I have purchased LAPTOP S.No.A094AX134481 from Computer Solution, Opp. Radio Station, Jalandhar vide their Inv No.557/RTL dated 31/12/2009 with the Free Gift Scheme i.e. mobile phone and tracksuit but till date I have not received my free gift.

As per their e-mail confirmation vide your e-mail dated 9th Jan,2010 that your gift is under process and it will be delivered after 15th Jan, but till date i have not received my free...

I have got the offer letter from your company it is fake or true pls help me out from this...

i hv gvn my laptop on 15/6/10 k-28, hcl for auto shut down problem, and before this i hv taken the service for the same reasons, and the problem was solved by mr.sachin working over ther, according to them it was the dust over there, bt this time as date28/06/10, i hv nt come to know that what is the problem, ievery day i gv a call to service center regardind this , the ans is the thing is under obsrvation, mr.prashant is nt even bother...

I have an HCL leaptop z29 c20. From the start of my purchase I've been a lot of problems like speakers not working, lid loosen...... I gave the system for service and spent around 10,000 rs. But now again I've the following problem
- bluetooth device not working(I tried reinstalling the driver)
-lid s almost broken and loosen
-both speakers and the audio jacks not workin totally

and i am cancel to free gift MTV bag and nokia mobile and just select the carry case
but it's size is so small beg is as for 14" but my laptop size is 15.4" so i request to change my carry case.
& laptop's Touch Pad is going HOT... after 15m.

Sir, I bought 3 laptop from hcl in winter carniwal offer from ortech systems metupalayam, I bought all the 3 for my customers . in that there is no problem in getting the gift from hcl. For Remaining one laptop I cannot collect the gift from the hcl for more then 4 to 5 months.

I was supplied those 3 laptop to my corporate customer. On because of that gift pending for one laptop till date I am not able to collect the total...

I've submitted original bills along with computerised receipt for the hospitalisation. Our company is insisting for pre-numbered cash receipt mentioning that medi-assist needs this. I fail to understand why the health insurance company is not believing a signed computerised cash receipt which is sequentially numbered by the system but asking for a manully prepareped pre-numbered receipt.

Can any patient be relieved from...
