[Resolved] Greater Noida Authority — BHS 09 SCHEME, Greater Noida Authority Complaints - Different circle rate in two schemes in the same Sector (XU II Greater Noida) | |
Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that 3 months before, I applied for BHS 09 Scheme. Lucky draw was announced by Greater Noida Authority on 29th May 2008. My name was in that list. I have paid my application and allotment money of Rs. 9 lacs. Now, I come to know from Greater Noida Authority's website (www.greaternoida.com) that there is a new scheme launched on 3rd July 2008 in the same sector XU III. Note: Plot areas for both the schemes are same, but the cost of House has large difference. The authority staff is not providing me the correct information and even they are not picking the phones. In BHS 09 scheme (which I have already applied), I will get a 120 Sq. Mtr. House (with ground floor construction) with the cost of 30 Lacs. But In the new scheme, you can get a 120 Sq. Mtr. Plot with the cost of 12.6 Lacs in the same Sector XU III. Note: The circle rate of that area is Rs. 10, 500 per Sq. Mtr. You know that the cost of constructing of a single story can not be more then 6 Lacs. If you compare both the schemes you will see that either they are charging 17.4 Lacs to construct a single story, or charging the double circle rate for the same area. This is really creating a problem for me. Its look like that my hard earned money is going to waste on this. So i need not want to join this scheme further. I am looking forward for your support I want to withdraw my name from the BHS 09 scheme and I want my entire registration and allotment money (Rs. 9 Lacs ). I am also an allottee of BHS 09 scheme. I am ready to extend my full support for the fight against this discrimination and injustice made by GNIDA. I feel cheated by GNIDA in the allotment.

Dear All,
This is regarding the allotment of the plots in the scheme (BHS09). I strongly feel that the authority has cheated in the allotment. I feel we should first build a association and then put our complaints in front of the Mayor and the concerned Minister, so that things can move fast for a favorable decision.
Last but not the least I pledge to give every support to the cause.

i too am a joint owner(my mother & me) of a house in BHS09 scheme in sect 03. i have paid upfront a full payment of 9 lacs and (3 lacs at application and 6 after allotment). i went a step ahead and chose for a upfront down payment of the remaining 21.4 lacs thinking i would be saving around 3 lacs from the part payment method. i got the house financed(LIC) and have started paying the EMI from Nov 08 at 11.50%. I just read through the comments on this forum and realised that indeed i have been cheated.
I chose the upfront payment option because i am in a travelling job and am away from delhi for good part every month. I too would be interested in joining this forum as i too now feel something needs to be done about these cheating GNIDA officials. i am afraid i would be unavailable for the 8th March 09 meet at Rajiv chowk but would still Pledge my full support as and when i am available in delhi and am ready to support in any way which the forum decides as the next course of action.

I urge everyone to not just write comments here on the Web but try to make it to the meettings then only the forum would be in a position to take concrete steps and make an impact towards our demands.

we should get the details from GN-authority by filing RTI application immediately $ move consumer forum/court for relif.
My wife is an allottee in HU III Sector. The difference in amount charged by GNIDA is alarming. We should fight and move Allahabad High Court. All should join and bear the cost of litigation. I am ready for the same.

I also got alloted a built up house in sector 3 and I have paid lump sum amount for this house. Now keeping the value of this property after completion ie 3 year later i doubt that it worth. I fully agree with the comments posted at the site. I think the best way to deal with this case is to first file a case in RTI and ask for the detais of the cost of the land and the cost of construction. After getting the full detail from Greater Noida Authoriuty we can plan accordingly.
