I have been facing probleem with fastway. i have registered a complain - 774561. No body is serious to resolve the issue also no senior is available to take calls. It is very pathetic experience. I am experiencing acute problem from fastway transmission service in Chandigarh Zone. * First of all Fastway customer care is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. They don't bothered to pick up the phone even after trying for 3 hours continuously and that is not from one phone but from number of phone including landlines and mobile networks from different service providers. Hi, I am the resident of House No.729, Mohalla Dehra Sahib, Manimajra, Chandigarh. We are using Fastway cable for 3 TV sets. I requested our cable operator to change the plan from GOLD to Silver but he rejected for the same. Moreover every month they are charging wrong amount from us. I requested many times for the correct bill but they rejected for it & threatened to cut all the connections. Please help to resolve the issue....

My local service provider, MD Cables insists on overcharging every month. During current month when I objected his employee refused to get cable subscription as per rates depicted by you on your site.
