highly thankfull to ya.. !!

                      I applied 8 days before for new set top box of fastway but the fastway people are making fool of mine by every time saying that sir 24 hrs main box lag jaega. Once they do not give me any complaint number and 2nd time 22996 number was given to me but nothing happened. Very Bad Service in Punjab Thanks to Tata Sky.

                        It seems that Panchkula sector 10 cable operator have no power backup in case of non availability of electricity. Talked to them many times, sometime they said that they have no power backup, sometime they said cable is closed from back but once electricity back, cable is also back. Many times signal is not proper. If in today's world of competition, how can the customer can retain with fastway if there operators are not providing basic neccesity of power backup so that cable can continue without interruption. If you want customer can retain and moves from other DTH to fastway then you must rectify customer's problem in max 1-2 days time. I am expecting the quick response of this mail. Thanks Vaibhav

                            Dear sir / madam, i have face no signal problem (104) from last 6 days . i am calling form 1st day to your service operator (sohana cable network) and customer care service center, he can not pick the phone ([protected]) and then i shall go his office ( shahi majra mohali ), he says that why you come here . without any visit, he says that required to change your cable wire . i am agree to change the wire but he did not visit here and wire not connected . monthly charges already advanced but in case delay any reason, he charged 250rs+50rs extra per month . i am using your service from last 2 years . i have total bill details . you can not give resolution then you can pick your setup box and return the security charges .                               I am Having Following Error Error - 106 Please Insert the Smartcard I am suffering from this errro from more than 16 days and Service of fastway is very bad. Even I have complaint them 14 times in 16 days every day i ask them But No Officer has come to check our problem . This is example of really bad service of fastway. They have even taken the money from us in advance for this month but Setup box not working from 16 days . Service of fastway is really bad . Every time I call on complaint numbers they ask me to note down vc number complaint number but no one come. What is this service why they call themselves BEST ---the are WORSE ...They have taken the payment for this month in advance if they are unable to provide us service then they must have to return the money back . Any help will be really appreciated...This assumes like Dictatorship of Fastway

                                WROST COMPLAINT CARE CENTRE !!! im amritpal singh from dayal nagar, ghumar mandi ludhiana my cable t.v connection is not working properly since from 4 days, i've register complaint 3 time but i didnt get any appropriate response from authority, even service man making false excuses ( i also changed set top box) still facing the same error. LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE MAKE A CALL TO CONFIRM EITHER CONNECTION IS WORKING OR NOT...THEN THEY SAY SORRY ITS WRONG NUMBER, I ASLO MADE NOTICED ABOUT PROBLEM IM EXPIRENCING & IM SURPRIZED BY THEIR ANSWER...SORRY WE DIDNT MAKE CALL AT GHUMAR MANDI...!!!

                                  Hi, i am living in sec-20, panchkula, haryana. i applied for a new connection dated 30/04/14 at 10 a.m on [protected] and they gave me a token no.7239 & told me that ur area operator will be calling u by today evening. when no one contacted me, next day i called again at [protected] and they gave me chandigarh no. [protected] and i called this no., the attendant told me to dial either [protected] or [protected], i did the same. On calling [protected] i was given another no. [protected](panchkula office) and i called and the lady who attended the call gave me the operator no.[protected](Mr. Ashok), i called Mr. Ashok and he told me that i am unable to give u a connection as ur address is not covered under my area, then i again called [protected] and the lady told me that she don't have the no. of my area cable operator..Now today its 03/05/14 and no single person has contacted me from FASTWAY. My simple question to the FASTWAY authorities is: i[censored] people cannot provide even a new connection then what is ur gaurantee for optimum and better services in future? Such a poor reception and service and that too for a new connection!!

                                    Sir, Mam... Extremely very sorry to say that your service is one of the worst service till now. Since we are living in rented house, we have taken the cable connection but whenever the error comes, by paying bill, we call to your customer helpline no...they always says that the problem get resolved within 4 hours ...still after 24 hours, , , , it remain the same...again made call... again 4 hours...again after 48 hours...the problems remain same... We made the payment in advance but whenever we told them about our problems, then shamelessly told that leave up this connection... Is this is your service??????? Whenever we open TV, it displays about all your services...but truly...this all are fake... SHAME ON ALL YOU GUYS>>>>>>>SHAME Phone NO: [protected]

                                      Hello My self Anubhav having number [protected] i am living in sector-21, panchkula from last 2.5 months i requiest to local cable operator for two new connection subscription but he is not interested in that... i already complaint to main office ludhiana...but result is zero. if local cable opretor is not intrested to give us services then please change that...

                                      I need new connection but unable to find the operator number. Called many times to [protected] and even at chandigarh/mohali head office, but no response. I need operator information of section 69 Mohali.
                                      hello sir, My name is gurjant singh and i am from Chunni kalan, distt Fatehgarh sahib, near mohali, i am requesting to my cable operator for cable connection and fastway set of box from last 6 month, but he did not give me connection till date. please give him order to solve my problem, other wise i have to complaint in consumer court against cable operator. please do needful step.

                                      Not attending complaint

                                      Our cable network is not working proper from last three months.we have complained repeatedly but no one came to check it.

                                        I am consumer of fastway transmission services through Jolly cable ludhiana. The set top box interrupt services after some time. On continuous complaint the mechanic of jolly cable came and told that the set top box is faulty and will change on sunday 21.04.14 but no result today i made phone call various time to change the set top box but every time the answer was ` just coming` Now I want your involvement to resolve my problem.                                         Box not working

                                        our box is not working and when we call cable operator he say that work is in progress and we will solve it soon but it doesnot happen in reality so please solve our problem. Thanks
