[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for 2 months and finally i bring back my cell without any service.

I have bought SL500i on 24/8/2008, am not satisfied with preformance of battery as it last only for a day (without using camera, bluetooth, music player and other facilities). I only use phone (ie, to recieve and call).

i am using Fly SX 390-unable to connect to theWAP SErvice ie.,
airtel live. Shop people told me that it is the problem with the software and requested to reload the flash files

Because they have neither status of complain nor proper way of talking. I have purchaged fly2040 model from the Mobilestore, shop no.
3&4, 5, shah Arcade, Panvel, Raigad, Maharastra, on date 07/11/2007. which imei no. is [protected]. At that time salesperson of mobile store said that the service centre of fly mobile is available at panvel but 3 months ago when i approch to
the mobile store due to that mobile was not working properly because of the no any keys has functioning they said that the service centre of fly mobile at panvel has already closed(not in work) so you have to contect to adonis at koperkhairane, navi mumbai (Opposite D-Mart), when i approached there they said that this service centre has been already closed for fly service today and we have no idea for any other service centre. If you are ready for pay even while you mobile in Warrenty period we
will repaire the same. Again i have approached to The mobile store, seawoods, nerul . they said you have to go to vashi at sector 1 infront of Apana Bazar. when i approached there they accept that this is the fly service centre but not accepted my complain saying that we have no spare parts and if i accept and any spare parts has to change we have to reffer it to fly service centre at Andheri, Mumbai. and if they found your mobile is repaired by us they will not accept your complain evenwhile this is authorised service centre so you have to approach to Andheri Fly Service centre. Then I again approached the mobile srore seawoods, navi mumbai & they give the catlog of fly mobile on which i found the no[protected] & I tried for that no on 05/08/2008 but there ring has gone but i can not got any response. Now i am very hopeless & frast from your service & i have no word to explain that your service is not only dissatisfactory but very poor.
Now please say what i have to do & please post the address of your nearest service centre from Nerul, Navi mumbai where i can got right treatment, if i can get and your headoffice telephone no with code no where i can contect. My mobile no is [protected].

I bought one Fly mobile model B 700 from The Mobile Store (Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, Angad Tower, Ghaggar Mall Road, Amritsar) vide their bill no. PB/01376/00001/2276 on dated[protected]. Right from the second month of the purchse this phone is giving problem of automatic charger connected and disconnected
signals alongwith very irritating beep sounds .I had already sent this phone to your service centre thrice since I bought this phone, according to them they have already changed the internal card of this mobile and it works OK only for a month when it comes back from the service centre. Now I am not going to send this phone to your service centre for repair, you are requested to return my money back and I will be going for some other good reputed brand .

my self renu macwan, and i m frm ahmedabad citi, i bought FLYmobile, model no:b 700 its cost Rs.8000/- i bought this mobel at last feb 29-2008, and used this for 2 month and prblem stared frm last 5 moths, i face the lots of problem, wid this hand set, and condshion is very bad of phone, and i didt get the solution frm that deler frm last 5 month and i also call to the fly people like serveice had and area had and india had, but ther is no ans frm thhat pthis eople, and i given this mobile to the sarvice senter frm 3 three times but they people not resposeding for the same, and nw i m going to cusmer care to geting the solution.a relly fristed frm the fly people and the mobile phone, they are very wors ans to me wenever i talked wid them.if any one is going to buy this moble plz dnt buy.this is my requwst to all.

Fly V 100 mobile — Unsatified with service centre of FLY

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly V-100) of company 'FLY' on date 30 may 2008 from AAR KAY TELECOM(Inderpuri). On date 4th August 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it was not having the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' in Rajouri garden from where I was sent to Nehru Place of FLY company on date 16 sept 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there was LCD Problem which needed to be replaced but after 6 days of submitting my phone I have'nt got it yet.and now they are asking for 1 week more and still they are not confirmred whether it would be repaired or not as the LCD has not been sent by the fly mobile to them.Due to such neglegence i had to waste almost my 6 hours as there was so mush of rush in the service centre.

I HAVE A FLY COLOUR MOBILE
BUT THE NETWORK NAME LIKE AIRTEL DOES NOT SHOW IN DISPLAY,

i have purchased fly V60 mobile on last week, mobile was drapped in to 2nd floor unexpectaically, its display & key 's are damaged. i asked so many mobile repair shops they are not taking mobile for repiar, be'se display of the mobile was not getting . so, plaese give me fly service center no.
I bought a fly mobile V70 in mobile store chennai. I found a problem in my mobile the mic is not working.Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' in valluvar kottam High Road, III floor, SFI complex, Nungambakkam, chennai-600034. for service they checked after that they taken my mobile on 01 sep 2008.They still can't able to give my mobile. They are saying we are waiting for the spare. Fly mobile and Accel frontline serivce Centre is worst. They people are very worst.

On date 17th July 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 19 July 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there is problem in display. Now more then 2 months my mobile is still lying in the service center due to non-avilability od spares in India. I am trying to contact Accel on[protected] almost for 20 times in a day but not get thru.
