[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Non delivery of Consignment

I have supposed to recieve a consignment /document from icici bank mumbai
The sender has informed me about its dispatch details on 21 st aug yet not delivered

The ICICI PRUDENTIAL despatched gift for me document no C06175008/7.3.2009 but the same is not delivered to me and co is saying material delivered to party.Please look in to the matter and deliver my gift.

M/s Oriental Fibre& Engineering Industries, Kolkata have depatched some important document through first flight curior vide consignment No. E 23367971 DTD. 13/04/10. It is rgretted to note that even after possing over a period of 04 days the consigment has not been received. I have also deputed our representative in Jhansi first flight curior where Shri Rajesh is not giving proper reponse to satisfy the consumers.

Please expedite the delivery.

One packet sent from Coimbatore through First Flight Courier Service, Consignment No.T06495188 on 25/01/2013 to Pasighat in East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh. But the consignment is neither reached at Pasighat nor the origin at Coimbatore till date. What is the problem. If there is no service area at Pasighat. Please sent it to the origin so that they can sent it through some other reputed / responsible Courier service like DTDC, etc.

Package not delivered, but website shows delivered status

I have not received my package yet, but it shows status as delivered on 19th April on the First Flight Website. Tracking# B991Q8015227
