Dear Sir/ Madam,
Iam mangesh working last 5 months in hbl global pvt.ltd. as a tele sale excutive under mentorship of Ritesh kotian (R6018) my employee id is M14776 in the our team Mr. Senthilkumar Naidu is T.L of my team. he very much harresed the team. he give the mentolly pressurissed to me and other tse for done the booking through senthil. beacuase he get the commision from dealers of booking. he used the bad words in front of all team. hence new girls joined in our team she was given the resigned (Manpreet, Nisha) he not supported me as a T.L for convence the customer. he only concentret on miss. Ashwini Thorat and help she always. Giving the wrong commetment to the customers and when customer get issues then he asked (main to din me 100 logose baat karata hoon. mujhe thodi pata hai.)
iam so much tressed by he. hence iam given my resigned from this job. i am not including above thngs in my resignation letter beacuase i want to make a complaint seprately.
I hope to u take the right action on this person.

    hello sir/mam.

    This is Aakanksha Deshpane. I hv an a/c in hdfc bank,and I opned demet ac also.before 3 mon I was living in Mundra Kutch,and I opend this a/c there.now we change the city,and I want to change my mailing address, & Mr Sandeep Ahir did it bt now demet ac is not link in this new ac, 4 to 5 times we went there bt Mr Sandeep didn't do this.he told me I m not in office or I dont hv some documents.me and my husbad both r in job,and we are not free to go there any time.main things is that we can't tread since last 20 days.so pls help me.

      Dear sir,
      i have been issued a HDFC bank credit card. The company have also send me a Policy with my credit card without my apporval and have charged me for the policy..
      i have tried callin the bank and told to discontinue the sam policy but the bank is tellin me that nw i have to take that policy..
      this is just nonsence..utter nonsence.
      Kindly help me that where can i complain and whats the procedure to sue the bank.

        I have taken a DD[protected] on 11/10/2010 from HDFC somajiguda branch (Raj Bhavan Road) in favor of INSURANCE REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, but they have issued Manager cheque and the same was submitted to IRDA however, DD was rejected because of "Manager cheque". this is inconvenience to the customers and Yesterday i have visited to HDFC somajiguda branch and explained them that Manager cheque was issued instead of DD to which none of them responded to the same, now branch people are saying to cancel "Manager Cheque" and they also told me that the DD is issued only for Non local's .

        I am unhappy with HDFC services.

        This is fraudulent services that "Manager Cheque" was issued instead of DD. HDFC bank being a reputed organization they don't care the customers.

        I strongly feel that the staff has to be trained on how to handle customers and they don't know what they doing.

        Most of the emplyees or represntatives delegated to call the customers on behalf of the hdfc slic customers, are either illiterate or comes from a very low background as they are not able to give proper information regarding the policies or does not have the minimum decency while speaking over the phone. They speak so badly as if the customers have borrowed money from them & infuriates the situation to a negative manner. I had received a call from Hdfc Slic on my land phone on 21/4/11 regarding my sister's premium amount which is already overdue & needs to be paid immediately.The person called from a no.[protected] who did not have minimum education or courtesy to speak to a lady & was very eager to threaten regarding the late payment charges rather sorting it out in a decent way. when i said that i wud talk to my branch regarding the reversal of charges, he had the the audacity to say that the policy should be kept in a lapsed status rather requesting for the charge reversal. My point is that who gave him the authority to speak to me like this and what kind of filthy background he comes from? I have been a respectable priviledged A/c holder of your bank since 15 yrs and atleast we hold 8 savings & 2 current accounts from my family& any kind of offence beyond limits would not be tolerated & is not permissible.According to me these kind of person should be thrown out from the organisations to save its goodwill.The policy is in the name of my sister Lagna Dhar..

          Recently ( effective from 1st Nov 2010 ) HDFC Ltd. introduced a new "convenience charge" of Rs. 100 for Home Loan customers paying the EMI via online payment facility. The reasoning given in the website ( to encourage the customers to pay via other means like PDC/ECS so that they do not have to pay penulty for forgetting the dates ) sounds very lame and it looks they have done this just for their own assurance and control over the EMI payment. This is unfair treatment for the customers and I believe this needs to be taken back ASAP. There is no extra expense from HDFC to maintain this facility awhereas this enables a lot of customers like myself to do a bank transfer online. There is anyways a late payment penulty for EMIs and so I believe HDFC should not have any right to forceably impose this "fee" to the customers.

