Sir I had deposited 2750 for HD box and the box is not working from first day error 110 showed on screen complaint no 1814520 senior officer imran etc cannot resolve the complaint man sitting in ambala office are not picking phone hundreds of calls are made I want to move to consumer court for this inconvenience please help me

        I have purchased new connection of fastway cable on 30 june, 2015. But till date channels are in error condition. After a lot of complaints there is no any solution provided by service executive. No any written evidence provided on time of new connection. Rs.1800 Charged for new connection but no receipt given. So you are requested to please look into the matter and suggest right way to communicate with pathankot fastway office for further complaints.           I am jahnvi, a resident of sector 50, chandigarh. Since four months i have been requesting the authorities to change the remote as well as the set top box. The remote never works and the channel gets changed on its own. Every time we complain, we are promised to be helped but nobody turns up. It is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable. Very poor services !

Your cable operator is not responding well, he said buy new cable form market. Now I have bought new cable. But your cable operator is not attend the phone neither coming. Please solve my problem and give me connection or setup box.

You official are assured us the connection will be installed with in 96 hours. But till date we did not get the connection. So you are requested to do the needful.                         your cable operator for the area of Hira Bagh Rajpura Road, Patiala is not a good service provider and also not collect the money in time and do not attend and resolve the complaints after 6PM of every evening of the day. He change his workers every months and they give us new number every month for submitting the complaints regarding cable but no one care about the same after getting the money. In the month of May, 2015 no one has come to collect the monthly charges, neither displayed any notice on our TV screen till today i.e. 22.05.2015 regarding non payments for the month. Moreover today I called in your complaint number[protected] and my phone was pic by Mr.Jaspreet Singh and he also refuse to register my complaint in this regard in the head office.So I requested to taken appropriate action against the defaulting ends.

                          Hi, we shifted our home from chandigarh to derabassi in the last month. I had paid for my april month's cable rent in advance to chandigarh cable vision sector-22, and i contacted the local fastway cable operator in derabassi. He asked me to get my connection disconnected than he will have it transferred to his name. I did what he asked and went to the cable office in sector-22 chandigarh and asked them to disconnect it. Then the next day the local cable operator came in and he installed my HD connection and then after a few minutes it showed error-109 ie channel not subscibed error. He said that my connection is cut off on non-payment and he will first transfer the box to his name and my connection would start in 6 hours. He then went away and i waited for a few days and still it wouldn't work. I called him yesterday and he said that nothing can be done and i have to buy either a new set top box, or get a dish connection. I also called the chandigarh cable vision and they said they have done their part and they cant do any further and only my new operator can help. So i feel robbed in a way, i spend 2000 rupees to buy the cisco hd box, and i had paid all the bills, and even the april month bill and i'm having to suffer harassment from cable operators. I add in some details now about the connection and about stb so that someone from the fastway team sees this and help me out, and i will seek compensation in the consumer forum and i will get both the operator licenses cancelled if the problem does not get sorted out quickly.                             This is to inform you that I am getting error 104 from last 15 days despite paying the bills. I called customer care on [protected] on 23 april and they registered my complaint no 1513392 and I was told it will be resolved in 8 working hours but its been 3 days now but nothing has happened. I am calling customer care fro last 3 days and they just keep on forwarding my complaint and I was told that my local operator has closed this complaint with remarks problem resolved but no one has appeared to check my set up box and I didn't even receive any call from customer care for te2 same. What kind of service is this.

                              Dear Team,

                              Cable connection is not working since last 2 days despite all bills paid in advance. We have paid the bill on time to the Local Operator (Sonu) of Model Gram, Ludhiana
                              But was not submitted further. I came to know when my cable connection was disconnected. Now i am struggling to get it working again and appox 11 calls has been made to customer care @ [protected] since yesterday morning and they claims that problem would be resolved in next 4 hours but nothing happened.
                              I am surprised that the set top box is not registered on my name and reflecting on name of some one else of Ludhiana.
                              Sonu is also reluctant to provide any resolution and stopped answering my calls too.

                              Bill payment not updated timely, Set top box is regd on some one else, complaint not resolved in the TAT, Local Operator not answering the calls intentionally and not keen to help too...Resultantly customer is suffering.

THEY LOGIN COMPLAINT AND NEXT DAY AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE COMPLAINT NO BODY VISIT MY HOUSE TO RESOLVE OUR COMPLAINT 5 TIMES I LOGIN COMPLAINT EVERY TIME THEY SAYS WORKING HOURS YOUR COMPLAINT TO BE RESOLVED BY NOBODY VISIT. NOW CABLE OPERATOR TAKE PAYMENT FROM US ON DATED 9/4/2015. HE GIVE NO RECEIPT SAID THAT MASSAGE COMING ON YOUR MOBILE NO. NO MASSAGE IS COMING IN OUR MOBILE NO AND OUR CABLE IS OFF.. I HAVE CALL OUR LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR MANY TIMES ONE TIME HE PICK MY PHONE AND SAID THAT IN 15 MINUTES YOUR CABLE WILL BE ON.                                   This is inform to you that we are not getting any signal and getting error-104.We called so many times on ([protected]) number.Once he picked the phone at 7pm on 20th April and he told that the problem should be resolve within half an hour but the problem not resolved yet. We tried to reach him again either he did not pick the phone or busy.Why do you keep this type of person in a job who does not listen anything from customer?If you could not resolve the problem please do not come for payment.

                                    Hi . This is to inform you that i am Using the fast way cable services at my home and i am having the two Connections at my place. I have taken the second connection just month ago but from day one i am facing the issue at my cable connection number of times i have complaint to my cable operator and he has also checked it but they are fail to fix the issue I would request you to please send the some master man to resolve this

                                      After requesting many times, last month the operator of fastway at kurukshetra ( some private operator in New Colony) installed the fastway set top box at our home. Even he did't provide the bills for the set top boxes, we ask him for same many times... but all in vain.. We are having two boxes. Both are just like plastic boxes...as no one is working that much good.. We called the operator many times. He didn't visit till date. REALY FED UP OF BAD SERVICE...
