My name is Nikil Kanchan. I bought an HCL laptop in July 2007 from Chroma Electronics, Malad, Mumbai. The laptop worked fine for a while, and then after about 3 months in October, the laptop started causing problems. It showed a CMOS battery low warning. this is with reference to service provided by hcl support team because which i am suffering from last one month.

I had taken a brand new laptop and the keyboard the laptop started giving me problem in just one month and when i approached to the service center, they said its an physical damage, and i will have to purchase a new keyboard, which i said yes to them, since i did not wanted to waste time in arguing...
