Zee channels were discontinued in September 2014 and when contacted the local contact person of Sector 46/A, Chandigarh, he informed that these channels have become paid channels and so we shall have to pay Rs. 30/- per connection which we agreed immediately. Compalin registers from last four days but no action

I have been facing probleem with fastway. i have registered a complain - 774561. No body is serious to resolve the issue also no senior is available to take calls. It is very pathetic experience. If you are not able to resolve the issues then what is the need of customer care. This is really a unprofessional act by fastway....

I am a consumer of FastWay Transmissions providing digital cable service in Patiala. Regarding not issued of remote of set top box

Excess Billing

Hi, I am the resident of House No.729, Mohalla Dehra Sahib, Manimajra, Chandigarh. We are using Fastway cable for 3 TV sets. I requested our cable operator to change the plan from GOLD to Silver but he rejected for the same. Moreover every month they are charging wrong amount from us. I requested many times for the correct bill but they rejected for it & threatened to cut all the connections. Please help to resolve the issue....
