    It is to bring to your notice that I had parceled things to my daughter through First Flight Courier Services on 2nd Feb,2010 consignment no.J42477994 from gorakhpur to pune but it wasn't delivered till date and when tried to contact at the regional office of pune i got a very poor response.Now the situation is they are not even picking my call.so i was left with no other options but to complain you.kindly pay attention to the same.

      I ordered a mobile phone on naaptol.com on the process of cash on delivery from nalgonda.they delivered the product to me from first flight courier services(c/no is LB0753720). I received the parcel on[protected] at nalgonda.i gave money to courier person and i opened that before the courier person i found that there is no mobile in it, i found only charger and car charger and pouch in it. I asked the courier person what can I do now then he replied that he can not return my money. back .he told that he raises a complain to his higher authorities that I did not receive mobile phone in the parcel and I also gave a written complaint to first flight courier on[protected] but they did not gave me any replay until[protected]

      I ordered same mobile phone again on naaptol.com from nalgonda on the process of cash on delevery.they delivered the product to me from first flight courier services(c/no LB0786631) i went to courier office to receive. When I saw the parcel i noticed that the seal condition is different compare to which I received the parcel on[protected] (c/no is LB0753720).
      the seal condition of the parcel which i received on[protected] (c/no is LB0753720). was broken and reseald.before it delivered to me at nalgonda.

      The main issues are
      The consignment LB0753720 destination is showing at Hyderabad but I received that at nalgonda. The consignment LB0786631 the destination is showing at nalgonda. Both consignments are showing different destinations in first flight courier website .both is ordered by me from nalgonda and both are delivered to nalgonda.
      The seal condition of the both consignments different. Where as both parcels came from the naaptol.com&same product

      I mailed the above information to first flight courier higher authorities .they did not send me any return mails

      The poor quality of first flight courier services caused me loss of my money 4200 rupee

        First flight courier customer care number (Bangalore[protected] if we are calling this number, each time the call will be answered by an IVR. Post that we will be kept in hold for a while stating "your call is important". After that we will get a prompt saying "All our executive are busy,kindly call back".

        For each call we will be charged & out of 20 or 30 call it might connect to an executive. And finally once the call is connected the service is so pathetic you will end up on Consumer complaint site.

        This is not regarding courier comlaint, this is regading cheap behaviour working peoples in First Flight office located at Adampur Doaba, Jalandhar near PNB bank, its owner is Mr. Ganesh and two courier boys are Mr. Deep Kumar and Mr. Sunny.
        Courier boy is sending me cheap sms fron las 8 months, while I came to know that which person is sending these messages to me that is Courier boy Mr. Deep Kumar. I compained to owner of agency Mr. Ganesh, but he is not take any action against that courie boy Mr. Deep kumar, he is a so much cheap person, even I've changed my number, but from last days he is calling on the phone of our office at bank at adampur. then 10 days ago I did complaint in Police station against his behaviour, but still he is doing the same things.         its my humble request.
        I also had similar experience with this. I have a consignment to recieve from chennai and the consignment about to return back to origin due to 'PARTY SHIFTED'. they dont even come to my house nor contacted me on phone. when you call the customer care.. it wont connect... if conneected they will say that they will checek and get back to you.. they never do that.. i called them 4 times in 3hrs.. no proper anwer.. pathetic service they are providing to customer.. they dont even update the site with correct phone numbers and address.. i went to the nearest branch.. i did not find the office at that address.. they given all false address and phone numbers in their official website..

        First Flight — Consignment delivered in poor condition.

        This is in regarding to consignment no. J15421255 from Kanpur,UP to Mumbai,Maharashtra, the consignment was delivered in poor condition, instead of complaining within 24 hours as per the company's policy no action has been taken and they are not accepting their mistake.
        Kindly look into the matter.

        The courier was delivered to First Flight Office Qatar . However, it was not delivered to the addresee till 3-july-2010.
        Our grievance is

        (a) Why was the non-service station not checked at the time of booking by First Flight Courier Limited?

        (b) Why was the non-delivery of courier not informed to us.

