recharge on 23.03.2011 but i haven't got the balance till now. i have mail ( [protected]@ccavenue.com ) & ( [protected]@freecharge.in ) also but still not get the balance. today is 1st april 2011 don't know how much more time they will take.

Freecharge — Fraudulent site

I had got a recharge done on 24th of june 2011. Till today, 12th july, no coupon has bee delivered. I have complained more than 15 times, but nobody replies on mail. On their site, a standarad system generated reply is sent saying please wait another 2 days.

Despite threats of approaching consumer court, nothing is done by them.

I would request others to not use this site at all. The owner is a fraud.

This site is fake, i recharged twice but they did not delivered coupons, after 20 days they are saying that they are delivered.But i didnot received, and receiver name is not my name.They are creating their own names

Cheaters.. They did same with me deducted my amount from account and now not returning even after many emails... It's better to lodge complaint against this fake co. Useless customer care

and the annoying part is on their site they have process where you have to enter your order ID, but that is to make people fool as it always show you that ID enter is incorrect.

Coupons not available

I have made payment for couple of coupons, and thought of redeeming them after sometime as per my convenience. But to my dismay, no coupons are available now and neither are they being shown in my expired coupons list.

Refund my money deducted twice
