Respected Sir, We have subscribed fastway cable service on (27-Jan-2015) and our STB(Set top box) Number is FCBFFGKKG. We already made the payment of February month on (20-Feb-2015) but we didn't get any message regarding payment and our cable operator again claiming Feb payment which was already paid and now our cable is not working and also we are unable to pay March Payment as well. I am requesting to my operator for new connection at least from one month but still no one comes, everytime i call they make excuses like wiring, collection etc. Si this is my problem operator harrassing me ...plz look at this

        Hi i am from raipur khurd chandigarh and name of local operator is satyam cable network raipur.i got connection last week of january this year n they charged 1000 inr including 1 month of rent n provide me old setup box with broken remote and when i asked about payment slip they gave excuse everytime like will give tomorrow etc from 27th feb i have no signal in cable and going their office every day for complaint and i gave 2 time setup box to them because they asked for it and returned without signal now they are asking for 200 inr again to change the box plus 280 inr as rent again n saying otherwise your cable will not work n behaving like goons n talking rudely i have no connection from last 15 days then why i need to pay again for rent if i am not geeting the service it is not my fault it is there fault to not provide the signal to customer.it is really poor service n spoiling the name of fastway. As lots of local customer already left the fastway n have connection through dish.. Please look into the matter.

          Dear All, I am very much dissatisfied with the FW follow ups & customer care. First time I called customer care on 4th Mar with mob no [protected] with request no 34894 that your STB will be installed in 24 hrs. From 4th Mar till now (13th Mar) I am regularly calling customer care from same mob no & no one is here to listen my complaint, (giving silly excuses. I do not want connection from Fast way.               my cable remained off most of times on every saturday and sunday and most of times during world cup matches Ihave complaints many times to the operator and you but you pay no attention. Idoubt that some illegal connection is going on this area by the operator and my cable is connected with some one else during important world cup matches. please enquire into matter and take action against the operator immediately under advice to me.

                    I have one fastway connection Address: #813 sec 19 panchkula Haryana 134113. I am getting error 109 from last 15-20 days try to contact my cable oprater not he is not responding the phone, also visited his provided address but unable to get him. I call customer care ([protected]) as regester a complaint #1258118, but no response from fastway. I called customer care again and again they provided me one more complaint#1264187 on 18 Feb and one more complaint on 19th Feb #1267584. I am calling every day to customer care and cable opreater (sanjay) every day but getting no respone. all so called one of local office number[protected] lots of time on 20 feb evening 5:30 PM but no one is responding the call. However I taled some on the same number 4-5 days back, he assured he will call to cable operated and solve the proble but no positive response. I am not getting the service from last 15-20 days, , , I request fastway either startmy service or disconnect my connection.                     Is any one there to resolve this issue... this is not expected with fastway. I am calling evevery day but there is no response from company end. I think fastway does not gave value of it's customers feedback...Please cancel my connection and refund my security amount.

                      I have 3 TV connection of FastWay, but i realize service of the company is very poor. i made 3 times complaints in last 5 days but there is no response and local operator never picked phone.                             Dear Sir I am subscriber of fastway customer id 693288, THE CABLE connection is down since 30 dec 2014.I approached the local service provider, but no one attended the call. Then i lodged the complaint with company on 2 dec 2015 vide no 111685. They promised to restore the connection in 8 working hours for that i received the sms also. but no one come to attend the problem.They are making false promises and not providing satisfactory service.i have to undergo mental agony and depression as i am cut off from world no news no sports no entertainment.i missed new year entertainment programs also. This operator is very irresponsible towards his customers I have visited many times to his office but nothing is resolved at his end.                                 I m 7 year old customer of Fastways from Patiala (Nabha Road). I pay advance bill of payment 280 inplace of 260(actual rate)for the month Dec 2014 on 6th of December.After payment has been done the cable has stopped on 29th Dec 2014 and asking for the reciept of payment. When we told him to check his own record, he mis behaved us dis connected our 7 year old connection and . After long time and several complaint till now the fastway cable is not working and show 109 error. They said that the bill has not been paid by me. This shows that opertor is harassig me.Same he did last month with my neighbours. My phone no is [protected] and the cable operator no is [protected] (no. switched off)

                                  Really very much disappointed with the fastway service, its been almost 6 days and my cable problem is still
                                  Not solved, well i would like to draw ur attention towards the local operator, worst and ill mannered, i hv
                                  Told the operator to activate the silver package but i don't know which pckg is activated as they don't provide the bill although i ask for the bill every time, second they cut the cable i[censored] register a complaint against them,
                                  I registered my first complaint on 24th dec but its not resolved yet, i know the operator is intentionally troubling
                                  Because it has been happened bfr once we pay them for service, cable often start to trouble till their next paymeny and due to their this behavior almost all people in my society has switched to dishtv, second complaint is regarding customer service whn i called up to know the status of my first complaint which was recorded as resolved without my feedback and then they again register the same problem with different complaint
                                  Id in 26th dec, do lemme know plz whn ur cc and cable operator are planning to resolve the problem, although fastway has already failed their commitment of 8 hrs problem solution but still i am hoping that atleast the managment won't disappoint their customers otherwise do lemme know should i also switch to
                                  Dishtv..
                                  The error is 104 signal not found, all the wires are properly attached, also cable do play intervally so obviously no problem at my end...

                                  Today i called up at chd office[protected] to change the operator. A lady picked up the call and asked about the network detail and the name of operator (Which i dint know as different people come to collect the payment ans as i already stated they don’t provide the bill) and how she reacted to it “aap parhe likhe ho aapke paas ye details honi chahiye”. No wonders now why fastway services are worst. When the people working in offices are so smart how can expect service to be good.

                                  One word to describe the overall experience and service is “pathetic”.

                                    Jatin and I have spoken to Jaspreet, Manpreet, Gagandeep, Akash from customer care team and Jaspreet from Senior Team but they are continously telling me that the new Add on Connection will be done in 4 to 6 working hours. This is totally consumer harassment as till date my request has not been processed. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaint. I ASKED THEM FOR NEW CONNECTION IN MY NEWSPAPER OFFICE N THEY PROMISED ME TO INSTALL IT IN 24 HOURS BUT AFTER 72 HOURS ALSO THIS FASTWAY EMPLOYEES START MAKING EXCUSES AGAIN N AGIAN ..THERE IS NO ANY SYSTEM IN THIS COMPANY ..COSUMER CARE IS JUST A BOGUS SERVICE ..NO ONE HEARS YOUR VOICE HERE ..EVEN I[censored] CONSULT TO M. D.
