I am a customer of Fastway Cable Services and my customer ID is 1446690. This cable has worst performance . Mostly the cable is out of order or not working properly . So I am very disappointed regarding their services . No feedback if I lodged complaint at customer center no. [protected]. The service of Fastway cable is totally BAKWAS.

    My STB Remote control is not working since 12th Nov . STB no is MAC[protected]F. I stay in H.No-71 Raman enclave, Kharar. G Mohali. The cable is operated by a Kharar based operator. I have made complaints several times but they are not responding at all.       I am Jatinder Singh from Q.NO.1558 type II DMW Railway Colony Patiala.Pb i have HD setup box of FASTWAY with MAC NUMBER:38C85CBAB737 MODEL NUMBER:920 and it was not in working from 2-3 months. I complaint many times but there was no responce. in patiala office i meet MR.DHILLON last month and he said me for quick action he will take but he not taken till now i get very much harrasment.plz help me and take action on this, and change my HD FASTWAY SETUPBOX...         Zee channels were discontinued in September 2014 and when contacted the local contact person of Sector 46/A, Chandigarh, he informed that these channels have become paid channels and so we shall have to pay Rs. 30/- per connection which we agreed immediately. Therefore we paid Rs. 60/-for September in Oct 2014 along with with Rs. 60/- for Oct 2014. These channels along with some other channels again were switched off on 15/10/2014 and when we checked at customer care they informed that you have to switch to Platinum package we again agreed with immediate vide request no. 845942 n 845959 dated 16/10 but nothing did happen. We again contacted at [protected] they informed that since these channels we have to paid extra for every that we require which we also agreed vide no. 863090 dt 22/10 but nothing has happened and the channels required are still blocked. Mean while we also tried to contact your local contact person Mr. Mony of Sector 46/A, chandigarh who had collected Rs. 120/- along with normal monthly charges of Rs.620/- for Oct 2014 but he is not responding for obvious reasons.             MAC no. is38c85c790e98 in the name avinash chander sehgal 50 chhoti baradari part 1 jalandhar city.we were paying RS250pm2 month back and operatur wanted rs 300 pm for last 2 months without any reason and also deleting some channels.no reply by cable operator.now wef 15 /10/2014 no form supplied for change of package.pl intervine otherwise the matter will be reffered to next central authority.thnx

              Dear Sir/Mam This is to bring to your notice that many of the channels on our fastway cable network are not working fine. It was conveyed to the operator a month back and they came and told us that the wire needs to be changed. We had been continously requesting since then, asking them to change the wire and they always tell us about the unavailability. Infact we offered them the money for the cost of wire and asked them to get it and take the payment from us, still no action has been taken. We are deeply irritated and frustrated with this attitude of the operator. So, we Kindly request you to look into our case.                 Hello Sir, My complaint is that many channels which are on high demand like Zee TV, Sahara One, Aaj Tak Tej, Star Utsav etc. channels are disappearing. Many people move to the Dish Tv instead of Fastway because of closing favourite channels.Now It is my humble request to you, Please start these channles. Otherwise a day is coming soon when nobody likes Fastway, Everybody likes other . I Hope a reasonable action will be taken as soon as possible Your Customer Shiv

                  I have been facing probleem with fastway. i have registered a complain - 774561. No body is serious to resolve the issue also no senior is available to take calls. It is very pathetic experience. If you are not able to resolve the issues then what is the need of customer care. This is really a unprofessional act by fastway.

                      Issue with Remote(Since the time of installation) and no action is taken by anyone yet..

                      Hi, I got cable connection on[protected], but Remote was not working properly and I was supposed to have a new Remote next day, but I haven't received any Remote yet, I also reported a complain regarding this : #1) with complaint #536381 and call was attended by Mr. Harsh, #2) Sent a mail to [protected]@fastway.in with cc to vivek.[protected]@fastway.in on Sat, Sep 6, 2014 at 10:03 PM. #3) Also dropped a message through website....

