Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject it has been observed that amount of Rs.827.25 has been deducted on 27-Dec-2010 on account of AQD charges. This Account has been opened as salary A/c . I have deposited 8000 in my account but last time when i checked the balance enquiry the balance was very low. When I get mini statement it has been observed that amount of Rs.827.25 has been deducted of Three times and one time it has been observed that amount of Rs.798.05 has been deducted In this meanwhile, Request to wave of AQD charges of Rs 827.25 and Credit the same in my said A/c

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject it has been observe that amount of 3280 Rs have been debit on account of AQD charges. My A/c No. is [protected]. This Account has been opened as salary A/c. Due to some reason I will not deposited money in this A/C. Which we used to deposit in the saving A/c.
In this meanwhile, Request to wave of AQD charges of Rs 3280 and Credit the same in my said A/c. Pls return this amount as above mentioned acc/ this account is zero balanced account.

    ICICI — SBI ATM didn't give money

    Sir My name is Ashwani patel .I tried to withdraw Rs6000 from a SBI ATM machine on 09/06/2009 at 21:45
    the SBI ATM machine gave me the withdraw receipt with Rs 6000 deducted on my account.Money from your ATM machine numberS1AN00232101 came for a secpnd and then went back in it.PLS PLS PLS help ..I have earned the money with lots of hard work. Kindly refund my money as i have not taken it..pls pls help

    HDFC Bank — Amount debited from a/c but the ATM machine didn't withdraw the amount

    Hi i tried withdrawing 5000/- from HDFC Preet Vihar ATM suing ICICI card. ATM machine tried to dispense the money shutter of the dispenser opened up and than closed with dispensing the amount, i informed about it to the seurity personal and tried to withdraw 100/- infront of him this time shutter opened up and the 100/- note came out with 2 wires/cables i had to pull the note forcibily from the machine. I informed my bank regarding the same complaint was registered and the request was forwarded to HDFC but HDFC denied the same saying amount was successfully disbursed. I contacted HDFC escalated it to aditya puri's level and requested them to check the video recording to clarify the things but as per the shocking/surprising reply from HDFC they were unable to check the video recodring due to TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. Not sure how much secure our money is in such ATM's. Please advice how can i file a case in consumer court and also how can i share these mails with the MEDIA so that everyone knows how incompetent HDFC is. I have all the mail communications i had with HDFC. My contact no. is [protected].

    I tiried to make withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- (from my SBI Debit card) from HDFC ATM RK Puram, New Delhi ATM with details as follows: at around 2 p.m. on 13th may, 2011, ATM 7653 HDFC Bank Ltd RK Puram SECHARIN and ATM 7654 HDFC Bank Ltd RK Puram SECHARIN.

    At the first attempt it appeared that I was getting cash, but after some moments it indicated that I had cancelled the transaction and that the transactin was over. I did not get any cash.

    In the second attempt it was indicated that the machine was temporarily unable to dispense cash.

    Then a chowkidar came (who it appears was expected to be there to guide people, but was absent till then). He told me that there is some problem with both the ATMs installed here.

    I went then strait to the SBI Central Secretariat branch where my SB account is. At the SBI ATM there I found that an amount of Rs. 5000 had been debited from my account as if I had made the withdrawal at HDFC ATM, RK Puram whcih in fact did not happen.


    Pls do the needful to credit back this amount of Rs. 5000/ to my account with SBI (SB Account [protected]) at Central Secretariat Br. New Delhi.

    I lost my cell phone today in the morning in one of your ATM 2 Jubliee hills branch, my account transaction was on icici bank card a/c no[protected].       I was holding a credit card of HDFC bank number [protected], for which I had asked for settlement. They had given an amount of Rs.7700 in the month of November 2010, for which I told I will come back for settlement. In the mean time I had some family problem & had to take my family to Chennai on 26th Dec 2010. Unfortunately without any intimation they(HDFC bank), simply debited the full amount @Rs.15,454.00 from my HDFC savings account. When I called their Grievance Cell number at[protected] & spoke to Ms. Rashmi,she told she will come back to me, but in vain. Then I wrote a mail to them for which I got the response as below :

      Dear Mr. Bhattacharya,

      This is with reference to your recent interaction with HDFC Bank regarding your credit card account.

      We take this opportunity to clarify the circumstances which led to placement of lien on your bank account. As you are aware, in the absence of regular payments towards amount outstanding, your card account was invalidated. Owing to the same, the bank representatives had attempted to contact you to facilitate payment.

      As we were not in receipt of any payments towards the amount outstanding, lien was placed by the bank and appropriate notice has been sent to your mailing address. Our cardmember agreement clearly mentions the fact that the Bank, at any given point of time and without notice, will have a right to place a lien and set off on all monies belonging to the cardmember standing to their credit in any account whatsoever with the bank or in the possession or custody of the bank. In the absence of any positive revert from you, the lien was invoked and an amount Rs.15,454.00 was claimed from your savings account.

