    Sun Direct DTH — money deduction

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have Sun direct DTH connection, with Smart Card no. ( [protected] ).I have chosen basic Hindi package and also activited add on package only ETV Oriya every month. last time my balance is Rs 93/- again I recharged Rs 200/-. so total my balance is 293 after deduction it is 273. something but without my perminission, without my knowledgr they deduct Rs 261/- on my account for one month. why this things are happening like this. who is responsible for this. what should I do. Shell I write a complain in customar care. it is happening regular bacic. i have seen a lot of time that server is down. for recharge we have to wait for two or three days. So i request you to please solve this issue to ASAP. is it good if we speak infront of other person.

        Accelyst solution avenue has withdrawn money fraudulantly, total IRS.11542/- on[protected] on different time as 10.35pm to 10.53 Pm misrepresenting and using my credit card of ICICI BANK.through internet payment system. kindly ask the company to repay immediately.

                This site http://freecharge.in allows users to recharge there mobile phone balance. they charge 10 rs extra for the featured coupon delivery they make on the amount of recharge. But i havent recieved any coupons till date. I have made many recharges in summation of around 500rs and have never got any coupons for any amount. Please send in the coupons to me as you send to other users.

                I disagree. I have been a user of freecharge.in since almost 2 months. I never had any problems of this kind.
                I always got the coupons delivered at my doorstep.
                I have same kind of experience( coupons are not delivered.)
                The problem is not at freecharge.in's end, but the courier company's mistake.
                To resolve this situation, i have mailed to customer center of freecharge.
                Then i got the courier company(Trackon Couriers) and consignment number.
                On the basis of that i gone to courier company at asked them about it.
                they told me that the parcel is deliver to the customer, then i told them i am that customer and i havnt got that parcel .
                I have talked to the delivery boy and got the courier...
                Thats it.
                Don't Go for anything without knowing anything...About It.

                Complaint: Never got any coupons from you. Complaint never gets answered even after 15 days (first one), 90 days (second one). Courier company status update says it has already delivered while no one received it, atleast I never received it. This happened to me and my friends EVERYTIME. In this case, it does not make sense anymore to recharge on your website. Very very poor service and FRAUD service.

                I have recharged my AIRTEL number (+91 - [protected]) for Rs.333 on Jan-20-2012 and ordered free coupons worth of same amount.
                When I checked my transaction details in the website, the status is showing "Ordered via Speedpost", I have already waited for 10 days to receive the order. But, till now there is no change in transaction status and also, coupons UNDELIVERED TO ME.

                I have not received coupons for my previous two order ids:
                15951242 and 14018181. Earlier also this has happened.

                On complaining for the id 14018181, I got a reply giving me the tracking number and courier company's phone number (BlazaFlash - Sakid[protected]/71). But that number has never been contactable. And the tracking number is displayed as invalid by the Blazeflash website.

                Basically I'm dealing with freecharge and why should I be running after any courier company.
                I had made a recharge of Rs 333 using the website "freecharge.in" and selected various coupons out of which only 2 were supposed to be delivered manually by courier and the others were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox immediately. I placed the order on 18 August 2012 and it's 24th today and i still haven't received them. The ORDER ID is 18298684 and the T ID BF[protected].
                I request you to look into the matter seriously and find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
                Also, please provide a helpline number for costumers. It's highly inconvenient if one has to get in touch as your costumer care website - www.freecharge.in/cs is not functional.

                    THIS IS CRAP.
                    I've been ripped off by this site twice in last week. i recharged my cell with 53 (22nd may), 48 (29th may), by a/c was debited immediately but no recharge done till now. I raised complaints number of times, worst part is i couldn't find any contact number on there site.

                    My name is Shaik Mudassir Ahmed. I tried recharging my phone yesterday(30 sep 2011) for 150 through freecharge.in. I entered all correct details and when payment was done through my debit card, i got the information that recharge was not successful and payment if collected from your card will be refunded back. And I saw that payment was not collected and thats the reason i tried doing once more. Second time again after entering correct details i was redirected to an error page and i decided freecharge.in wont work and stop recharging. The next day morning I saw that money got debited from my card twice. And so far I didnt receive any message from freecharge.in that payment has been received by them and they are going to process refund/recharge to my phone.
                    There is no contact info on their website where i can find out whom to contact and follow up. I found that this company belongs to Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Please help on this..

                          The website called free-charge claims to deliver coupons worth of recharge amount when you recharge your mobile on their website........I have recharged and was supposed to get coupons...they gave me a tracking number for the shipment stating that coupons have been delivered...I have contacted their courier partner Aramex and they too say it is delivered...but the truth is nothing has been delivered...to me......It is a false game...do not get fooled around.....

                                  I made a transaction of Rs195 money got deducted from my account but the transaction failed later. I contacted freecharge customer care they said the amount is refunded to my freecharge wallet but it is not reflecting there.

                                    hi tried recharging my mobile today, phone no: +91 [protected]

                                    via master card(punjab national bank atm) the money has been deducted but no recharge has been done by them

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I hold the above savings bank account with Union Bank of India; SSI Branch, Odhav - Kathwada Road, Odhav, Ahmedabad.

                                      I was shocked on seeing that Rs.620 were being withdrawn from my account nine times and Rs. 255 was being withdrawn once. In total Rs. 5, 835/- rupees were being withdrawn from my above account in absence of my information. The timings of withdrawals were as under

                                      1) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.01 A.M.
                                      2) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.02 A.M.
                                      3) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.05 A.M.
                                      4) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.07 A.M.
                                      5) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.09 A.M.
                                      6) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.11 A.M.
                                      7) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.17 A.M.
                                      8) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.20 A.M.
                                      9) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.21 A.M.
                                      10) Rs.255 on 03.06.2012 at 03.29 A.M.

                                      And, all the balance standing credit to my savings account was being withdrawn. When my ATM Card was with me only and I have not made any transaction at all.

                                      I am shocked with surprise. Hence, request your good self to kindly look into the matter.