        There are important documents .
        This non-delivery and careless approach has put the us disadvantage and has had impacted its reputation. Moreover, the non-friendly attitude of customer care center of First Flight has created dissatisfaction. We take this as a breach of trust - after promising a service it is not withheld.

        In view of the above, I would request that this complaint be forwarded to the concerned authorities at First Flight. We may be forced to take this matter with relevant authorities as well in case we do not hear from them.

        I feel sad to inform you that two days back when i booked a courier from chandigarh to new jalpaiguri town (west bengal) from the first flight courier office of chandigarh the vendor named "Chitranjan" took Rs-860/- from me for a courier which was of the dimensions 16"x14" and weighted 700gms only. The same guy then gave me the reciept and did not mention the price Rs-860/- on the reciept and told me not to disclose this price to anybody which sounded very suspicious to me. instead he wrote the same price on the back of the reciept. since first flight courier is such a big name i trusted the guy and came back home. and once i checked the site to calculate the rate of the item it came out to be only Rs-200/-. what else to say thats all. that man was a FRAUD. please look into the matter and take the concerned action.

        First Flight — parcel not received

        Dear Sir,
        with a viewpoint of product safety and customer satisfaction, i prefer first flight to send some important parcel on occasion of rakhi. I send item on 30/08/10 and today is 7/09/10. Its almost 10 days have passed but neither my booker nor customer care at ahmedabad is able to tell where the parcel is? moreover my booking is not showing.My booker at bhuj is Md. Iqbal. He is not picking up the phone.I have spend more than 100 Rs on phone but all are defering.Sir I am harrased. So with a hope to get results I am sending you this mail.

        Cheap, racial comments by your staff,
        Not only your staff dont deliver courier but also abuse of being a north indian and tell me to talk in kannada and huang up phone many times.my friend sent me a courier from abroad and i received a call from your end saying it has arrived, After confirming the address at 11 am he said it will be delivered by 3pm. I kept waiting for the day, but in vain, i called up same number at 6 pm and spoke with little kannada, he said i dont know OK OK OK ... Then again i called next morning, i got the same reply. I said i dont understand, he said in kannada that you are in karnataka, talk in kannada, i reverted I am in India, karnataka also in India now speak in hindi, This was followed by hanging up my caqll. When i called from other number i got a reply saying it will be delivered today, I got confused, and told my college to call, when he called with the tracking ID he was told to come and collect the parcel as they said address was wrong. Thats a great service. And this is the second time its happening ( going and collecting parcel) when i went there i found that my address was correct, not only that, they also called me for confirmation. Moreover i found that the office is merely 1 km away from where i stay. I leave it upto you to decide whether it is deliberate or negligence, But your employees at that branch are sure Dumbs, mentally retardsand racists.By the way, the office is at Banashankari, near popular bajaj showroom, Bangalore.

        reservation office -vijayawada — fraudulent behaviour by officials

        dear sir,

        i was waiting outside the reservation office to take tatkal ticket by 17210 seshadri express for 25/12/2010 , early in the morning on 23/12/2010.
        I saw the main gate opened at 07.30 hrs, to let the passengers go and take their positions in ques, suddenly i saw a 55 year old person who was already inside , going and taking his position being the first man in counter number 4.
        as i was a senior citizen i could not get confirmed my ticket as i was 6th to stand in que.
        i want to complaint against the reservation supervisors present in the office to entertain the person fradulently from inside , preventing the other people who were waiting to take tickets since midnight, in bone biting winter.

        I am so sorry to state about the poor service of your, still till today i.e. 7/1/2011 customer has not received the parcel .What is going on I do not have any idea as I have tried the best possible way to trace it but in vain.         We have tied-up with this courier because we hoped that we will get the Quick service from them but it seems wrong as 2 days back we have couriered the parcel which still not receipt by the person and there is no proper response from firstflight since we have to follow with them again n again...as you have said it should reached to the concern person on said time only.
        A consignment containing match boxes from Sivakasi against FFC Way bill no.[protected] despatced for us by The Match Makers on 28.2.11 on COD basis and it is not delivered till today ie. 12.3.2011. When I enquired from your office at Gurgaon they told me as the cheque was not ready that is why they did not deliver the material. But the fact is that they did not contact our office and on their own made this excuse and after several phone calls to Sivakasi and in local office they are not bothered to deliver the materials. This consignment is very urgent for us but we are not getting the same due to the bad services of First Flight. Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver the materials today itself.

