[Resolved]  HCL Me Tablet — laptop service

I have a Laptop Infinity Powerlite 9500 MT which is down from last 3 days.
S/n A073A1167138 purchased in November-2007 with 36 months onsite warranty condition.

Complient No ANR/08060122 raised at Pune office[protected].

I am sorry to say u that no one has reported to solve it nor any one can tell me that who & when it will up.

We have taken another two laptop of HCL ( powerlite 9200GL) in the last week & now we feel that we have done the mistake to choose HCL.
Our experience is that the HCL after service is very poor.

Can anyone help me ?

I hv purchased the laptop of HCL 10 months back and due to problem in my notebook i called up customer serivece and they said you plz visit in Sector 17 chandigarh for aranging the Drivers.our laptop is in Warrenty and we have 3 more desktop of hcl But this kind of service and Rude behaviour of Tech. Support Guy will Ruin the Name of HCL.Kindly Look in this matter and Descriptions of Laptop is :-

Even we have not Found the Drivers of this laptop on net...Kindly do sumthing to resolve this Problem o[censored]s...
