Hello sir,
I booked a shop in premia project 3years before but there was no construction of that project till last year so I canceled my property (shop) last year in July After that builder told he will give our 3lacs money back after 3 months but till today he didn't give us a single penny. I went there 3-4 times every time he is giving more time
I'm tired now this time their people threaten me not come again
I requst you please help me to get back my money

We are purchse a new plot in satyam residecy nh-91 (Near samtal factory) by property colinzer (Satyam property colinzer) he asked that give electricity and road with sever line he gave but not origination way he took sub meter in house and take electricity charge 12 rs per unit every month no give electricity bill give and sever is there but not flowed very harm full life.

We are request to you please section govt. Meter and give electricity according the sate government

I express my serious concern over the way they have cheated me. Ln 2006 l have booked the flat in parsvanath privilege project. They were promising to complete it by 2009, but till date our tower has not been started. I have paid about 25 lacks taking the loans from different agencies. Me going through very hardship & dippressed. They have also charged 18% interest for delayed payment everytime. Kindly get my money back with interest asap. Whenever contacted they say no body can interfere or do anything (Hamara kuch nahi bigar sakte even noida authority) they are bullies u know. Kindly do our favour by helping the poor hardearners. I shall be very grateful to the authority and obliged.

I have made new house in jaitpur vaispur 6% plot kishan aawasiya colony.. I have complete are the compliance (Like. Development charge, labor cess, malba charge, map approved etc.) … here is no any cleanliness in this area.. All the village ladies, children and gents doing potty (Sotch) in front of our house openly, no any dust bin in this area all are people drop katchra in front of our house., no lights on pole. After 6 or 7 pm setting openly liquored are drinking and setting on road …. All road are broken….
I want to requested to you... Please arrange to visit in this area see the status of katchra….. Maximum village person are putting katchra in 6% plots……after 6 or 7 pm setting openly liquored are drinking and setting on road…. Due to these problem family are suffering and no family member are agree to live in this area…
Please again i request to you do the needful….

Tree in front if my house is and its branches are falling on electric wire and shelters and leaves coming inside of my house Because of this wires are coming in contact Which is leading to short circuit those wires are near to our corridor since we are in first floor. It may cause damage to life and we have small childrens at home

its roots are growing towards my resident foundation.
2) The tree is almost bent towards my house due to radiation of the BESCOM lines.
3) Very minute worms occur in between leaves on the branches and enter through our windows when wind blows and when rain occurs which causes health issues. So I need to cut down the tree at the earliest.

We are live in D block sector 22 noida behind of summervilla school.
I have lodged many complaints in noida authority through email but no one is any responding. D1 to D30 road side, villagers is doing unauthorised construction. He is running public school name is ideak public school, i think 30 to 40 child come in school but school owner 2nd to 4th floor has given for tenants. No Id prood he takes, whole night boys and girls come here and making noise whole night.
And they again has started unauthorised construction, we know very well, its land noida authority, no one comes from noida authority or he has hinged/possesion and unauthorised construction started.
Same situation is D-1 side, thats land was noida park and few years ago, we saw noida authority board, this land possesion under noida authority. But he has started unauthorised construction Nd many people is staying here. Knacker stay here. Pls do.something.
We are still waiting for ur response.

There is a big sanitary issue, causing serious health problem to the resident, because of illegally shifting of labor/worker in the area who are using waste water without any sanitation. People in society are compel to leave with ugly situation of stinking smell and pollution. Request your action.

This is in reference to a shop been purchased in year 2013, Vardhman Technobuild Private Limited, Vardhman SNG Plaza Gr Noida, Block B, Ansal Golf Links 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310 .

The Area of the shop is 248 Sq FT @ 5500/-psf. The shop was purchased on 3rd Floor, Shop No 68 jointly in my & my wife name. The shop was been purchased for my end use purpose.

The builder also assured the possession by 2015 and to pay a monthly returns of 12267/- till the time of the possession .

As of now, the Builder has stopped paying assured returns from last 1-1/2 years with pending amount close to 1.7 lac, claiming that he has no funds to returns and further develop the commercial complex . He has also been claiming that the vardhman group is no longer active and are getting separated because of financial disputes resulting to the delay .

It's been now 5 years and there has not been any development, the structure stood the way it was 5 years back . More over the builder and the director of the company Mr. Harinder bashista/ Mr. Vijram who neither responds nor reverts to SMS. denied payment of Assured returns last month and no visibility over the possession.

i hereby seek for the help of the authorities to help me out to get the possession

In our society eldeco residency Greens Sec-Pi Greater Noida garbage collection vehicle is not come in time and if come they not collect garbage properly. They have come maximum two time in a week after a lot of call and request.

