This is regarding one of the well known courier company FEDEX, but believe me this is one of the Worst Service Provider in their stream. I belong to one of the most reputed FMCG company in the world and if they are providing such kind services to us then you can understand what a normal customer will be getting. I have scheduled 5 boxes pickup THRICE (for USA) with them and mentioned my contact number/address of a Five Star hotel (where it needs to be picked up) in Panchkula clearly. Could you believe that what the reason that they are stating of non pick up is that address is wrong all the time. Oh my god, they say them world class courier services. Besides, no body has bothered to call me before the scheduled pickup (in case they are finding any difficulty in getting the address-though the address is so clear & easy that any mentally challenged person can find it). I would request you all please never ever use FEDEX services and I am going to ask my people to cancel the account of them.

    Now i want you to contact fedex express with your full contact information’s so that they can deliver your card to your designated address without any delay. Like i stated earlier, the delivery charges has been paid but i did not pay their official keeping fees since they refused. They refused and the reason is that they do not know when you are going to contact them and the demurrages might have being increase. They told me that their keeping fees are $25 per day and i deposited it yesterday. Below is their contact information,

    I registered it as a wedding gift and they don't know it contents valuable atm master card this is to avoid them delaying with the package. Don’t let them know that it contents valuable material.

      I sent courier through fedex. I used fedex express, which tells if it is not delivered even 1 minute late than expected date, they give money back gaurantee. Now for my courier, its been 12 days, till now, they are telling, that it has been lost, and I will get my money abck, all of sudden, today they are telling that delay was done due to custom, so i wont be eligible for the Money back gaurantee, I didnt bother, then i asked for my courier, still they are not sure, where it is, And when it will be delivered, I dont understand then, on what basis, i will not be eligible for Money back gaurante.

      And this happened with me 3rd times.

      FEDEX SUCKS!!!!!!

        Hello,

        This is my life's most pathetic experience with AFL Fedex couriers. I have received a call on November 28, 2011 regarding a despatch from Delhi. Its been more than 5 days I have'nt heard any updated from these buggers.

        I have tried to contact all the possible desks but in vain with no satisfying result. Just like every bloody Indian customer service desk, every one tried to escape by transfering the responsibility on others shoulders.

        I have been calling Asl Fedex hyderabad at[protected]. Most of the time, the phone goes busy and when the bell rings, no one answer. Luckily, once I got connected over the phone and the staff working at the desk is in no mood to help me out.

        I request the authorities concerned at AFL Fedex to treat the customer with utmost importance. Otherwise the brand Fedex image will be tarnished.

          but my goods open and theft my product from my box,
          and iam same product import by ups courier but also make duty is 4650 rupees only,i dont know how it diffrent,

            im sending a diamond pendant to my MRS in india for her birthday through fedex as a GIFT...
            i live in UK and shes in MUMBAI india Maharashtra
            its stuck in fedex custom. the value of the diamond pendant is RS 25000 - RS 30000
            NOW fedex is asking to get a broker to clear the custom!! im like i dont have a broker your a broker tell me the custom charge and i'll pay if its reasonable but they not listen to anything!!!

              Respected sir,

              The party had pick my material from shimla on 26th of february by name of fedex packers chandigarh.
              He also given reference of fedex packer from Hyderabad and assured to deliver material by 7 days through his tata ace or vehicle.
              He had done fraud and put material in Gati courier and till date i.e 19.03.2011 it is not delivered.

              I called his hyderabad counterpart and he abused .
              If you can help me in this kind of fraud plz. help sir............
              Also plz. tell weather if any courier agency take material on there name so they have any write to book on gati or other agency .
              They also told me to followup by myself.
              Plz. help me to teach them lesson so in future they can't fool any innocent person.
              My material will reach as confirmed by Gati on 21.03.2011.
              So if you want to take any action take after 21st and other proofs like scan copy of quotation, bill and terms and condition i'll send you.

                    Sir i have purchased food supplements from bodybuilding.com web site which i use to import from USA n i have got the previous shipments delivered but this time fedex dint deliver the package as they r telling me to deal wid custom officials to get it cleared or it will be destroyed as these are same products which i have imported earlier n i have also paid for the custom duty previously the tracking number which is not delivered is [protected].Sir product cost is 287usd including fedex charges n above tht i also have to pay octroi n custom duty on it and now they r tellng that package will be destroyed i told them to send package back to bodybuilding.com but they are denying to do so sir pls help me

                      I am expecting a Fedex courier. I have not received it till date. It is a very important courier for me and needed urgently.
                      The Fedex courier as per the online tracker shows that it has arrived to Bangalore on 13th Nov. I have called customer service to track it, have provided alternate delivery address and my mobile number. And I have still not received the same. I have been following up everyday.
                      I am extremely upset with this kind of a service especially from a brand name like Fed-ex.