        In your sistem it shows in transsit for two days i could not recive our items wich is very urgent to a Hospital.

        First Flight — delay of courier

        i send one courier C.NO.U86346493. i send this courier on 18thmay which having very imp. paper regarding my housing loan, now i am getting late for applying my housing loan some one can tell me who will be responsible if i will not get my loan.

        First Flight — Non Delivery of the consignment

        No proper system of anything ranging from delivery to customer care. They seriously have some problem with customers calling them. All the lines - local or even corporate have gawaaar! aunties on the line who actually don’t know how to talk and how to deal. Delivery is for sure can never be on time. All of them are big jerks!! NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED! and even if you choose to send it on your own risk, forget about delivery they wont even talk to you well!

        My consignment no. I04296923 was to be delivered on May 28, 2011 but on May 27, 2011 it had internal misroute! and then when i tried talking to the customer care they were least bothered..lame people all of them!!

        I have not found my pan card delivery and status showing "Your PAN card has been delivered on 12-Apr-2011 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. ZB1564141, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application" but still i have not got it my contact no is [protected] what are doing frist flight men your sevice is not up to the mark please do this other wise i'll go to in consumer court.
        I have sent one packet from Delhi for Deoghar. Whose Docket number is D26327984.
        Address is properly mentioned please deliver the packet as soon as possible.Its quite Urgent.
        You people dont want to work. Simply you update party not accepted the courier even no courier arrived at the given address. Irespective of the urgency of the customer. So irresponsible behaviour of faridabad branch.

        People employed in first flight courier are even not picking up telephones.The most horrible service
        We are very bad eperience with first flight. We have sent consigment for patna on 24th August 2011, Your local finchigee at karve road have gave us worng docket(SM 1224594) i.e old docket receipt. Then docket no. was changed by your Hinjewadi office i.e. [protected]. This was informed to us when we know that the consinment was not reached to clint. It is very rediculus to contact your offices. Till date the client didn't get the consignemnt. Very poor experience.

        The the docne
        A parcel was booked on 06/09/11 from Baddi( H.P) to Bangalore vide Doc No TK 0116567. On tracking the status it was reached Bangalore on 07/09/2011 but nobody bother to deliver the material to the consignee in spite repeated request. Even today on 13.09.11 delivery is still pending. We would like to know why you book the material if there is not proper arrangement to delivery the same.

        Their customer care, or lack thereof, is utterly pathetic. It confuses me as to why a company with such a big presence in their industry treats its customers as if they were despicable and not worth the time to talk to.

        I have not received my package and it has been over two weeks since it has been shipped.

        The status on the website is very cryptic and says the destination has changed! I tried calling their regional offices in both Hyderabad and Bangalore for clarification and none of them ever ever pick up! The person at the head office picks up but either insists that she is busy or she just hangs up your call without warning.

        After reading similar complaints, it's evident that these are not isolated issues. Non-delivery of items and the callous attitude of customer care ensure that I will never use this company again.
        Sir, I have been send a courier on 11/10/2011 from Varanasi to Noida with docket no J 63762133 and till date on 15/10/2011 that courier has not yet delivered and when tried to track on net no response, when tried to track through mobile its replied pending due to wrong address, where its been confirmed address mentioned is correct along with my mobile no, and not only this when tried to caqll land line no of First flight office at Noida, New Delhi, and corporate office chandivali Mumbai not a single call is answered is that is the reputation of first flight do any one form First flight can reply me i m working as Manager Hr and having my dealing official through First flight, but i feel after today i will never use and advise to all my friends and in network to never use first flight, and that document which i expect in the same courier is so important its career of my son hence i feel due to delay and not received till date i should lodge case in consumer forum

        but today the booking fellow is not accepting it and he is not giving any valid reason for the same.
        Even we ask his name but he don't told... We ask him how you book previous consignments, so he dont have any answer..