Due to this society garbage room is fully fill and smell very badly

We have in formed area incharge of garbage vehicle Mr Surendra but no action taken

Greetings Team,

This is to bring to your attention that there is a road patch in front of Gaur City (Greater Noida) which has slipped inwards and is increasing day by day.

This has happened on both sides of the road and this is just opposite to one of the Gaur City Gate and Mahagun MyWoods.

Requesting you to please do the necessary repair as this is hyrting daily commutation and damaging the vehicles as well.

Also the road connecting to Crossings Republik from Gaur City is in very bad shape, I doubt if there ever existed a road. Please get this fixed as well.

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding the status of broken road in sector 45 Noida (the road in front of Amrapali Sapphire society). The whole stretch of road was demolished more than a month ago by the Noida authority but the construction work has not started for laying the road. The condition is very bad with several potholes on the road. It gets very difficult to get public transport because of the bad condition of road and it is severe problem for the pedestrians. Severe health problems are arising due to the dust generated by movement of vehicles on this road as it is unpaved. There are several residential areas around this area. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as it can be a severe health hazard in future and get it resolved.

We live in Noida sector 61.there is a constant nuisance and menace created by 5-6stray dogs in our block. They keep barking day and through the wee hours of night. They attack vegetable vendors, courier Wales and even the local residents including children. They entire the houses and strawberry all the garbage and dragging it all the way to the main road through the house entrance. We request you to please take these dogs either to a rescue home or a dog shelter as the day by day they scare the children and even guests who come to visit us.

This is a complaint regarding throwing of garbage near our society i.e Unitech Heights Sector chi 03.some trucks come and throw their garbage there.Now it become resident of many diseases...chicken gunhia, malaria, dengue.we need healthy n neat environment and for that we need your help.

I, Amit Kumar, resident of Begusarai, Bihar is an IOCL employee and presently posted in Panipat Petrochemical Marketting.
I had booked flat in October, 2010 in Amrapali La Residentia at plot no – GH06A, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida, UP. In this regard, an agreement between me, Amit Kumar and Amrapali La Residentia was done on 20.04.2011 .
Later on constructions of all projects in Greater Noida were stayed by Allahabad High Court due to pettion filed by local farmers’ demand of compensation. Construction activities of the project were re-started after issue of letter by GNIDA (GN/Builders/2012/352) dated 21/09/2012. During that period, I had not paid further instalments. But, once project became bankable, I had paid all instalments as per agreement till possession. No interest on delayed payment was claimed by developer at that time. When I contacted builder for handing over of flat, I was asked to pay an interest of Rs 90, 336 for delayed payment and a demand draft of Rs 50, 500(now Rs 75000.00) in the name of Greater Noida Authority for compensation under Pratikar through a demand letter dated 30.11.2015. In this regard, I had mailed to Chairman of G Noida, but I have got no response.
I had urged the developer to compensate interest due to delay in project by more than a year and to provide supportive document issued by Greater Noida Authority in which we buyers had been instructed to pay directly in the name of Authority. But, despite of follow ups and personal meetings with developers’ with officials there, my flat has not been finished and handed over to me.
Request you respectfully to intervene for
(i) To save the buyers like me of Amrapali La Residentia from its unlawful demand.
(ii) To handing over flats who had paid all instalments as per agreement.

Several times we have talked to above but result is nil.

This is to inform Galaxy builder is offering possession to their customer without developing basic amenities like, car parking, security system, recreational amenities. I believe they have not received completion certificate from authority even though they are offering possession. We can understand the cause of this act as they know more delay would cause more penalty. But when construction is still going on at site area at every corner, how it could be possible to live there in such atmosphere where you need to live with dust all the time.And work in progress is very slow, they are not bothering to complete basic amenities. Any person can visit there at any corner of the society, there is no security system.3-4 families has taken possession there but they have the same complaint.

This is my request to look into the matter and instruct builder to ready basic amenities and security system and then only to offer the possession.

I am leaving in h. N. Sb - 221, ntpc anandham society greater noida. Nearby my house there are lots of grass & garbage so that the insects are over there.

I have already informed to rwa but the refuse my complaint.

I want to do cleaning of nearby my house (As under swachh bharat abhiyan) so please help me out.

We are facing severe water draining issue near CPRI sec 62 noida. Sewage dirty water is overflowing on roads from last 2 months and causing cockroches and mosquitos. It's very very unhygenic and causing several health issues.Sewage water is badly overflowing on roads in front of CPRI and father agnel school sec 62 noida. After so many complants no body is taking any action.kindly get draining issues resolved ASAP.

Its too late, we are continuously depositing installments. Whether construction has been completed and any time declared for possession.
