I made a online recharge of 101.00 from the site (freecharge.in) on 15th feb 2012. they deducted the 111.00 from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly. I have search their contact number on internet as below, and I am trying this no. bedly its answering "The no u have called is switched off"

    I recharge always on-line from freecharge.in, but this time i recharge my mobile (+91 [protected]) from this website on dated[protected] around time 8:30AM to 9:30AM. but transaction time ccavenue.com debited my balance Rs. 100/ on SBI Net banking. then i call ccvenue office this number +[protected] but there is no response from CCavenue.

    So kindly needful help

    My A/c been debited but recharge was not done by FREE CHARGE,
    Also in the site under "My orders" tab, I was not able to see the order. So I donot have an Order ID for the same.
    But I have the bank transaction ID and it shows succefully paid to C.C.AVENUES
    The customer support link which was given after raising a complaint is not accessible anymore.

    I recharged my phone on January 2, 2015 at 9:41 pm, on my airtel number from www.freecharge.in for Rs300, the money got deducted from my account, but the recharge was unsuccessful. And there is no update about it.

    when i raised the complaint they wrote back saying

    Your recharge seems to have been processed as per our records against the Operator Transaction ID FCVW[protected]. It may take some time for the balance to reflect in your account on some occasions. In the rare case that this transaction is confirmed as a failure by the operator later, we will automatically process a full refund to your account immediately.

    but they did not resolve my query and closed the query saying its resolved

          Sir,
          I had a recharge in My Aircel( [protected]) of 118 indian rs. from free charge .
          with the order id 9977771.
          this was done on 11 jan 2012.i had several mails to this free charge customer care from last two months but they give reasons like system failure or like "had skipped from our refunds system ". and always tell it will be done in 2-3 days but it has not been done yet.
          please look into this matter and reply as soon as possible.

          I have made recharge for Rs.137/- on 7.02.13. but the same was not done due to my post paid number. But after so many requests made to free charge .in which is new one and total hopeless has not reversed my amount in my account so far. it is shameful to grab such petty amount for such company.
          There was a cash back offer from HDFC bank credit card for 20% for recharging mobile and DTH through freecharge.in. This site once payment is done through credit card, declined to provide the cash back citing various reasons. Please beware of this site. Order ID is FCDW[protected]

            Yesterday through my ICICI bank card I charged Rs 500 recharge for my wife's phone [protected]. After secure D code, the screen hanged and an error message 503 came after a long time. I got email from ICICI that my card has been charged. But recharge did not come. Usually I get mails from Freecharge on coupons which also did not come.

            I made a complaint on Freecharge no #117197. Waiting for immediate recharge or reversal of card charges.

                I have recharged my airtel number (+91 - [protected]) for rs.333 on jan-20-2012 and ordered free coupons worth of same amount.
                When i checked my transaction details in the website, the status is showing "ordered via speedpost", i have already waited for 10 days to receive the order. But, till now there is no change in transaction status and also, coupons undelivered to me.

                      account deducted from account unneccessarily.. and i m fed up with this... i didnt recharge even .. 2 times 33 rs have been deducted and 1 time 50 rs.. kindly take some action on this unneccessarily deductions.

                        My transaction for order id : 6283913 order date : Sep[protected]:03:40 for Rs 410/- plus 10/-[coupon delivery charges] failed.
                        So i placed the same order again with order id: 6284056 order date: Sep[protected]:06:34, which was successful.

                        Now, on 20/12/2011, they have deducted the amount 420/- for that failed transaction [Order id: 6283913].
                        I've provided all the details like my id: ashutosh.[protected]@jktech.com along with my bank a/c number.
                        Still there is no reply from their end.

                        My bank a/c statement showing this transaction as

                        20/12/2011 PUR 30.09.11.www.ccavenue.com/charge 420.00

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          Tried to recharge my mobile 3 times of Rs 100, Rs 30 and Rs 30 through www.freecharge.in.. Each time respective amount deducted from my bank account but none of the recharge was successfull. There is no customer care number available on the website. Only an email address is mentioned and in order to raise a complain I need the Order Id but unfortunately that order Id is not reflecting in my account transactions details(freecharge.in account). Suggest me how can I contact directly to customer care.

                          same thing happen to me last night i hope this looks like an cheating website..meanwhile one r two recharge alone being not done rest other done anyhow they have committed a mistake...

                              freerecharge — free coupons not received

                              I have been continiously getting my cell phone recharged from a website ..freerecharge.They claim to deliver free vouchers of the amount of recharge,however i have not recieved any vouchers till datre inspite of several transactions.

                              FREECHARGE.COM — not receiving coupons

                              Hello Every one,
                              In last 2months i have made more than five recharge last recharge on 10th of Oct. with following
                              "coupons order number 5600486"
                              "coupons order number 5600102"
                              "coupons order number 5606942"
                              And many more....
                              But I have not got any coupons...
                              I think freecharge people have made enough business....

                                  I am getting tried of these canned reply. Kindly escalate my problem or give me phone number where I can talk to
                                  somebody who assure me that something is being done about my case. This is very sad that you are not taking any
                                  complaints seriously and just giving out canned responses because if you had really given out the reversal instructions
                                  on 15 Nov then the reversal should have happened. But you just lie from the teeth and giving canned responses. By the
                                  way the refund is for 1009 not 999.

                                      I recharged my aircel sim for rs.108 through freecharge.in on 11 november 2011 via netbanking. The amount was debited from my account but the recharge failed. I received a error message that the service provider rejected the recharge and hence money would be refunded. But its been almost 4 weeks and i have not received any refund. I mailed [protected]@freecharge.in and did not get a proper response. There are no mobile /telephone numbers for them to contact the concerned regarding the issue. Please suggest what can be done and how to proceed.

                                      Free recharge is such a fraud. I have'nt received my refund even after almost 2 months. First they did not respond properly.Now they are refraining from refunding the amount they owe me.
                                      Some one please look into this issue.

                                        Freecharge.in are cheaters, or they're in need of donation cos they've started looting on the internet, spoiling the credibility of online businesses.

                                        I have placed more than 20 orders for last 3 months and I have not received a single courier from them, always they tell they will send all together next time, and give some fake consignment number.


                                        I do make 10 to 15 online purchases in a month and I get couriers from all over the world to my address.

                                        Just this week, I purchased 6 items from Indiaplaza.com, and they delivered just the next Monday!

                                        And 2 items via ebay, and 1 courier from U.S all delivered on time.

                                        This freecharge guys are liers, they say they couriered, but nothing reaches me at all. They charge me 10 rupees to deliver the courier, I might hav placed at least 30 to 40 orders in last 3 to 4 months.

                                        So just think how much they're making out of many people they cheat in a day.

                                        This company needs to be shut down.

                                        They are spoiling the internet, people might not dare to make online transactions cos of companies like this looting them