          HDFC LIMITED/ ON-LINE EMI PAYMENT — EXTRA CHARGE FOR PAYING EMI THROUGH INTERNET

          HDFC BANK WILL BE CHARGING RS 100/- FOR EVERY TRANSACTION FOR PAYMENT THROUGH INTERNET EVEN FOR PAYING EMI AGAINST HOMELOAN. SO LONG, THE SAME WAS NOT ATTRACTING ANY CHARGES.
          THIS WILL DISCOURAGE USE OF INTERNET SERVICES.
          I am shocked to know that HDFC has imposed such a big charges in the name of CONVENIENCE just to demorilize the customers who pay online. HDFC must reconsider this issue. In these days of fastness like e-banking, this decision of HDFC is really very bad and shocking
          This is crazy move from HDFC. How this payment type is different from other wherein it attracts additional charges? They wanted to have control over the payment and dont want to wait for Customers to control the payment. This is insane and arrogant move by HDFC.

          Is there any financial regulatory in India can question this ?
          It's totally an "Un-ethical", "Unprofessional" move by HDFC.
          HDFC talks about "Fair Practices Code" in their site, which is a total-bull-.
          Infact they should have mentioned it as "Cheating Practices Code".

          The Govt. should look into these matters.

          I totally support the views presented by disgruntled and timely loan payers here. It was a boon for a person who is sweatting out in another country to have control over his payments back home in India. This convenience charge and the philosphy behind this is just insane and directed towards increasing paper work. It is really amusing to me that HDFC did this and instead they want me call my folks back home to drive to their branch and post a check for clearing.

          I would like to have these charges scrapped.
          Of course, there is some "convenience" involved. But to whom? Let us look at the three major modes of repayment. 1) The oldest method of customers providing the bank with post-dated cheques, 2) Drop box facitiliy, 3) ECS, and 4) Online payment. The first two methods are "out-dated" and not preferred by neither the banks or the customers primarily because of the "man power" involved in them. Modes 3 & 4 are modern and of these mode 3 is being opted by banks. In my opinion, ECS deprives a customer of a certain freedom in repayment and hence is more convenient for the Bank rather than its customers. ECS, in a way, "dictates" the customer. It makes the customer "opt for a forced undertaking". Sounds contradictory!!! Mode 4, i.e. payment through online enables a customer to have a kind of flexibility to repay till the end of the month. Both ECS and online payment are automated and instant and is highly beneficial to the bank and the paper work and personnel are not required to monitor these payments. Worldwide, financial institutions offer discounts for online payments. In this background, HDFC has levied a rather peculiar charge in the name of "convenience charges" for those who opt for online payment. Now, however, I have found that this "convenience charge" has been withdrawn by HDFC. I welcome this move and thank HDFC. I request HDFC that the "convenience charges" be repaid to its customers and prove its stand that it is a Development Corporation. Pardon me if I had writtten anything wrong. Thanks
          Other banks are offering to pay online, but HDFC is really a unique.ECS, salary deduction are the option where customer has to suffer always to change the EMI amount, whenever he is going revise his EMI, specially in flooting schemes.Why should custome suffer.Convenience charge of Rs. 100"Un-ethical", "Unprofessional".

            I have invested Rs: 25,00,000 from my NRI A/c as one time investment in HDFC STD LIFE through a Agent who is also a official of HDFC Bank at Mangalore, Kadri branch. The HDFC STD LIFE deducted Rs: 2,50,000 as Agency commission and invested the balance in HDFC STD LIFE. If any one interested I can give more details. The Agent told me that the commission is only 0.8% but in fact they have deducted 10% and the agent got himself transferred out to another branch. So I advice the General Public not get into the same trap as me & sincerely advice not put your money in HDFC STD LIFE; rather put it in any POSTAL SMALL SAVING SCHEME. You will definitely earn more & it is guranteed by the Govt.

              Dear Sir,

              I am using HDFC card for the last 9 years and if you check my payment track record, you can find that I never have any outstandings.My current issue started almost 1 and half years back,when I was on tour ,my wife cleared the bill,keeing an amount of 750/- as outstanding by oversight which was cleared after that.Imagine this has come to a total outstanding as 17695/- were the bank has taken the same amount from my savings account with out any prior information.

