My info is as below.

I have done online topup of Rs 500 through freecharge.in and for that I should get 550Rs recharge amount but i didn't get any recharge amount. I only received a message indicating that :
"Dear customer, Recharge of Rs500.0 is successful, Current balance is Rs146.66, TransID:[protected], Recharge at tatadocomo.com /onlinerecharge No regestration No hidden charges Safest way.."
I didn't get Recharge amount of Rs 550, I talked with customer care of docomo and they told me that some 3G pack is activated. But my sim card is 2G and I have never done recharge for 3G. So some mistake is done from freecharge.in side because I have done topup of 500 and docomo customer care says that some 3G plan is activated. So, please solve my problem, give me my amount back or give me talktime of 550.
Instead of doing topup of 500, freecharge.in may had done special recharge and I didn't get any talktime, so here I am asking for my amount back or talktime of 550Rs.

sajanwatts's response I made a Recharge of 1000 INR and applied a Coupon for 75 % cashback, But The Cashback is not Recieved yet.

Freecharge is a fraud company, Don't use it for making recharges.
They can't give you the right answer to customer

Freecharge.in — money not returned
Hi,I have recharged from freecharge.in with amount of RS 125 on 13/06/11.
Amount was deducted from my account but recharge didnot take place. I don't have order id with me, please could you let me know what further steps can be taken in order to get the transaction reverted.
Also, please help where I can compalint it further if there is no soultion.