        On daily basis we receive courier from Chennai to Mangalore through First Flight..
        The consignment bookd on 31.01.2012 at chennai still not received at Mangalore.
        In fact we have to receive on 3rd day, i.e. today 02.02.2012. Mangalore office not received the consignment.
        While talking to customer care, one person is telling it is in Bangalore and will reach tomorrow i.e.03.02.2012, and another one is telling that, as per system it is already reached Mangalore...!!!

        We are in totally confusion, to whom we have to believe/trust !!!

        We are disgusted with the service at Chennai, and already shifted outward consignment through Professional couriers - THE BEST SERVICE.

        Hope, in future, at least right personnel will talk right things..

        Wonder is - though the POD no is not traced out in web site, these people are telling it is despatched.

        First Flight — Not received the courier

        First Flight is the worst courier service. Please do not recommend the same for free service even. People working there are not ready to even speak properly or they will not pick up the phone even. If you have any complaint regarding same contact - [protected].
        i'm also unhappy with first flight service... even customer care also not giving proper response... i'm trying to trace my courier but i'm not getting properly... net time i never ll go with this courier... it's very bad company... very very bad...
        A parcel was dispatched from pune on 22/09/12 to panchkula and when it was not reached till 25/09/12. It was very strange and shameful that parcel's status/Location is unknown to all including pune branch, customer care, corporate office and panchkula branch. I found it when I called to confirmed from mr. Sailesh corporate office, he assured me to revert back but hasn't revert till 2 hours, but in between I called customer care, pune and talked with madam sakina, firstly she asked me to wait till 6pm and assured me to call back regarding status of parcel. At 6.35pm when I call her she told me that the parcel reached to panchkula branch and a boy moved to my place for delivery. I called panchkula branch but they denied directly of parcel's reach at their place and again they say we have no information regarding parcel's current status/Location. The parcel was very urgent for me whose non delivery lost my business of approx. 5 lakhs. Who will bear the loss of 5 lakhs first flight whose service is third class and whose customer is fraud claims wrong information to customers. My contact no. Are [protected] and [protected] .

        This document was collected three days back. Both sender and addressee are local and within 10 km radius reach. Till today not delivered to the addressee.
        No one attends to the phone calls- since morning I must have made about 20 calls to different numbers shown in the web-site including the one in their Corporate/Registered Office in Mumbai. None helped.

They have an excuse of saying Saturday and Sunday booking gets delayed then why don't you add in your advertisements that consignments will be booked only from Monday to Thursday and will be delivered within four days and must remove that delivery on next working days.         Very poor service. Item not received in more than 7 days. Item ws sent from delhi to kolkata. When I track the package on their website I find that the item is delivered to a wrong person. They never answered my call or eplied my email. Worst service I have ever received. I will never use their services, neither I will recommend anyone to do it.

        First Flight courier POD not given from any customer service person of docket No. M79167602 Booking date - 08.08.13, it has not happen in another courier company.
        First flight courier customer support system is just a joke. They do not respond to mail in any id you can get in their site. Their site do not have transit time calculator.Most horrible is their tracking system in which you will not get anything not even expected date of delivery. I have tried more than 60 times over telephone but no one is there to pickup whether it is Corporate office, registered Office or Delhi regional Office. I think it is their corporate guideline not to entertain any customer grievance.

          HDFC Ergo sent docs from Mumbai to Pune --( 200 Kms dist) on 16 Feb 10 thro' FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS..The courier Co returned the article saying that they could not locate My Address.They did not call nor make any effort to find the place.We have been staying at this address for 45 years --have been receiving letters bills regularly.The location is in the town and not far away or remote.
          2. Sheer laziness and unprofessionalism at it's best.In spite of sending mails no reply from First Flight. The Pune Office was contacted by me--they said they would ring back in 05 Mins on 18 FEB --I am still waiting on 20 FEB for their call !
          3. This is the SECOND such incident IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS ! FIRST FLIGHT HAS PROVED THAT IT IS ONE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES !
          the copany think that are only a service provider in the market.behaviour of its employeeis not cooperative that could harm the company in future

              I was supposed to be receiving Sodexho Vouchers worth Rs 1300 and I-Card through a courier sent via First Flight Couriers Pvt Limited from Pune to Delhi.
              However I did not receive the Sodexho Vouchers in the Parcel I received.
              I lodged a complaint in the First Flight Pune Office but unfortunately there is no response and they are not answering phone calls.