              Infact I approached the bank through several mails & personal visits and talking to customer care to get a clear picture of the amout due and told them that I am ready to pay a nominal penalty & need to clear off everything..All the main heads sits in Kochin office knows about this and they never gave me a solution.WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU......

              I still doubt there is an incentive given to the Managers depending upon the total outstanding that is squeesed from the poor card holders....

              Request you to give a solution for the same

                DEAR SIR, I AM A EXISTING CUSTOMER OF YOUR BANK. I HAVE TAKEN PERSONAL LOAN 2 YEARS BACK. MY LOAN ACCT NO IS 15639271. AGAIN I HAVE APPLIED FOR TOP UP WHICH WAS LOGGED ON 12TH NOV. AS PER CRITERIA LOAN SHOULD BE SANCTION WITHIN 7 DAYS. BUT THE LOAN AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY ACCT ON 24TH NOV. THIS MONTH MY LOAN OUTSTANDING WAS 130,005.30 AND APPLIED FOR 2 LAKHS. FROM OUTSTANDNG AMOUNT OF 70,000 ONLY RS 61,700 HAS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCT. AS PER SALES EXECUTIVE PF OF 2.5% AND INSURANCE 2000 DEDUCTED AND ALSO RS 2700 DEDUCTED FOR GAP INTEREST WHICH WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME. PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER RS 2700 DEDUCTED WRONGLY FROM MY ACCOUNT, UNNECESSARY I HAVE PAID. WHY MY LOAN SANCTIONED AFTER 7 DAYS AFTER 20TH NOV FOR WHICH BANK DEDUCTED FOR GAP INTEREST. PLS CONSIDER MY CASE AND RETURN THE GAP INTEREST AMOUNT.

                  I had HDFC credidit card no.[protected] and In Jan 2010 I informed HDFC to block this card as I do not want it.But after continous requests and phone call they blocked this card and issued a card [protected],without intimating me.Even I asked them to settle the pending amount last year october only(2009).They contd to delay the process ,Finally HDFC agent came to our RESIDENCE in March 2010,and informed that settlement has been done and we need to pay 17100/(need to pay in seven installment)-.He took Rs 2600 in cash(for which a hand written invoice was provided).and six PDC of 2566 for april,may,june,july,aug,and sept respectively.
                  We continued to pay the amount till aug 2010 with any settlement letter or any written confirmation from HDFC.Because of this I stopped the payment of last PDC i.e.september 2010.
                  Now the HDFC executives are threating us of dire consequences from Local Dhanbad and Calcutta office,Also they have fabricated a new story that settlement was done in May 2010 not March 2010.So they say that they are not responsible for the payment made by me in march and april against settlement of 17100/-
                  So ,My question is if settlement was made in may 2010,WHY HDFC AGENT TOOK SETTLEMENT PDC'S AND CASH AMOUNT IN MARCH 2010????This is a case of total harrasment from HDFC offiicials,Need someone should look into this on priority.

                      I Mr. Gangadhar hugar having an sb a/c since 2years with HDFC BANK POWAI BRANCH. in the month of september 23rd 2010, from my sb a/c 14500/- rupees has been withdrawn without my notice 24th morning suddenly i noticed that my a/c carry a bslsnce of only rupees 32/-.

                      i gave written complaint to hdfc bank powai branch, they said they will investigate it and it takes time and my a/c was blocked, around november 10th i received a call from bank saying that now you have to lodge a complaint with cyber crime cell of police department.

                      for the period of TWO months they didnot do anything in the name of investigation, why bcoz when they have all details of transactions which were done ( payments ) through VODAFONE BILLDESK and its transactions reference numbers on each transactions.

                      I KINDLY REQUEST you to help me out in this regard.

                        My name is Tushar Madhukar Jambhekar and I have investment in 4037/ HDFC Infracture Fund- Growth in the name of Tushar Madhukar Jambhekar(Self).



                        I had given a redemption request to HDFC Mutual Fund on 16th April 2010 At HDFC Bank Chinchwad ,Pune,to representative Neha Jain. but till date the proceeds of the redemption has not been credited to my wife's ICICI Bank Account.

                        Folio number for the investment is 4686455/09 .