                      Hi, This is regarding the cable not working complaint for box no. VC ([protected]-8) with a Chip id ([protected]) installed at 7A, Sanour Road, Tej Bagh Colony, Patiala - 147001. The cable is not functional from the past two days, and even after my repeated complaints nothing has been done. So please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thanks, Swati

                          I am experiencing acute problem from fastway transmission service in Chandigarh Zone. * First of all Fastway customer care is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. They don't bothered to pick up the phone even after trying for 3 hours continuously and that is not from one phone but from number of phone including landlines and mobile networks from different service providers. I have tried from Airtel, Idea, Tata docomo, BSNL landline, simultaneously for last more than one week number of times and they least bothered to pick up the phone. I can submit call details and recorded phone conversation where is is being transmitted on all of my 12 phones that customer care executives are busy on other phone calls and call will be taken after one minute and 40 seconds. I have hold all 12 phones for 3 hours and none of there customer care have bothered to answer the call. I have experienced the same simultaneously for last one week. I have tried for more than 170 times and returned with no answer. This is the way Fastway is treating its customers due to which they are in the market and earning a lot from the customers. It is their utmost liability and duty to answer the call and sort out my complaint. But they have least bothered as they are getting money and areas due to their political backup. Fastway is the worst cable transmission service ever. They should be blacklisted and should be banned to serve anywhere in the whole world except Antartica. It is good, if they are licensed to transmit their signal in Antartica where no one is to watch so they can do as per their own wish. I have made complain for last 10 days and no one has bothered to answer my complaint. This is not the first time. I have waited patiently for last 10 times and on 11 time I am taking this issue to general public so that everyone could get what they are serving us for which they are getting a fixed money every month. It seems that pension has been fixed for them from general public with the consent of the concerned government. There is no one to hear any public grievances, not from Fastway or from the government authorities. If I am paying for the services I need, they are bound to give me service. Fastway Transmission, Chandigarh is the worst transmission in the whole world. They should be kicked out of this globe.

                                I am santosh dhand h.no 2 st.no1 gulabi bagh tibba road.i am existing user of fastway cable.but from last 2 months we were unable to see the cable tv .for the same so many time i had complaint to helpine no [protected] and also called to local cable executive.but nobady took this matter as serious like they all are not for public help.starting of aug one of cable executive came for monthly payment i gave him monthly rental of july month.but he picked our setup box and said we will repair it and get back to you withing 2 3 days. After 10 days we call to customer care n they said that the proccesing time will be 10 days.we again wait for 10 days. On 23 aug i call to local cable executive named sonu and asked for the same. He denied to give back setup box.he said firstly you have to pay the july n august payment than i wil give back your set up box. I told to him from last month i was complainting my cable tv is not working properly.but he didn't listen my words and also demanding for aug month payment but the starting pf the aug month he picked away our set up box and openly challenge to us go n do whtever u want . But he has no rights to pick our set up box without any intimition becoz we already paid money of 500 /- as a security. Here my purpose of mention all this as i wish to teach him how to behave with a consumer .they executive are employees.they have no rights to do anything without any intimition .                                     i m facing a problem frm last 6-8 months, no one come to pick payment to our door step,
                                    and this fastway co. switch off their service without any intimation, then i called to their poor customer care, they told deposit yur payment...many time i had to go nd deposited payment by my self...
                                    today 23 augst 2014, they again stoped their Cabel.i have fad up nw..
                                    no one is responsible for dis harrasment...i called my cabel opretor to pick my payment but no one come..
                                    when i said them that i ll return your box..they no issue, you can do

                                      cable disconnect from 9 hour up to present time

                                      I am fromVillage Sarhala rahuan, Dist: Nawanshahar. In our village cable disconnect from 10 am today(1nov2014) up to present time and the cable operator does not fix the problem.please do something to resolve that problem. Thank you,
