Hi,

Freecharge.in said that they will mail the movie vouchers once I refiil my cell with the amount.But its been 5 days already but no vouchers has reached me as yet.

This looks like another fraud.

I have already logged a complaint but everyday I get the same response that we will solve by tomorrow.This is highly unprofessional.

    I have recharged thrice through freecharge.in and I am extremely frustrated with the coupon delivery system.
    My order numbers are given below:
    7387819
    7347924
    6694865

    After raising couple of complaints in their website,they delivered coupon and that too not completely.
    There were supposed to send me 2 shopper-stop vouchers and 2 Barista vouchers.
    They only delivered shopper stop vouchers. This is related to order number 6694865.

    They haven't delivered anything else. I am really frustrated because, I had follow numerous times for this order. I don't have time to follow up for the other 2 orders. Even though its just the voucher which they have 2 deliver,but I am worried because of the way they handle things.
    Why we need to follow up for the things which we don't need to. We are wasting our valuable time in follow ups.

      Fraud Webiste Everytime Recharge take Money and Never Refund...


      Its there all time message whether you recharge Airtel or Vodafone from this website after money will be gone in there account you will get the same message.

      Sorry! Your transaction was declined by the telecom operator as the amount is not valid. We will retry your recharge but if you don't receive it in next 10 mins. then we will refund your full payment.
      Please try doing a recharge again of differnet amount.

      Hi,

      I have recharged from freecharge.in with amount of RS 125 on 13/06/11.

      Amount was deducted from my account but recharge didnot take place. I don't have order id with me, please could you let me know what further steps can be taken in order to get the transaction reverted.

      Also, please help where I can compalint it further if there is no soultion.

          I have done recharge of Rs. 222 on mobile no. [protected] using www.freecharge.in thrice on 21/10/2011 and 24/10/2011. Twice from my one account and 1 time from my another account and I did not receive any recharge on my mobile no. but my money got deducted on both the days which incurred a total loss of Rs. 666.00 to me.                 i had tried to recharge my reliance connection on 30th sep. 2011 from www.freecharge.com but due to some technical error it was not successful but they charged me Rs. 205 and not gave me the benefit for it after that i submit a complaint with this regard but after so many days the refund status is still pending and they are not refunding my amount after so many intimations given to them. please submit a complaint against www.freecharge.com and solve my complaint as soon as possible. i shall be very thankful to you.

Which the promised to deliver on my doorstep.upon complaint to the company they always say we are short of coupons.                           I tried recharging for 333 from Freecharge.in on 15th of Sep which failed but the payment got processed successfully. I received a mail and sms confirmation of the failed transaction and was informed that it would be refunded within 3-7 working days max. I have been following up since then but to no avail. And to make matters worse they dont have any customer contact center where I can follow up. I have been dropping mails since then and was replied promptly for the initial few times but have stopped replying.
                          I am clueless what steps should I take next as they dont even have any customer support number and following up on mails is not helping

                            I have done online topup of Rs 500 through freecharge.in and for that I should get 550Rs recharge amount but i didn't get any recharge amount. I only received a message indicating that :

                            "Dear customer, Recharge of Rs500.0 is successful, Current balance is Rs146.66, TransID:[protected], Recharge at tatadocomo.com /onlinerecharge No regestration No hidden charges Safest way.."

                            I didn't get Recharge amount of Rs 550, I talked with customer care of docomo and they told me that some 3G pack is activated. But my sim card is 2G and I have never done recharge for 3G. So some mistake is done from freecharge.in side because I have done topup of 500 and docomo customer care says that some 3G plan is activated. So, please solve my problem, give me my amount back or give me talktime of 550.

                            Instead of doing topup of 500, freecharge.in may had done special recharge and I didn't get any talktime, so here I am asking for my amount back or talktime of 550Rs.

                              . I tried recharging my phone from freecharge twice, my money was deducted but I never received any balance and my that money is not refunded yet. I was charged 100 rs for that and it is showing the status of failure for those transactions. I recharged my today as well my money is deducted but I haven't received balance again. This is worst that I was not able to recharge my phone and money was deducted from my card and still there is no refund processed from them. I want them to refund my amount asap and check where is the problem coming when they are charging the money why recharge is not successful

                                I have made a recharge on[protected] the amount of Rs.55 /- 4 times. 1st, 2nd 4th trasactions are done successfully but 3rd trasaction was failed but amount was debited from my Credit card. I have contacted with Credit card people they have told to me, You need to contact to Accelyst solutions because 55/- amount was claimed by them like they told me. So plz look into the matter.

                                I made on line recharge for BSNL mobile phone and reliance cdma mobile [protected] but recharge was not yet done by the company don't believe this company please- please - please

                                money not refunded in transaction failed issue

                                On 21st of March I tried to deposit Rs 500 in my freecharge credits but the transaction failed at that time and I didn't get any freecharge credits. Rs 500 were deducted from my bank account which is not refunded yet.

                                unsuccessful recharge

                                An amount of 110inr got deducted from account but the recharge was unsuccessful. Kindly respond asap.

After that I have mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in but no Reply from their Site.

                                  I recharged for Rs. 150 Tata indicom no [protected], but I could not get balance and I got the message that recharge cannot be done and your money will be refunded,

                                      Your Order id: 5365838 is a declined transaction and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on 09.09.11.

                                      Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

                                        freecharge doesnt replies the customer complaints . even the customer care number doesnt work . no toll free number . many times no talktime is received on transfers .