                        Today is 20th November 2010.but still i have not received anything.
                        Another side i am contineously contacting HDFC Help line numbers .but from there also i am not getting any satisfactory answer.
                        Again i visited ti HDFC CHinchwad Branch again ..Bank people also refused to give me any information about my Investment in mutual fund.i don't know whatz happening with my mutual fund investment money.
                        Moreover, HDFC Mutual fund is not ready to give me interest for the delay, nor are they willing to give me money as per latest NAV.


                        I have talked to their customer care executives several times, but that is of no use, as I have still not received my redemption amount.

                        Sir, I need this funds urgently and after no help from HDFC Mutual fund I am knocking your doors.

                        I am writing this mail to you on the faith that you will help me get justice for the same.

                        Dear Consumers,
                        Please do not fall into the "HDFC Monthly Income Plan-Long Term Plan-Monthly Dividend Option" trap and invest here. I got conned into this investment and put in 5 lac rupees. within a couple of months the NAV dropped and now I am losing money. I was also told that I would earn about 12% on this so called investment. I have kept very detailed records on this and I confirm that the return is less than 6% -and if HDFC claims the fund is not doing well, even your monthly peanuts is not guaranteed. Above all your entire principal amount is not guaranteed.

                        So please stay away from this HDFC mutual funds -the agents are paid a high commission on this. That is why they are pushing you to invest in this rubbish.

                        HDFC is cheated me also almost like this. I lost my money. Please do some thing for this. Lot of people would have lost their money but not even know where to compliant.
                        I had submitted my redemption request but the amount has not been credited to my SB A/o no.[protected] till date. Enquiries made have yielded no result.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          HDFC Bank Credit Card : 5176XXXXXXXX1767

                          Kindly note that i received a call from HDFC Bank and the caller stated that i have a balance of Rs. 181624.73 due since 2005.
                          I told the caller that i need my credit card statement along with my receiving slip of the credit card and in reply the person bluntly said she will not provide me with the same.

                          Now, at first i never received the card and secondly if a person is a defaulter then he/she has complete right to get the statement of the card.

                          Request you to kindly guide me on how to proceed with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach from HDFC Bank associate.

                          I used the HDFC credit card last in the month of January at the Changi Airport in Singapore.
                          I used the Credit card overlimit by Rs 1872.92/- ie my credit limit was Rs 15000/-.i made a full payment of Rs 16872.92 /-
                          in one cheque itself. I calle dthe bank and asked them to close my account, which from their side havent done still.AND now they expect me to make a payment of Rs 6817/- as the late fee charges and overdue etc.
                          My question is if i had asked them to close my account why didnt they do so ? and now insisting me to make a payment.
                          I last spoke to Mr Iqbal Sheikh(manager at HDFC LEGAL DEPARTMENT) and Ms Hetal (Executive HDFC LEGAL DEPARTMENT)
                          Pls dont go for HDFC Credit Cards, as before we take they promise or say these are the offers available with the credit card.
                          But once you receive the card, if you cross check with customer care they say some one has fooled you!!!.

                          Pls dont ever go with HDFC Credit Cards

                          No 1 fooling Bank.
                          Hello,

                          I have a Savings account (Salary Account) with HDFC, By mistake i have transferred Rs5000 instead of Rs.4000, Request you to kindly stop the payment.
                          now. 4 weeks ago I applied for credit card. first they told me I can't get one since i don't have the require balance in my A/c, which is fine but if my salary is more than 2 lacs per annum then I can apply for one.

                          so I did- after one week of my submitting the application with my salary slip and other documents I was told by the bank your application has been rejected because you are a media professional. This is our bank policy. When I demanded it in writing the bank cleared by application.

                          Then i was told it will take another week for them to do residence add verification

                          3rd week I was told all papers are in order you will get the card in 10-12 working days.. I got a call from the bank saying my signatures did not match? and they wanted another copy of the salary slip- when I enquired why I was told they lost my application.. I wasted 2 hrs going back and forth filling the application again only to be told end of the day- rejected! why because they didn’t accept my salary slip on a company letterhead???? How bizarre is that.

                          Feel like a complete fool- wasted 4 weeks for what???


                          I am not interested in taking the credit card any more.. Totally disgusted with the experience. The staff is not helpful has an attitude problem and lies to the customer. Just pass on the message to the HDFC’s sr. team that your employees will cost you a lot of a/c I will still get a card with some other bank.