                        Hi,

                        I had recently purchased a product online which was being sent by the merchant in the US, via FedEx. I never received the package, but I received an email claiming that the package had been delivered to me and the delivery location was mentioned as Navi Mumbai, and that the delivery point mentioned reception and proof mentioned Company Seal. The strangest part was that the last time when such a package was being delivered, I had received a call from the FedEx office, stating that there would be customs duty to be paid as it was a food supplement, and four days later the package was delivered along with the customs bill. But, this time there was no such call, and the package also did not come.

                        Now the irony lies that the shipping address mentioned was my residence address and it is on Godbunder Road, Thane West, which is close to 30 miles away from Navi Mumbai.
                        I called up FedEx, and informed them on the 14th of September about this issue, and they promised me that they will investigate the same and call me back either the same evening or in the morning on the 15th. She also mentioned that it was possible that since my employer’s name was mentioned on the package it was delivered to their office, and was ready to email me a proof of Delivery (POD). But, my employer has no office in Navi Mumbai, and this was not the first time that a package had come to me with the same shipping address from the same vendor and via FedEx. I never received any call from FedEx on that day on the next. I called them up again on 15th evening, and was told that the investigation was underway and someone would get back to me in the next 24 hours. But again as before there was no callback. On Friday, I finally went to their office in Chemtex building at Powai, Hiranandani Gardens, Mumbai, and met a supervisor, by the name Harshamrit, who promised me that he will get it investigated and give a callback by 4:30 pm on Saturday, with a positive response. On, Saturday I got a call, but all that Harshamrit told me was that he would call me back in half hour as he was trying to get in touch with someone on this issue, but, as usual he never called. I called up the FedEx office, and spoke to Aparna, who told me that she could send me the POD via email, but never got anything.

                        On Monday, September 20, 2010, I went back to the FedEx office, but I was told that Harshamrit had not reported to work, and some supervisor by the name Francis informed me that he would call check on the progress of the investigation and would call me the same evening by 6pm. But the moment I told him that I suspected fraud and needed to see the POD, suddenly the POD which was going to be emailed to me on Saturday, becomes non-traceable and, as expected Francis never called me.

                        I guess there are too many dark stuff happening at FedEx, and including supervisors are involved in this. But that is just speculation, but then one thing is for sure, and they have proved it time and again that FEDEX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR DELIVERY SLA AND ALSO DOES NOT CARE IF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE FACING ANY INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE OF THEM.

                          This is a complaint against FedEx Packers and Movers of Railway Road, Gurgaon.

                          I engaged them in May 2010 as packers and movers to move my things to Bangalore as I was relocating. Everything was going fine until the time came for delivery (as always!). First, they delivered 10 days outside their "absolutely worst case timeline". It wouldn't have a real bother for me but as it turned out it was my wedding day and I requested them to postpone delivery to the next day so I could see whether everything had been accounted for. No such luck, they insisted on delivering that very night and without a shred of paperwork, the guy who took the delivery in good faith, a caretaker who works at one of my sites, was told all the items were there.

                          The next day I went there to survey everything. To my surprise everything but my bed and gas stove seemed to be there. I followed up with them asked them where it was. They put on the pretence of being outraged and said they would find it for me as soon as possible and that a bed of all things shouldn't go missing like this. Followed up with them every other day from that day till I left the country to do some travelling; different responses every time - sir, its gone to chennai; sir, its in the godown....a never ending web of lies.

                          A local contact of mine, who lived in gurgaon followed up with them for the month that I was out of the country. Same story with him. eventually I told him just to claim the insurance on the missing items. In order to do so he set up a meeting with these guys to give them the requisite documents, he asked for their office details on railway road. Upon getting there and hunting for an hour he finally realised that the address was for a barber shop. The barber shop owner told him that people often dropped off documents with him and that these people picked them up in due course and that they really didn't have an office there.

