[Resolved] Greater Noida Authority — BHS 09 SCHEME, Greater Noida Authority Complaints - Different circle rate in two schemes in the same Sector (XU II Greater Noida) | |
Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that 3 months before, I applied for BHS 09 Scheme. Lucky draw was announced by Greater Noida Authority on 29th May 2008. My name was in that list. I have paid my application and allotment money of Rs. 9 lacs. Now, I come to know from Greater Noida Authority's website (www.greaternoida.com) that there is a new scheme launched on 3rd July 2008 in the same sector XU III. Note: Plot areas for both the schemes are same, but the cost of House has large difference. The authority staff is not providing me the correct information and even they are not picking the phones. In BHS 09 scheme (which I have already applied), I will get a 120 Sq. Mtr. House (with ground floor construction) with the cost of 30 Lacs. But In the new scheme, you can get a 120 Sq. Mtr. Plot with the cost of 12.6 Lacs in the same Sector XU III. Note: The circle rate of that area is Rs. 10, 500 per Sq. Mtr. You know that the cost of constructing of a single story can not be more then 6 Lacs. If you compare both the schemes you will see that either they are charging 17.4 Lacs to construct a single story, or charging the double circle rate for the same area. This is really creating a problem for me. Its look like that my hard earned money is going to waste on this. So i need not want to join this scheme further. I am looking forward for your support I want to withdraw my name from the BHS 09 scheme and I want my entire registration and allotment money (Rs. 9 Lacs ). I asked a web master how this could possibily work and he said they send out many millions or trillions and get a .00002% profittable response.

it is really a matter of great concern that our hard earned money is cheated by GNA like so easily.

Details of meeting not put because there has not at all been any meeting with CEO .How can an event which did not take place at all be described? The propaganda of this meeting was spread just to fool the people who paid money and also an exercise to prepare these fools to continue paying money in future. Ask these people if they have returned balance money to people who mistakenly paid more than required token money of Rs 100 . Surprisingly you will the get the answer NO. Dont believe... then enquire from them. If find difficulty in enquiry or dont get the right answer then mail me to know the names of persons whose money they have not returned and WILL NEVER RETURN .

A , son of a , sister has used my name in above mail. These kind of people get their mothers and sisters and sisters screwed for 50 rupees should know better than to write fictitious mails with CAPITAL LETTERS and no phone numbers.

Pl dont put your personal fantassies in this public forum. When i first your sister she taught me to be decent in behaviour and language. Same was when I your wife ON your suhagraat. It is a pity that your sister and wife could not teach you this decency even after prolonged sessions with you.

I fully agree with you. There is wide disparity in the cost of the said schemes. Moreover, I had applied to the GNIDA for the total cost to be paid. I have already been sanctioned the housing loan. But they are not forthcoming.

Sometimes ago we had our executive body meeting at my residence in bahadurgarh. We respect your sentiments. We know about the association bhs09.webs.com you mentioned. Our association www.bhs09gnida.webs.com is older than that but earlier we did not have our website. We came to know about that association just after we made this website through one of our member. We were told about the whole history of that association including its formation, toppling and we concluded that it was undemocratic. We had been observing movement of that association since then to judge if their target and line of approach matches us or not. . We were very happy when that association decided to demonstrate at GNIDA in april 09. For this purpose we had even sent messages to all our members to silently join them in that demonstration, but unfortunately nothing sort of that happened and again we kept observing the actions of that association. Now we have come to the conclusion that that association action do not match with their projected target of getting relief from GNIDA..Something seems to be questionable somewhere and so they do not qualify to merge with our association which is highly disciplined and devoted to bhs09 allottees. We were almost silent since a long time just to observe their actions and results. As we cannot compromise with our objective so merger of those executive members of that association with our association is beyond imagination. However that association without those executive members is most welcome to us
Dear if you have gone through our reproduction of CEO meeting then you will see that after this only two demands namely interest rate reduction and extension of date for surrender were the only possibilities and other demands though we are fighting for but seems difficult to achieve. After discussing the matter with public laweyers we do not see intervention of court is going to help rather it will create extra financial burden on allottees. Once you go to court no one knows how much and how long you will have to keep contributing for that.. Instead we had discussed that pressurizing GNIDA through mass demonstration, mutual discussions, and other democratic methods will prove more beneficial. One of our member agreed to self immolate in front of GNIDA but as per suggestion of one of our member it has been turned down as it involves life risk. Court option is like a " brahmastra" and is bound to destroy someone . It has the capacity to destroy GNIDA and allottees as well and only time will tell who it will destroy to, so this risk should be taken only when all other options have exhausted

The bhs09gnida people are creating confusion and doubt. They have till now done nothing. Otherwise why are there no phone numbers, full names, photographs and documents. Just passwords and useless claims not backed up by anything. I think these people are sick.