                          I totally agree with you. I have the same experience for last eight months. Three times I have submitted all the documents and five times salary slips. They have many excuses to say and even today they have called me again for documents. I am working with an IT company, my salary is above 350000. Still I don’t know what game they are playing. I don’t know if they are able to misuse my documents. Anyway I will spread an email in my office so that no one from my office will be their victim again.

                          This is to apprise that I had a credit card with HDFC with card no [protected] issued on11/03...which I holded for an year...after which I owed some money towards the card and could not pay it as I met with an accident and was bed ridden, I had promised bank that I will pay the amount in installments and which I did and I have a settlement letter for that, however between this course one of Bank representative misbehaved with me and my father and threat of giving my name to defaulter list despite I cleared the a/c and the same thing happened. I have been loyal customer to HDFC and I have a corporate A/C since last almost 6 and half years. But because of this my all loans get rejected and I am being harassed by HDFC Bank.Please assist else I will have to go to Consumer court for my rights.

                          I am a HDFC bank account and Credit Card holder.
                          My Credit Card was stolen in Nov 09. I was not aware that it was stolen until 5 days. I got my card blocked and filed a complaint for loss of card with the police.
                          Till then illegal purchase of Rs 8000 was already done from the card.
                          Also i faxed all the documents along with police complaint to HDFC complaint center.
                          Since I had my salary account with HDFC, they have put Rs 8500 from my account on hold. This will be debited to the credit card account within 15 days.This is completely unethical, infact illegal. Just because i hold a salary account with HDFC, they dont get an authority to do so.It would have been fair had they gone ahead and taken legal action against me.Now,I plan to take legal action against them for forcefully deducting money from my account.

I have got a personal loan of Rs. 29000/- dated 29.03.2008 on behalf of this credit card. I was paying its all EMI continue but after some dispute between me and bank they were treating me and my family also. Now I have paid my entire Loan amount but still they are harassing me and my family also.
                          I have already registered a complaint against this but no actions have been taken.

                          I got a settelemnt amount from bank of 25k , as my actual amount with interest was 40 k ( Once i stopped payment till date it become 60 k )

                          I have all mails from my side where i discussed my problem with bank that because of recession i lost my job so as soon as i got i will repay the amount .....finally i got my job on Feb 2010 & corporate amount with same bank ...i wrote a mail to bank on 2nd feb 2010 that on 7th of March 2010 i will reapy the amount ...i sumitted my salary cheque to bank it was cleared on 9th March 2010...i tried paying my outstanding ( settled amount in the month of Feb by bank 25 k ) by net banking but my hole salary 33 k was put on hold .

                          Now they are saying that this 33 k is on hold & still i have to pay 30 K more to settle this ( Total 63k ) ....Pls help me into this .....as in the current scenerio won't be able to pay this much to bank

                          They harassed me for one year and i want to share my experience with everyone.

                          HDFC bank Credit card recovery department is most notorious in the country.

                          That is the reason they can show very low Non Performing Assets because they never write off any of the settlements done with the customers.
                          They did the same with me for one year. I took the matter with ombudsman, using all the emails that i had sent for one year, the settlement letter scanned copy and the proof of payment that i had done. Now i have received the zero balance confirmation and the write off in cibil.

                          They try to get you into accepting expired settlement letter after which you have no rights. Make sure you make the payment within the written time frame of the settlement letter at all cost

                          *they sent harassing recovery agents on 'behalf of HDFC Credit card'
                          *the agent wanted me to make part payments rather than asking for settlement letter
                          *they tried to make me accept the expired settlement letter.
                          *they did not honour their written commitment made via their settlement letter for writting off the dues.
                          *they kept on refusing on emails and kept asking for more money for writing off in cibil records.
                          * I took up the issue with their "Nodal officer" as well but to no use.
                          *finally i took all the mails to the ombudsman and got the issue resolved.
                          *Till date HDFC credit card department holds that everything that was done is in accordance with bank policies. (only God knows how many inhumane policies do they have in their kitty)
                          *they have wasted my whole one year in followups, mental harrasment, and botheration.

                          Stay away from HDFC bank for all reasons.

                          Pls.look into the matter, immediately and inform.

                          I am Abhishek, I am a custmor of HDFC BANK for last 4 years.Last month I have a Cradit Card of HDFC Bank from Rajorigarden Branch.On that Mr. Roshan and Mrs Rajkumari have promised me that the Card will be life time free and No mambership charges will be charge for me because I am an employee of Intelenet Global Services.

