I got cable connection on[protected], but Remote was not working properly and I was supposed to have a new Remote next day, but I haven't received any Remote yet, I also reported a complain regarding
this :
#1) with complaint #536381 and call was attended by Mr. Harsh,
#2) Sent a mail to [protected]@fastway.in with cc to vivek.[protected]@fastway.in on Sat, Sep 6, 2014 at 10:03 PM.
#3) Also dropped a message through website.
#4) Also called to local cable operator [HMP CABLE] but in vain. Moreover today they are asking for extra charges to exchange the remote.
Its been a one month and I am facing lot of issues with this remote like unable to shuffle the channel, continue blinking and Its shuffles channel itself if I put the remote in-front of TV. Please do some need
full.
NOTE : Set-top box and remote was too old at the time of installation
