If you can see the above statement which you sent to me, its not at all justified on your part to charge interest rate @ 8/-. Any way leave all the above calculations, actually my HDFC Credit Card limit is 18000/- according to my knowledge, out of which i have made a payment of 3000/- Cheque No: 952727 & 10000/- Cash on[protected] please find the attachment for your reference, So in my thinking the outstanding amount is only 5000/-, and i am quite surprised by seeing your statement.

Ok, leave all the above matter, now i would like to close this entire HDFC Credit Card outstanding balance because every month i need to pay you my monthly HDFC loan EMI for Rs. 3516/-, till its in pending in this month, because of holding my HDFC A/C available balance for Rs. 5926/-. Apart from my holding available balance i'll pay you 10000/- plz settle this issue ASAP, so the total amount is going to be 15926/-, if you are not going to accept or willing to settle my credit card total outstanding amount with my said amount, now its upto you how you are going to collect your monthly EMI, i Can't stretch more than this.

Your prompt and early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

i had never seen before like this bank i have all bank credit card but hdfcbank credit card is one of the most cheated, fraud, blood sucker.particularly ceebros buling nelson manikam road. there is hdfc people taking third grad words. they have no commensence . any way i[censored] have any proplem give any bank. some person helping legally. www.creditcardwatch.org

I AM CC HOLDER OF CC NO.****9004 AND I MADE A PAYMENT OF RS.2000/- ON SEP.2-2009 AND THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED AGAINST THE EARLIER PAYMENTS, WHEREAS MY LAST BALANCE WAS RS.5000/- APP. AND THIS MONTH I HAVE RECEIVED ANOTHER SMS INFORMING ME THAT NOW NEW BALANCE IS RS.6311/-
I WANT TO KNOW WHERE IS THIS PAYMENT OF RS.2000/- GONE AND HOW MUCH BANK CHARGES ARE YOY LEVING EVERY MONTH THAT AN AMOUNT, WHICH WAS DOWN TO RS.300 IN MAY HAS GONE UPTO RS.6311/- THAT IS DESPITE OF THE FACT THAT THERE HAS BEEN ONE REVERSAL OF THE CHARGES AND ONE PAYMENT OF RS.2000/-.

Hi,

I got a very bad experience with my HDFC cc. I made a transaction through swiping and merchant has entered 1.5lakhs when the amount should be 15k. So they immedietly refunded(made void sale) to the same. From that day onwards I'm checking my balance and follwing up with the bank. Every day they are saying new story. They asked to send the proofs and said will take max of 2days. When I enquired on 5th day when still no refunded done, they said it takes 17days to refund into my acc. Seriously this is too much. And the customer care persons are very rude. Not even explaing properly and saying rudely you have to wait and thats it. Really the bank has to improve in this matters. Don't just see benefits from ur end.