                          But Now I have received a bill of 440rs.When I asked this question these person I have not recevied a suitable answer.

                          So First of please close my card Imedatitly and after that reback this amount.

                          Never opt for HDFC Credit Card:
                          If by any means you will forget your credit card payment, they will call like anything, using very bad language. First they will give you card without opting .
                          I was using their card since last 3 years, but once I forgot to make payment, as I was out of city.
                          They will charge you for late payment (which is very high) + they will call you stating that you are in debt, and command as they are so superior that they have given you money and you r a person not paying their payment.

                          As per my suggestion never ever take card from this bank

                          This is really surprising and embarrassing that your team has never come back to me stating that I had to pay the due for the Smart Pay for M/s BSNL Untill yesterday. This was activated without even informing me and getting confirmati from me. Your attachments do not include the duly signed form, for smart payment from my end in December 2005.

                          1. What is meant by Merchant City in your credit card statement which has been attached and why is it reflecting as MUMBAI? (Image named 130_02052006 in the attachment)
                          2. On[protected] why is your credit card statement showing with the same Trxn. Ref. No [protected] and the Amount Rs. 547.00 3 times. on HDFC Credit Card no. 0004************4425
                          3. It is really the worst experience I have ever had in my life with any bank. I have transactions with quite a few banks for the past 5 years and there hasn’t been any kind of late payment or miss out or even cheque bounce or any other issues.
                          4. NOTE:- Its has been very clearly updated to CIBIL from your bank as on[protected] current balance is 3549.00 and over due and amount over due is 1180.00 now you come up with a strange outstanding amount stating 16708.93 In your email. How in the world could a customer be cheated so badly from a reputed bank?
                          5. Why was that for 4 years it was not disclosed to the customer that the due was from Smart payment which I never asked to activate and which was also deactivated without my knowledge. Why was there a wrong information provided to the customer in 2010 stating the credit card would be closed when I spoke to your customer care executive. It was also informed that it was only annual fees which were due and interest for the same was added.

                          Please find the below information and the supportive Bank statement in which it clearly states that in 2005 all the financial transactions were taken care by dad and the BSNL Telephone Bills were paid by Cheques of Bank Of India.

                          1. On 27th January 2006 BSNL telephone bill amounting Rs. 631.00 was paid by Bank Of India Cheque number: 50XX46
                          2. On 23rd March 2006 BSNL telephone bill amounting Rs. 547 was paid by Bank Of India Cheque number: 50XX48

It would be great if you can call me and update I have been following up with your team for quite some time now. Finally I have to trouble my parents and get my dad’s passbook copy scanned and send it across to me.                           My Brother holding the credit card (no. [protected]) and couldn't make the payment due to health issues.
                          We communicated same to the HDFC executives to settle the payment.
                          We had discussion with one of the HDFC executive and settled the amount 15,000/- for the outstanding of 25,000/-
                          Also, we agreed the same to make the payment.
                          After that he didn't respond and we tried to reach him many time and no luck.
                          Now it reached 38,000/- and he called us and asking the payment of 25,000/- as a final settlement.

                          I was using hdfc credit card but my sister was hospitalized and i had paid around 2 lacks in the hospital, hence not able to paid card payment on time, my salary also in same bank and the are blocked my account and debited all amount from my account without my permition it was monthly salary and i have all my family dependency. every they called me and forcing for card payment, i told them please give some time or give any best proposal so i can pay your card payment.

                          i said for settlement but they told me if you are doing settlement then it will effect your credentials. Now i already paid 17000 out of 45000 but every month interest is added on pending amount.

                          Please help.
                          I had purchased a Bus ticket on 26/08/2014 through makemytrip.com using HDFC Credit Card. Due to some HDFC site problem, in the last minute the transaction was not complete and I didn't receive any tickets for the bus travel. I contacted the HDFC Customer care executive on the moment and the executive told I can go ahead book another ticket as this payment is not approved. Believing this I went and booked the ticket through redbus for the same bus. This transaction was successful and I got the tickets. But on receiving the HDFC Credit Card Bill I had to pay the bill for both the tickets. I had mailed the HDFC Customer service but all in vain. This is the mistake done by the bank and now the bank is asking me to pay the amount of money. The ticket was purchased for Bharathy travels from Chennai to Trivandrum on 26/08/2014 for an amount of 1160.00 RS. Please do the needful as this should not be the right way the bank should play with customer's money. Thanks.

