I completely agree with this and i feel that they technicians are not engineers, they do not have the ability & confidence to repair the things, they just ask for the replacement of the part. Which any lay man can suggest, what for they charge so much money for the service. Absolutely pathetic!!

i am also a ref/ a/c . engineer .i know how much time need to do the work .these are UN skilled . company rules before service we should pay all spear, service charges .at the time of first visit .

Godrej Refrigerator — REPLACEMENT OF DOOR PENDING
Dear Sir,I booked a complaint No: 625591 before 3 months with the Local Franchise[protected] at Mehsana (North Gujarat) regarding rusting to my Refrigerator and requested them to replace the door as per Guarantee.
.
After verifying the Purchase bill and the piece by the representative of the franchise at my residence at Mehsana, he assured me the replacement very soon.
After a period of 15 days,I contacted them and in reply they replied me to wait for some days.
I was reminding them time and again but nothing done on the counter part.
In the meanwhile I managed a Contact Number ([protected]) of Shri Divyeshbhai, who is looking after customer grievance at Gujarat and contacted him. He also kind enough to assure for the same but to my surprise he advise me not to write to any authority at H.O since as per him after all he is whole and sole at Mehsana as far as my grievance is concern.
But till date NOTHING HAPPENED CONCRETE, I am bearing status-quo of my complaint.
Hope now onwards I will not be given any chance to write further at any level and my complaint will be sorted out as soon as possible without any further delay.

i had been purchased your godrej refrigerator from little world mall's vijay sales kharghar, navi mumbai at the cost of rs. 21000 net. the details are :code-GFE32DZWR, item name :GODREJ REF GFE32DZ WINE RED, chasis no: [protected], ecode:T11. purchase date: 1/8/2010. my fridge has cooling problem. i phoned to your customer care center on 1/11/11 and complained. technician came home after 5 days, inspected fridge and told us that compressor is not working and you have to change it. we agreed with them instantly and also got ready to pay visiting charges 350 and other charges rs 2042. still now we made hundreds of calls to them to repair our fridge but they didn't pay heed to our calls. firstly they reported to your center that door was locked but actually my mother and father stay at home, and in those days we were also at home as there was diwali holidays. now they are reporting to your center that we are refusing to pay the money. this is absolutely untrue. usually even they don't receive our call. costumer care center provided numbers are; godrej head office.[protected]/70. this head office give us mechanic's number is [protected] and [protected] and land line number is[protected]. my complaint no.or call no. is [protected]. plz find out solution as soon as possible. with regards. anil dhimdhime

Recently i have purchased Godrej Refigrator 230 liter double door frost free. I was supposed to get my delivery on monday(20/11/2011), but godrej sales team called up and informed due to lack of stock they will deliver on the next day(tuesday) and they keep on moving and delivered me on thursday. Even though i am disspointed with that but i was excited to see my new fidge. But for the fiirst time when i switch on my fride i gave huge sound(equal toa generator). I called up technical team for this and they tured up 3-days later(on saturday) and said compressor is gone and will replace with new model. I was surprised to here that brand new fride has compressor problem, then from then i keep on calling for the replacement and they said my senior technical consultant will visit again, i was surprised again when the problem is clear why they need another techinical consultant visit. After 1-week i am still having problem. So guys i recommend please not to go for Godrej the worst service and quality i have ever seen.

I purchased godrej EDGE fridge model no.GDE 23 DM412011 on 24 Oct 2011.While purchasing the dealer assure everything ok.After 3 month's still FM Radio is not working.I have registered complaint 2 times.Technician said FM is not catching waves at your home.Then I bring local FM Radio for Rs 150 only.That local FM is working well.I told dealer that I have paid 3 to 5 thousand more for FM facility.Then I must get that facility at any cost.Now I am thinking to go consumer court, because before three year's I have faced problem's for Godrej washing machine.Within garantee period my washing machine stop working.dealer & technician has not token any care to repair.Dealer name is Vishal Trader's Digras, Dist.Yavatmal Maharashtra

I am extremely disheartened to write to you this mail. I am a sincere consumer of Godrej Products and also recommended many of my friends. I had purchased 300 litres Godrej Cold Gold way back in 1994 April and used it for more than 15 years without any disturbance. In exchange in the year 2009, on recommendation of one of your representatives, I replaced it with 290 litres, two door refrigerator and on their request, entered into a contract for 5 years for repairs and replacement. Since then, you can go through your system and check my complaints; I am not at all satisfied with the cooling the refrigerator is giving me. I have been facing problems every two months since the purchase of the refrigerator. It is hardly 2 years and I already feel like getting rid of the fridge. I request you to personally look into the matter and help me out with this problem.

I have made a complaint on[protected] my complaint No.[protected] still not resolved i have made several call to yoll free number as well as concern service department the number was given by toll frre call centre till now no techician has came to visit my place please look after it.
on 21.02.2012 I gave a complaint about my 10 month old refrigarator not working, 8 days later the service man came and said there was cooling problem and left, on 06.03.2012 another service man came and repaired.but still it is not working.since then i have called them more than 50 times but no one attends..kindly look in to the matter and solve my misery.

I purchased the Godrej EDGE Refrigerator on 11th April 2009. Its a mental harassment being the customer of the godrej producte.
For the detail of the tarouma I have gone throw is unbelievable for purchasing godrej product. To check the history of the problems I am facing from the day I purchased the product is available under my name Reshma Dalvi, mobile number [protected].
On the first day itself the indoor light gone and on second day its cooling gone. After two three months again the fridge stopped lost its cooling effect. On several calls to customer care and after mental tourcher from authorised service centre, I got to know that the compressor has to change as its not working.
The technician changed the compressor, few small parts and gas filling. Even my fridge was within warranty period I paid 2700/-
Its disgusting experience for me. If your product is not good why you bring it in market.
Kindly improve your product quality and after sales services.