                          Its been months and neither my insurance nor my bed has shown up, the guy has just stopped taking calls, which is incredibly frustrating. I am unhappy with the way this has been handled by FedEx Packers and Movers. Other consumers beware - the contact person is one Mr. Anil and his mobile number is [protected]. DO NOT even touch them with a ten foot pole if you're looking for a packing and moving service. It will be a frustrating experience when things go wrong.                             THE PARCEL ARRIVED AT OUR OFFICE ON 14.05.10 AT ABOUT 6 P.M , THE PERSON WHO BRING IN THE PARCEL ASKED ME TO PAY THE DUTY AMOUT INRS. 8984/00 FOR THE SAID 200 GMS PARCEL. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE AMOUT. HE GAVE ME THE INVIOCE OF FEDEX FOR THAT AMOUNT.I INSTANTLY REFUSED TO TAKE THE DELIVERY AS THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF THAT MUCH DUTY I ASKED HIM FOR DETAILS AND CUSTOM RECEIPT WHICH HE NEVER CARRY.( NORMALY PRACTICE BY DHL IS THAT THEY ALWAYS SEND XEROX COPY OF CUSTOMS RECEIPT WITH THEIR INVIOCE INDICATING THE NUM/ITM/AMOUNT OF DUTY)

                            ON 15.05.10 WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE IN AFTERNOON AND TOLD THEM TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ON MONDYA (17.05.10) WITH THE INVIOCE SO THAT WE CAN PAY THE DUTY AMOUT. WE ALSO REQUESTED THEM TO PROVIDE US THE COPY OF BILL OF ENTRY SO CAN GO TO CUSTOMS PERSONALY AND SEE IF THE MISTAKE CAN BE RECTIFIED.. FOR THIS THEY ASSURED ME AND NOTED MY EMAIL ID. THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT HE WILL ARANGE THE DELIVERY ON MONDAY AND THE COPY OF BILL OF ENTRY WILL BE SENT TO MY EMAIL ID.
                            ON 17.05.10 AT 1.45 PM, I CALLED AGAIN TO VERIFY THAT THE DELIVERY IS OUT, TO MY SURPRISE THE LADY TOLD ME THERE IS NO REQUSED DONE IN SYSTEM ON 15.05.10 AND SHE ASKED METHE NAME OF PERSON WHOM I SPOKE TO.. UNFORTUNATLY I NEVER ASKED THE NAME THAT DAY..BUT SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY EMAIL ID ALREADY PUT ON SYSTEM ON 15.05.10(BY WHOM SHE DONTKNOW) WELL I ASKED HER NAME SHE WAS MS.GITANJALI..
                            IMMEDAITLY I REQUESTED HER TO PLEASE ARRANGE THE DELIVERY OF PARCLE BY NEXT DAY (18.05.10) WHICH SHE AGREED. I TOLD HER THAT YOUR MONEY IS READY WITH ME PLEASE SEND THE PARCEL AND COLLECT THE MONEY. SHE AGREED... FOR BILL OF ENTRY SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE IS FORWARDING MY REQUEST TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL SEND ME BY EMAIL WITH IN 48 HOURS.
                            ON 18.05.10 I CALLED THEIR BRANCH OFFICE IN FOUNTAIN ON TEL NO.[protected] AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY PARCEL AFTER CHECKING THEY SAID THAT THE PARCEL IS STILL IN MIDC WARE HOUSE, I REQUESTED HIM FOR URGENCY, HE SAID HE IS FORWARDING THE REQUEST FOR DELIVERY AND CAN ARRANGE THE DELIVERY NEXT DAY.
                            NEXT DAY ON 19.05.10 I CALLED THE FOUTAIN PEOPLE THEY SAID THE THE PARCEL IS ARRIVING BY VAN AT 2.30 PM AND WILL BE DELIVERD BY EVENING....AGAIN AFTER WAITING I CALLED THEM AT 6.15 PM TO INQUIRE THE STATUS TO MY SURPRISE THEY SAID THAT THE SAID PARCEL IS GONE BACK WITH THE VAN..I ASKED THEM HOW THAT CAN BE POSSIBLE THE HAD NO ANSWER AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE.
