[Resolved] First Flight — Customer care number | |
First flight courier customer care number (Bangalore[protected] if we are calling this number, each time the call will be answered by an IVR. Post that we will be kept in hold for a while stating "your call is important". After that we will get a prompt saying "All our executive are busy,kindly call back". For each call we will be charged & out of 20 or 30 call it might connect to an executive. And finally once the call is connected the service is so pathetic you will end up on Consumer complaint site. This is in reference to a consignment, which was delivered from Jorhat, Assam to Miss. Nazma Sultana Hussain of Amity University, Manesar, Gurgaon, but till date it was not delivered to the destination.
Several communication has been done and an application has been given at your Jorhat, first flight office to trace the consignment but no response has been given form your Jorhat courier service.
So, once again I request you to hand over the consignment at the earliest or I will be bound to approach consumer court.

I have booked a courier from Bhagalpur to Kolkata on 28/11/2017, till today it is not yet delivered. when ever i am asking to them for status they are saying it reached kolkata but not gone for delivery. I think they should stop their business if they are not able to manage. i asked some concern person Contact no from the center, he pass me some No I called that no more that 50 time but never respond, please suggest any other concern person no foe escalation.
