    I am Ajaybir singh R/o A-1 Bhawani nagar majitha road Amritsar my cable connection is not working i made complaint on [protected] dated 9th April 2014 and no. is[protected]. they said your connection will work in next 4 to 6 working hours next day again at 2.30pm i got the same answer. Now its more than 48 hours but no one come to solve my complaint . Its very bad on your part. I want to know my complaint status . Every time i call on [protected] they say your connection will be checked in next 4 to 6 hours, how many 4 to 6 hours comes in 48hours you can see till now no one has come to check it. Your company had such a big network but u cant do like this to u your regular customer. Can u mail my complaint status on my id [protected]@gmail.com

      Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a Fastway subscriber in Sector 68, Darshan Vihar Mohali and subscribed to Fastway Connection in the Month of Dec 2013 by paying up 1800/- for setup charges inclusive of new setup box fees. The Fastway staff gave me a used Setup Box of which the sensor was not working plus the box hanged a couple of times while watching and I had to manually restart it. I repeatedly called Fastway staff Jagpal at [protected] for replacement of setup box which he didn't. Left with no option I refused to pay monthly charges till my problem was resolved. Instead of replacing the setup box Fastway disconnected the connection though I told them I would clear all of my previous pending charges when my setup box is replaced. Now the service technician is not picking up my call and Fastway call centre no. [protected] is always switched off. Please state what legal action can I take up against the Fastway.         Respected sir, I live in sector 66 Mohali, #2535, Ground Floor, My phone number is[protected], it is registered to you with my name as Rajesh. I am a fastway user for over last one year.Your local cable operator gave me old setup box, which had network issues.He never pays attentions to our problems.On March 14th he took the setup box with him to replace with the new one, but till date he has not replaced it and neither he pick calls.He is such an .He misbehaves with us.I called ur cutomer care twice but no solution what so ever.What am i supposed to do? I dont get it why do you claim to be the best cable network.

          My cable not working from 20 march 2014, i complained about it on 20 march 2014 and customer care executive were saying problem will resolve in 4 to 5 hours I complained about five times By calling [protected] But there is no solution of problem till now I sent my id proofs also but there is very irresponsible treatemnt from customer care Its about 48 hours and my cable is not working till now Every time i call i have to explain all story and have to listen that it will resolve in 4 to 5 working hours But from last two days its not working

            sent u many emails but still waiting for a connection... cable operator in amritsar mr parveen chadda and cable network in ajnala bal networks behaving very rudly and its 3 months now i wanted a setup box...

                My Tv is continue Displaying a message 'Your STB is not register with us". I am using this STB from 2010 and i had submitted all the document for new connection 2010. I lodged a Complaint to FastWay on[protected] and resubmitted all the document's again through email followed by reminder on 05, 06 but till date no action has been taken to solve my complaint only fake assurance are being given by executives.                   Dear Concerned,

                  I really want to update about pathetic services of fastways cable in Chandigarh, initially my cable services was discontinued as per call center people " we have old black box which is discontinued" then we changed and purchased new box from local operator who took old black box and delivered new box with charges of Rs 800 and took all relevant documents along with ID proofs.

                  after around 7-8 days my services were discontinued because of ID not received ... Its pathetic coordination of Company and franchise ... then again we submitted ID proof to local franchise and services were restored.

                  Now you can imagine the pathetic service level of this company ... TODAY again my cable connection is disconnected b'cos of ID not submitted.

                  The best part is how these people specially their call center executives are trained to lie and harass the customer ... My question is if this company have not received my ID then how come they started my services and then when i requested to contact any senior person their standard answer is all seniors are in conference.

                  God bless Fasways cable ... they are running b'cos of political backing ... Dande ke jor per !!!

                        Fastway cable has removed ten action from the list of channels for over 2 years now.. and when i call them they never give any logical explanation for why they removed the channel.. please somehow do something and let people enjoy quality sports matches

                                actually i ordered the HD box to my cable operator but he didnt deleiverd that to me even in 6 months i called at fastway office in Jalandhar and Ludhiana both but they didnt do anything...after that i just get that they said that our cable operator didnt paid his payment to the office...as i told at fastway office that my all payments are clear but my cable operator didnt payed some payments to them so the are not issuing the Hd box...so what i do if i have to get that...

                                    hello, i m janak from panchkula, we are using for entertainment fastwaycable network with setbox in our house. they are providing very very very poor quality of cable network i had complaint many times on [protected], but al;l in vain. iof we contact our area cable operater he impose all problems of fastway( peeche company se kharab aa raha hai)company walon ka ph aata hai theek hue hum kehte hain nahi, abhi ho jayeagi six hours lagenge, koi bhi aisa din nahi hai jab se new setbox issue hue hain ki ek din, only single one day cable clear chali ho, koi sunwayi nahi hai consumer...

                                      HI,

                                      I want to highlight about poor service & rude behavior of service provider (Satyam Cable). For more than 2 month I am not receiving proper cable service. When I try to contact him no one respond on mentioned communication details. After lot of effort finally I came to know that last 2 months payment is pending whereas as service provide never intimated about the due payment. Even after paying 2 month payment I am not receiving proper cable reception & every evening I require to contact service engineer where as they don’t even bother speak properly with customer. When I today contact service engineer regarding the same he shockingly told me“jo ukhadna hai ukhaad lo nahi theek karta tera cable” is it a way to behave customer. Please look into this matter otherwise I have no other option of disconnecting connection.
