Yea they are violating the law..and as a citizen I have the full rights to press charges against HCL.
The worst part is people agreeing to work for 10 hours without additional pay.
Hcl gives the lame excuse of recession and push the employee to the limit.

People should raise voice..unless you guys raise voice ..situation in HCL is going to be the same and HCL will continue to exploit the limits.

This not the case only with HCL Technologies but the same with other IT companies too. TCS also does the same, employees are forced to work for 10 works including 1 hour break. No extra pay too. I hope the Labour department mandatorily issues notice to all IT companies with regard to works of working.

I worked in HCL technologies BPO services Chennai and worked there for 1 year. The work duration in HCL on the daily basis is 10 hours which is violating the labour laws of the country. They make their employees to work for 10 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break timings. Every employee are forced to do overtimes for the sixth day without their consensus. This thing is really getting worst day by day and going on openly.Government should take legal action on HCLBPO to save the rights of Indian citizen.

I can understand that at HCL employees are made to work for 10hrs inclusive of 1 hr break.. That too you have to sit in AC before computer and work in clean environment..

But i have worked in a manufacturing company in Chennai where they make its employees to work for 12hrs a day excluding the 45min lunch.. And for those 12hrs you have to the work in standing.. Even lunch had to be done in standing.. Under asbestos roofing (i mean no AC and not even fan).. Night Shift, we have to work for 10hrs complete standing with a break for 15min..

when comparing this, i guess HCL is far better..

you need laptop so don, t go for HCL. Why be cause its not a quality products and service also.
i taken ME laptop 4 months back and its have a problem within 3 months.
after i gave for service at 16/12/2010, then i received back at[protected].
and after 4 days again it have a problem, again i gave for service at[protected].
but still its not perfect[protected]

Pls someone tel me whether its genuine cmpny or consultancy. Coz asking for initial money n then frwdin interview venues are nt genuine. They hav called for interview this sunday 17-11-13.. Pls reply soon...

Technojobz - Unbelievably irresponsible!!

I received an interview call for HCL, Chennai via Technojobz earlier this month. The interview which was projected as a scheduled interview turned out to be a walk-in with 200+ people turning up for 3-4 vacancies. The interviews which were to start at 9:30am started only after 12:00pm. Most of the interviewees had to wait from 9:00am to 4:00pm before being told that their profile wasn't a match and that they won't be interviewing at all! The unluckier candidates who got a chance to interview with the HCL team had to wait longer! The HCL Ambattur office canteens were closed, there were no vending machines and no restaurants/ cafes in the vicinity where the candidates could eat. Everyone basically waited without food all day. The whole process was a BIG disappointment for all those who came for the interview - the failure on part of Technojobz to atleast inform the candidates that they won't be interviewed was horrible ! A lot of people had left other interviews to attend the HCL one. Also the candidates weren't interviewed in the order they came so some people who were at the venue before time (8:00am) were the LAST ones to leave, WITHOUT an interview! I am extremely disappointed with Technojobz and will not recommend this recruiter to anyone! I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting to be interviewed if there were more reviews about this consultancy.

i got an interview call letter from technojobs for HCL. i had attended. cleared the first round and second round was also done. they gave the HR form and asked me to fill in and give with the photograph. i had given . later i dint get any communication from HCl or technojobs. later after 15 days one lady had called me asking my current company, ctc, expected and notice period. she said she is calling from HCL. then i was having the hope of getting the offer letter. i waited for 15 more days. then 1 month passed. meantime i tried to call to that lady to ask abt my offer. But tat B**ch dint pick the call and had blocked my number. i tried calling from other number, she picked but did not reveal her identity.. i said my whole story. she said she will ask her manager and let me know. again i waited. then also i dint get any call. i called her again from another number. and got to know that she is from technojobs and not from HCL. i scolded her nicely, she disconnected the call. So please guys be aware of the fraud ppl like this and lets make a point that some authority should take action against tjhese fraud consultancies.

i had an interview with HCL Technologies Bangalore, via Technojobs...waited for 2 hrs and then came the announcement All your profiles are not shortlisted you can leave for the day...this is very clear this is done purposefully, i couldn't find the reason. But this is definitely preplanned.

same thing happened with me... i lost 22000... they said they will return it with in 48hrs.. money is for veification purpose.. but all that is fake... this consultancy is a fake one... one ##### called me and i attended the interview also... finally he kept his mobile switched off..

This monitor is damaged due to bugs and jalas.We found logic card and power supply card rosted due
to a lot of bugs.So due to same we cannot repair this monitor.We have report which is sign up by customer that monitor is physicaly damaged due to bugs.
