Regarding new connection

Worst services seen

I really want to update about pathetic services of fastways cable in Chandigarh, initially my cable services was discontinued as per call center people " we have old black box which is discontinued" then we changed and purchased new box from local operator who took old black box and delivered new box with charges of Rs 800 and took all relevant documents along with ID proofs.

Fastway cable has removed ten action from the list of channels for over 2 years now.. and when i call them they never give any logical explanation for why they removed the channel.. please somehow do something and let people enjoy quality sports matches...

Not getting hd box

actually i ordered the HD box to my cable operator but he didnt deleiverd that to me even in 6 months i called at fastway office in Jalandhar and Ludhiana both but they didnt do anything...after that i just get that they said that our cable operator didnt paid his payment to the office...as i told at fastway office that my all payments are clear but my cable operator didnt payed some payments to them so the are not issuing the Hd box...so...
