I am a HDFC Credit card holder, Card no being [protected]. Since past 3 months I'm not receiving the credit card statement. But the Collection agents are calling for the payment. Whenever I'm asking them for the duplicate bill they are saying that they cannot send until and unless I pay the minimum balance. Moreover they are saying that they will be charging the interest on the existing amount which is not fair because I was not intimated with the proceedings. Please send me the actual bill without charging anything extra for I'm not going to pay anthing extra because of your fault. Please rectify or else I'll be forced to cancel my card. This type of negligence will not be accepted. Please revert to me as soon as possible but this time I won't entertain any collection agents, I want to talk to the card department directly or else I'll be forced to take some severe action you all.