                          I have taken a settlement for Rs.1, 48, 000/- (Ref No:S1416232) on my HDFC credit card no [protected]. This settlement is taken by 10 installments by 10 cheques. Unfortunately have got an accident of leg broken injury & immediately need a major surgery and couldn’t pay the last installment cheque dated {20-feb-2015} Rs.22, 000/- and its get dishonored. After that Advocate Mr.Hareesh (mob: [protected]) from Ernakulam called up & by his instruction immediately my cousin paid Rs.4, 800/- at branch and few days after paid balance Rs.17, 300/- by online transfer and cleared full Rs.22, 000 within one month.

                          Now I have received a letter from Advocate Mr.Satyaraj/Mr.Gafoor Shah (phone: [protected]) (REF NO:HDFC/Brk/Apr15/449/945)from Chennai stating that my settlement is void and I have pay the whole amount immediately.                           I am holding jetPrivilege HDFC Credit card. When I was taking this card their sale executive said you will have to pay 500 annual charge for this card, but if your transaction will be more then 2000 for first time then you will not have to pay 500 and from next year if your transactions will be more then 150000 then this amount will not charge. So I took this card and I have transaction of more then 2000 . and when I received the bill, in my bill they add 500 annual charge and when I talked to their customer regarding the issue they are saying you have to pay this amount . didn't get any positive solution from their side.
                          Such a big frauds company .I never says to anyone to take hdfc credit card.

                          There is ATM in our locality in Pantnagar, ghatkopar east Mumbai 400075.

                          This ATM most of the times doesn't work. Either there is no money or it doesn't work and then there is no near by ATM

                            I satabadi Gosh is customer of HDFc LTD having loan acc no[protected] and below is my compalint.

                            I am having housing loan from your organization which I had taken last year, I had not got possesion of my property yet and been paying interest for the same. My loan disbursement of 3.5 lakhs is also pending. Due to some personal issues I and my husband had given power of attorney to Mr rushab Ginwala to recover dues of 160000/- by seling means of this property.

                            My husband Sanjay Gosh who is first holder and first owner of the property is out of country, I am second holder in both loan and property. I had got news thast our builder Neela infrastructure had sold property by using power of attorney of Mr rushabh ginwala, so I went to inquire the loan status to your gujarat head office at mithakali(Ahmedabad) wherein a lady told me its live, then I went to your satellite office to MR Salil Branch manager and told him the whole case, As he is very close to builder he had not enetertained me or given any relevent information and behaved in extrem rude fashion. He also told me no information or documents be given to you as you are second holder and you have no rights for the information. Is it so? He has extremly misbehaved with me. He has also denied showing status of property or loan to nme as builder told him to do.

                            I also went to gujarat head Mr Irfan Quereshi but he was busy in meeting and got same weird response from other person assisted me as at first time I had got good response and after coming back they started behaving in rude manner.I think you people least care for your customer and it is worst experence ever. Can i get any support as customer. Please take action against Mr salil and provide assistance.
                            HDFC LTD do not have any grievence mail ID or any ID form complains or support on thier site too.

                            They are even not ready to give complain acknowledgement too.

                              I have a Trading Account with HDFC Securities Ltd.

                              I had opened Savings and Demat Account during March 2010 for trading purpose only. The sole trading activities were carried out at the complete discretion of the dealer (with my telephonic confirmation as per the requirements of HDFC Securities). HDFC Securities had the authorization to operate my Savings and Demat Accounts.

                              On 31st March 2010, the dealer purchased 1000 shares of M/s. Prakash Industries Ltd and sold the same on 1st April 2010. However since bank operations were closed on April 1, Intersettlement was not available on the day and hence there was an auction for 1000 shares sold by the dealer on 1st April 2010.

                              Thus , I have been put to a financial loss of Rs.31,517.53 due to auction of 1000 shares of M/s. Prakash Industries Ltd.

                              The systems / process, checks and balances by the operations and risks team of HDFC Sec should not have allowed the dealer to enter into such a transaction .This loss is purely because of the negligence on the part of HDFC Securities Ltd and therefore I requested HDFC Securities to reimburse me the above amount ,however HDFC Sec has declined to reimburse the amount to me.