                I have won a gift from smsfi.com for which deleivery is to be made from First flight courier service and I have to pay 500 Rs. against the same. The consignment arrived in here a few days back, but the delievery boy never showed up in my apartment and your person call me saying that the delivery boy turned back accounting for no availability in the apartment. I have double checked from security also as no one has arrived for the same.
                The person from the courier rudely answers that I have to take the courier manually from 101, O-block sec-12,noida or he will return it back.
                My sipment no is M38603395 which is not delivered till now to me but the website of firstflight is showing that it has been delivered to me.i am calling them but nobody is picking my phone.how much irresponsible they are?

                  One of the our customer M/S. Simplex Infrastructure have send one courier from kolkatta to Vikhroli on the Name of Asia Pacific Brands india Limited, Docket No.E13820863, But our office shifted at Kanjur Marg (west) from last one year.

                  But your courier boy wrongly delivered that courier to Godrej Industries.

                  It is very important document to us, I am contionuously followup with Godrej but these guys not giving proper response & same situation from First Flight also.

                    Respected Sir, on 4th of december i placed a courier from Bhandarkar Road(Pune) to Kanpur of First Flight Courier service and today i.e. 14th january 2010 they told my boss that they misplaced our 64 gb corsair voyager flash pen drive which had very confidential data of our firm for the last seven years and all the project reports o[censored]pcoming projects in the next two years.at this point of time price of the pen drive is not considerable and we want compensation for loosing our valuable data.

                      This is to bring in to you your notice that I Sarnath Chowdhury had sent a (Cotton Blazer) through courier by First Flight vide Consignment No: E47170027 on 12th December 2009 from Kolkata to new Delhi. The same consignment has not yet reached the destination and neither has been reported back to the local office. After repeated request I was neither entertained by the local Franchisee nor by their Sales manager. After asking for help on the same matter I was refused for any support rather was told that it may take two months time to solve the matter , either I can wait or else can go and make complains wherever I want. Though I am getting transferred to Mumbai for my official work I am leaving on 11th January 2010 from Kolkata and henceforth won’t be in a situation to the chase the matter regularly.
                      The material was sent to my cousin for his marriage ceremony and I was defamed as it was not delivered on time. Even the material costs Rs.3500/- was not mentioned in the consignment receipt.
                      Kindly accept my request and look in to the matter on priority.

                          I had booked a parcel through Firstflight to Bidadi, Bangalore on 18.12.2009. The address which I wrote on the parcel was correct with pincode, even the person who gave me the receipt mentioned the name correctly. Next what this person did in his records he mentioned it as Baddi instead of Bidadi, on checking the status online on 19.12.2009 it showed me the place as Baddi, I immediately went to the place where I had booked it but the guy said it doesnt matter, coz I have written the address properly on the parcel. Still I called up the RHO in Kolkata who said that they will mail and see, till evening there was no response, I again called but same reply. Next day being Sunday, I called again on Monday when they gave me so many numbers, each one giving a different number, I had to call them in Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi and even Baddi, still I dont know what is going to happen to my parcel, they dont reply to emails, only they say we r looking into it kindly call back later and then the concerned person is either on leave or his system is not updated. They dont pick calls on their personal phones. I fail to understand that when next day itself I had informed them about the mistake and they had supposedly mailed their counterparts in Delhi still my parcel went on to Delhi and from there to Baddi. If this is not irresponsible, then what is?