                            IMMEDIATLY AT 6.25 PM ( ON 19.05.10) CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED FOR MY SHIPMENT, THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT AS PER THE RECORD THAT THE PERSON REACHED MY OFFICE AT 10 AM ( IN THE MORNING WHEN THE FOUNTIAN PEOPLE SAID THAT PARCEL IS IN VAN AT2.30PM) AND WE HAD NO MONEY FOR DUTY PAYMENT.... THIS IS REALY A BIG JOK.. MY BROTHER WAS IN OFFICE SINCE 9 AM AND HE HAD READY MONEY WITH HIM SINCE LAST TWO DAYS. . INQUIRED IN OFFICE WITH STAFF THEY SAY NO ONE CAME SINCE MORNING.....
                            I AGAIN ASKED HIM TO PUT IN SYSTEM THAT THE SAME SHOULD BE DELIVERD NEXT DAY (20.05.10) WHICH HE AGREED AND TOLD ME THAT HE PUT THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SYSTEM. I ALSO ASKED HIM WHAT ABOUT MY BILL OF ENTRY AS IT IS ALREADY MORE THEN 96 HOURS TO MY REQUEST THROUGH MS. GITANJALI ON 17.05.10, TO THAT HE SAID HE IS FORWARDING THE REQUEST AGAIN TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT......HIS NAME WAS, MR. DURAI.....
                            WELL I WAS NOT SURE SO I CALLED AGAIN IN THE MORNING AT 10 AM ON 20.5.10 TO RECONFIRM THAT MY PARCEL IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED.. LUCKILY MY PHONE WAS PICKED UP BY SAME LADY MS. GITANJALI... SHE GOT SURPRISED THAT I HAVE NOT RECD THE PARCEL NOR RECEIVED THE BILL OF ENTRY... I TOLD HER THAT I PUT THE REQUST YESTERDSY FOR DELIVERY AND WANT TO CONFIRM IT IS GOING TO BE TODAY.. AGAIN TO MY SURPRISE SHE SAID NO ONE PUT YOUR REQUEST IN SYSTEM YESTERDAY...WELL THIS TIME I GOT VERY UPSET I TOLD HER CLEARLY TO ARRANGE THE DEKIVERY BY TODAY AND COLLECT YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO GIVE THIS MATTER IN NEW PAPER ... SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERD ANYHOW BY TODAY.
                            IN THE AFTERNON AT 2.30 PM I CALLED THE FOUNTAIN OFFICE, THEY SAID THAT YOUR PARCEL IS HERE AND AS THE STAFF IS HAVING LUNCH THEY WILL DELIVER IT BEFORE 4 PM, I WIATED TILL 4.15 PM AND CALLED THEM AGAIN THE PERSON SAID THAT MY APRCEL IS ALREADY OUT FOR DELIVERY AND BOY CAN COME ANYTIME. I REQUSTED HIM TO CALL THE BOY AND ARRANGE MY DELIVERY FIRST ON WHICH HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND THE MASSAGE TO THE BOY.
                            NOTHING HAPPEND TILL 5.PM, I CALLED THE FOUTAIN PEOPLE AGAIN, THEY JUST SAID THE SHIPMENT IS GONE BACK.                             I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN THE LADY WAS ON LINE I TOLD HER EVERYTHINGAND ASKED HER TO PUT ME TO SOME SENIOR OFFICER SO THAT CAN GET PICTURE CLEAR.. THE LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE IS SENIOR .. I ASKED HER WHAT TO DO NOW.. SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE SHIPMENT CAME BACK WHEN I ADKED THE REASON SHE GOT MUM AND PROMISED THAT SAME WILL BE DELIVERD TOMM.. BEFORE I CAN ASK HER NAME SHE DISCUNECTED THE LINE....I CALLED AGAIN AND THIS TIME ONE MS. SANDRA CAME ONLINE I ASKED HER FOR MY DELIVERY AND REASON FOR SHIPMENT GOING BACK.. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER THAT SHE SAID SHE IS PUTTING THE REQUEST FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY...I ASKED HER TO PUT ME TO SOME SENIOR OFFICER SHE SAID NO ONE IS PRESENT AT MOVMENT.

                              PAFEX ( 100% Owned by FedEx EXPRESS Corporation ),
                              Their is integration going on between FedEx & PAFEX so,FedEx insist & forcing very badly to PAFEX sales executive to put down the papers / resignations all across the india.
                              It's impact a very bad impression on the carrier of that people.
                              So, its necessary to take the corrective action from the government side or justice.