                              Request your guidance on the matter,and also let me know the authorities where I can take up the matter for resolution

                                I Stephen Danial Salve residing at Kaveri Complex Opp. Jindal Bhavan Kalas Alandi Road Pune 411015, had purchased a two wheeler TVS Apache 150 Reg No. MH12 DK 9279 in the year 2006 and had availed finance from HDFC Two Wheeler finance. At the time of documentation I had given them HDFC Bank checks for the ECS formality. Everything was fine till the time I got an opportunity in another company. I went to the bank and told them hence forward please don’t debit my HDFC account for the two wheeler payment as my salary account has been changed to the other bank. They asked me to pay Rs. 500 to change the ECS to other bank I paid the requested amount as specified by the person from the bank at Bhandarkar road branch. But things didn’t change they still continued to debit my HDFC account and because of that the account started getting the bounce charges and unfortunately I had to close the account. After that the recovery agents started coming to collect the instalments from me. It continued for a year and suddenly stopped no one came to collect the money from me. After a span of 6 months some recovery agents along with the bank officials came to my house and said that they have come to take the bike as I have not paid the instalments. I spoke to the bank officials what had happened they gave me weeks time to pay the remaining balance of Rs. 21,000/-. Unfortunately my company shut down and I was jobless at that time. I requested for some discounts he agreed on Rs. 18,000 he told me that he will give me a bill of Rs. 15,000 and the remaining 3000 has to be paid to the seniors will take care of the closing formalities. They told me I will receive a letter after a week stating the closure of the loan. After almost 6 months a recovery agent came to my house for the instalment. I told him that I have already paid the settlement amount and waiting for the letter i even showed him the receipt which says full and final. He went back on 17th November I find my bike missing from the parking of the building. I lodge a complaint with Vishrantwadi police station. And on 18th I receive a call from the recovery guy that they have taken my bike for non payment of instalments. Please help me in this regard my father has gone in a shock because of this and is not eating food for last 2 days. It never happened in his life like what happened now. I know that you can get the right justice for me. Please help me!

                                    i got my new cars insurance done by hdfc ergo on the 1st of November'2010,(the executive took the money of the insurance policy and handed over the cover note).
                                    unfortunately i met with an accident and my car got damaged on the 9th of November, i on priority basis gave my car to the workshop the very next day, on the 16th i was supposed to get my car back but i was told that i require the policy for a cashless claim.
                                    would like to tell that it has been 16 days and the policy not only sent to me but it has NOT been even generated. im in such a mess now that my sister is getting married within a week and i dont have my car just because of somebodies carelessness.

                                    kindly look into the matter, as i cannot pay full payment and wait for the money to be refunded.

                                      Hello,

                                      On 20th September i have been sanctioned for car loan(One Lac Rs)
                                      from HDFC Auto loan dept, Kochi with Loan NUmber : 17356176

                                      After one month, i was forced to sell the car as i found difficulty
                                      to meet expenses for my father's major spinal cod surgery. I have
                                      contacted many times Kochi office requesting them to preclose the
                                      loan even. They hesitated as the the loan cannot be closed before
                                      six months as in agrement. I offered to remit the 6 months interest as upfront.
                                      Still i am no getting any favourable actions from their side.

                                      I am desparetly waiting for dispose the vehicle very soon as the year end is
                                      coming and the vehicle price may agaian go down.

                                      Why HDFC bank not closing my loan while i offered them all cost as they say??

                                      I don't have any way except to go to ombudsman and i have asked my bank to
                                      cancel their ECS to avoid any further payments to them.


                                      I think showing humanity is appreciated than these documented words.

                                      I am looking for a speedy resolution on to this matter.

                                        Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                                        I am holding a HDFC savings account and had linked my HDFC credit card to it. Months back, there was a fraud use my credit card and an amount of 14000 INR was deducted.
                                        I did file this to the bank and provided all the necessary supporting documents and letters in order to get the amount credited back to my account.My credit card was blocked at this point of time.

                                        I had been following up with the customer care since past 6 months. There has been number of email exchanged with HDFC personal as well. It was mentioned in the emails received that the amount has been credited back to my account. But I cant find any sign of the money credited back. Few weeks back I was told that if I re-apply for a new card then the amount would be adjusted.

                                        But to my surprise, lately when I had a talk with the customer care person, I was absurdly told "Everything has been settled".. no even a pinch of NO EXPLANATION was bestowed :(

                                        Please kindly action my request or atleast tell someway to get through this.