                            M/s First Flight Courier Services, Mumbai is a one of the premier institution in domestic and international courier services in India. In a good faith, I was booked one sealed consignment containing one NOKIA N 97 Mobile set and cloth for Son-in Law as NEW YEAR gift from JAMSHEDPUR First Flight Regional centre to SHAKTINAGAR (UP) destination vide consignment No. U 13126975 on dated 14.12.2009. The said consignment was delivered so late i.e. on 18.12.2009 in partly broken condition. After opening of packet, it is noticed that the NOKIA N 97 Mobile set was missing from the packet. The details are as under:-

                                My co. M/s. DSPL sent me Sodexho coopans of Rs. 7500/- against Docket no. M24545103, thru First flight courier , But the First flight person delivered empty envelop at my end.I have mentioned on there Docket and registered the complain at there Chandigarh office, But I did not get setisfactory reply fm. there end.
                                Pl. see that matter and arange back my Sodexho coopans.

                                      This is to bring to your kind attention towards Horrifying experience from First flight couriers kollam branch, I have sent a parcel to thrissure SBI Vvallachira Branch on 27 oct 2009 and via first flight couriers. POD no is H23936067. Unfortunately the parcel does not reached the destination and their response have been pathetic and horrible .
                                      The parcel didn’t reached the destination and I already lost around 4 hours (around 2 days) by calling their irresponsible officers @ kollam branch who always promise to call back . I have already called the kollam branch more than 12 times. I have recordings of few conversations which should establish the fact the branch admitting kerala segment is on strike and they are operating service thru Professional Couriers. I made around 12 Phone calls for it). Imagine the cost involved and trauma .

                                      True evidence of mismanagement I have sent kollam to trissure but its shown as kollam to kollam. They explained that they are sending it by professional couriers kollam branch.
                                      They made lot of vain Excuses for delay in delivery,Like Staff is on leave and they don’t know About a leading bank (State bank of India) situated at trissure. Finally they agreed that they delivered to wrong person. After making complaints one guy called me and said the parcel is with him for last 3 days he is traveling by bus so that he cant reach all places in time and he didn’t get time to deliver it I think they are not organized deliver parcels and shutting down kerala operations. Its pathetic to agree that local headoffice @ kochi is closed they are operating thru professional couriers. Theyw ere reluctant to hand over my call to Manager or give TVM Head office contact numbers . I strongly believe they may have steal the parcel if I didn’t enquired about that .
                                      Such irresponsible acts of the First flight branches are quite dis-heartening never matches the credibility which First flight is having a worldwide reputation, it really damages the image of First flight in my mind. It’s a pity that a company like First flight has such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take an action for such simple issues. Better say close your kerala Branches or hand over the business to capable hands
                                      I am bringing the above said facts to your knowledge with a request to stay away from first flight couriers & take suitable steps to secure your parcels., I wish to bring to your attention that the filing of a complaint by me against First flight Couriers in this matter before the Consumer Court, Kollam is also in progress.

                                        Above consignment was delivered on 6-2-2009 at my residence A 1/10, Mirabai Road,Durgapur by first flight courier .The courier pack, which was having a marriage invitation along with dry fruits was tempered &all the dry fruits worth Rs400/- were taken out &the pack again closed with ffcl tape disfiguring the consignment no. The complaint was lodged with Durgapur office ,regional office &also with head office of first flight. 7 times REMINDERS were sent by MAIL to all local as well as regional kolkata &head office , but inspite of the investigation &confirmation of tempering with consignment ,till date no REPLY has been received from ffcl for compensation of (cost of material+courier charges) amounting to appox RS 500/-.                                         A consignment No.F22319117 has been despatched on 23.10.2009 to the addressee D Raja Ratnam, 7/1, 6th Cross, Car Street, Ulsoor, Bangalore 8 through first flight courier service. To my surprise the above consignment has been delivered to the unknown person. I had lodged a complain with first flight courier on 2.11.2009 after went on tracing but in vain. The complaint No.134428 has been received by me from the first flight courier. Till now, they are not able to trace the person to whom they have delivered the consignment. Through this message, I am requesting the authorities concerned to take up the issue seriously and bring the culprit into picture.