                                I have booked a consignment with fedex on dated 9th March 2010 at 4:30 PM and committed to deliver before 11 March 2009 at 12:30 PM EET.
                                This consignment carrying my MVV (work permitt application) that has to
                                be signed by my company president and he has to verifiy all
                                my documents and only for that purpose he came to Netherlands from NY.
                                The application was suppose to file in IND(visa department of
                                Netherlands on Thursday).
                                My company president waited til friday(becuase i was ensured by fedex people that
                                consignment would reached by Friday so i have conveyed him the same.
                                On Friday My company president has called up Fedex netherlands and they told him
                                that would deliver this consignment by friday.
                                (Please noted i had called up 10 times to Fedex on same day.)
                                After that answer My company president left Amsterdam and flew back to NY.
                                After receiving the consignment on Monday,Tuesday they filed the Visa
                                application.
                                (Still with out scanning of My company president )
                                My company is thinking that i am responsible for all this problem and i
                                am not capable of doing justice with my Job.
                                They have told me to repay all the expanses and loss that they have
                                incurred due to this circus and warned me if any delay in further
                                processing due to the incompleteness of documents they will take strict
                                action against it.
                                The fedex is asking me no to give this issue to consumer forum and they are ready to return the courier refund.
                                I do not want to take the refund, i want to help society by exposing the issues,so that no other abhishek mehta suffer that huge loss.

                                    I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.

                                    When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.

                                    I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.

                                    I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.

                                    Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???

                                    I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.

                                    But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.

                                    In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.

                                    They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.

                                    If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.

                                    Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.

                                      Sub: Extent of damage & Estimated repairing cost during car transportation through your FIPM services

                                      This is in reference to my earlier email dated 6th October'09. I am bringing to your kind notice again that my car (Tata Indigo, Reg.No- GJ-06 VV-7233) was trasported from ahemdabad on 18th Sept.2009 for Bangalore through your services. I receieved my vehicle on 23rd Sept.2009 at Banglore in damaged condition with 260Km run extra. The extent of damage is evaluated by an authorised TATA Motors dealer here in banglore. The extent of damage and repairing cost is evaluated as follows-

                                      1. Crank Case Assembly Damaged
                                      2. Crank Case Packing Damaged
                                      3. Main bearing Seal Damaged. ( Point 1,2 & 3 Repair estimate - Rs 3900/-)
                                      4. Front driver side wheel rim damaged ( Repair estimate- Rs 850/-)
                                      5. Two wheel cover missing ( Cost of wheel cover - Rs 400/-) .
                                      6. Vehicle run more than 260 kms (earlier it was informed that approx 50 kms will be required. (vehicle handed over at Ahmedabad at KMR 15265 kms and received at Bangalore at KMR 15527 kms.) ( 18 Liter extra Fuel used cost - Rs 900/-)

                                      So Total estimated repaire cost of damage is Rs 6050/- ( Rs SIX THOUSAND FIFTY ONLY) during the transit through your services.

                                      Prior to trasport the vehicle from ahemdabad, Your representative ( Mr. Sunil , Mobile [protected] ) has observed the vehicle condition & vehicle was is good shape.

                                      This is also to inform you that for the house hold goods transportation,the goods found to be in different position other the loading position.As already mentioned in the bilty,many things got damaged and the TV was also got damaged which is beyond repair.

                                      You are therefore requested to send your authorised representative to verify the fact and evaluate the extent of damage.This is for necessery action as soon as possible.

                                      4. Two nos of wheel cover are missing.

                                      As already mentioned in the bilty,many things got damagedand the TV was also got damaged beyond repair.
                                      The condition of the TV was shown to your representative at Bangalore ,Mr. Sunil/Mr Kuldeep Mobile no [protected].

                                        I have some mails like "We have a Parcel contained an International Cashier Bank Draft/Cheque worth the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800.000.00 USD) which will be deliver to you at the moment as long as you provide all the requirement information to the FedEx package company before the parcel can be shipped to your own residential address in your country" and"I am Mr.David Chin I am an Independent auditor i work with Dalian Bank China, during my last auditing I realized an unclaimed Bank Draft of 8, 528, 000GBP I need an honest person that I can present as the beneficiary to these funds.For more details Get back to me thru my private email " I could not be assured. I am a simple student and i hve send my address them without sending the "sum of $220.00 USD to the FedEx Delivery Department being payment for the Insurance Fee of the FedEx Company".Please help me what to do.

                                        i have paid 9000 rs for itz cash franchise before 100 days but still i have not received any reply from
                                        head office but that executive said within 30 days you will receive all waste nothing i received still now
