[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — No Role Of HR Department

I have resigned cbop on 13 June 2006 and releived on 20 June 2006. All the releving formalities was done and submitted to Branch Head Mr. Manish Soni.

Till date I am waiting for the formal releving letter.

Pls suggest how can i claim and process my PF.

Your early revert will be appriciated.

My PF amount has not got till date due to non updation of my resignation.I didn't got any proper reply and at present the whole staff has changed and at present the new staff didnot knows me and they are unable to help me.I have joined as CSE in Basti branch UP and DOJ is Dec 2009 and resignation date isFeb 2011 .As per our telephonic Conversesation Pls update my resignation as early as possible so that I could get my PF amount.I am in very much need of this fund .

To whom it may concern.
HR department in HDFC bank is a joke. One of my close relatives works for HDFC Bank, B.K. Dutt Market, Raja Garden. There are many things that are happening in the branch against the company policies and existing laws. People are asked to log off at the requisite time so that they are off the system at requisite time, but are continuously asked to work after that. Women employees are asked to sit as late as 10 PM, without any facility of home drop, which is against the present laws. For sales visits TA is not reimbursed. HR does come to the branch, but no one says anything as they fear they will face the heat from the current Branch manager, if anyone says anything against the branch!!
Please look into it and sort this problem as its a potential safety issue for women employees or simply throw your HR rulebook out of window!!

I have been working with HDFC bank as a Preferred - Relationship Manager for long time. The bank has this ability to show you wild dreams of money & growth, but at the end its being held by some ...HR is just a puppet of the BBH & other senior officials...they never want to pay back the incentives even to the justifying employees...yes, but wat dey expect is a well qualified MBA hired from d best B-school & then ask them to go out like insurance agents...Mr.Puri is identified by many mgt. students as their role model...but wen these guys come here n see the work culture, d picture changes immediately.

HR here is simply d dummy for the name cause, nothing else. People don't complain as they don't want to ruin their careers via hand of some based in d bank...I really want these ppl to read these kind of reviews n understand wat they are doing at their end...n whr ds guys r leading this bank to.

Although, there are some good seniors wrkn in ds bank, but dey get overlooked due to these god damn fools just rubbing thr egos for their own benefit & lose ppl who r wrkn well...frankly, dis bank will give u trophies etc. but when u ll ask 4 d monetary gains, they will show their back...

Hope the change comes soon...ppl should revolt against the system n get their benefits paid...

I work as a BM and perhaps one of the most successful ones in the zone. Sadly, it is true that the work pressure is too much. It is impossible to give time to one's family...