      Just going through the above response if suppose I did a mistake by having a Savings account with HDFC & this they call as best services at all times.

      When I asked them about my settlement letter, they simply told I had not done any settlement. Very Strange. Then where the amount gone that they deducted from my Savings account?????

      Now I don't know how to get the settlement letter from the bank?? I suppose this is the best example set by a private bank for holding any Savings account or Credit card from them.

I asked them not to call me but i will not get call for a week and again they wil start calling me. Every 5 mins they are calling me. And every time a different person used to talk.they are killing my time.let me know on the process of taking a legal action on them.             I applied a two wheeler loan from M/S BRIGHT MOTORS LKO & a person who came for F I, PH NO.- [protected] was a muslim person whom i dont remember the name, he called me from this number & said very rudley that if you need a two wheeler loan then reached the home immidiate otherwise forget about the loan. I recd.the call at 5.10 PM, dt. 22.01.2011. I immidiate left my all important work and reached my residence with in 20 to 25 mins. & i called him but he did not recd. my call and he switched off his mobile phone. I HAVE GOT A GREAT EXP. FROM YOUR GREAT EXECUTIVE . Two months before i applied a loan & i recd. a finance a/c no. 17492640 but i c'd not purchased my vehicle due to some problem. So i applied it again & i submit my all same papers, same photographs, same documents.SO WHY YOUR EXECUTIVE MISBEHAVED LIKE THIS.

            hdfc/two wheeler loan — poor service

            enquired for honda dio scooter at pressanna honda coimbatore and financial support with hdfc .the process was completed by one of the bank official mrs indu .she took more than 10 days to complete the process finally message received that loan is approved. she advised me to pay initial payment .unfortunately the vehicle was not in stock because of careless by the staff not able to book the vehicle and take delivery in time.i was totelly upset and informed to the md of pressana honda but no action was taken so far .the sad is that even after receiving fresh arrival no phone call from them to know the customer action

              Getting daily promotion calls from HDFC credit card where as i have already resgistered my mobile in NDNC . I have complained to HDFC credit card call center multiple time as well my personal banker..

              Now i got a call from HDFC bank complain desk today & now he is saying you will call as you have not registered in do not disturb in HDFC & hence you will get promotion call .. His name is [protected]@[protected].

              Request you to take this up very strongly & ensure that call is stopped immediately.

              I have been receiving promotional calls from HDFC for very long time now, it's highly irritating to receive such calls sometimes 2,3 times a day. I have repeatedly asked them to delet my no from list, also I am registered DND through Airtel but no help

                My policey number is 11026692 i submit the policey for wihdrawal in the date of 4/1/2011, The Relationship manager confirmed the your money will comes after 10 days. i submit all the paper requiared by him. the branch office is Shilpi plaza. till date 22/2/2011, i have not recievee any amount they say it will comes firstly in Satna on monday and you will recieve on wednesday.
                what the hell they talking about.
                I am very upset, now i will never associated with Hdfc and never give suggesion to my friends to do the same.

                  My friend has applied for Personal Loan from HDFC bank limited.

                  These are the problems faced by her

                  1. They have never told me complete set of documents in one time. It took me 5 visits to complete the document set and everytime the behaviour of HDFC was very rude. It seems that they are doing some charity to you.

                  2. Initially they promised to give loan @ 14% and later they charged 14.5%.
                  3. Initially they told Processing fee will be 1%, but they charged 2%.
                  4. They claim on site, it's very fast and hasslefree. But, it took me almost 3 weeks to get the sanction and that too when i followed them regurarly.

                  I will say you should never go for applying any type of Loan from HDFC bank. They will make your life really troblesome. I really had very horrible experience with these folks.

                  Even I they did same with me also real cheaters HDFC bank they will trap with you initial offer and after they will put you in fix forcefully to accept you as you will urgently need of money. This Customer Assistance is also simple waste of your time. Don't take loan at HDFC approach Axis/SBI bank though interest is high you will have hassle free while closing.

                    Greetings. I had enrolled for a Centurion Bank Credit card, details given below:

                    I had rarely used the card, but paid back all my charges back then. One fine day when I got my monthly statement from the bank, they charge me an amount of around 44,000 thousand rupees, towards an online purchase of a product of a company names Questnet International. Now I had never made this purchase and spoke to bank officials in their Panjim, Goa branch who never took the matter seriously back then and kept referring me to their “Mumbai Office” cards division. This went on for some months before which I wrote them an official letter and sent it to them through post. During this time (I would not remember clearly), the centurion bank had apparently sold off their credit card division to ICICI bank. The ICICI guys kept calling up saying that I have not paid my dues on my ICICI card. It was so confusing really, as my card was never ICICI but Centurion. The card never changed but the service providers changed!

                    After this I received a couple of my statements without this amount. I subsequently changed jobs and moved to Doha, after which I started getting statements again showing this amount!. This was around 2 and half years ago. Over the last 3 months, my parents have been informing me that the officials from the bank have been calling them up regularly and harassing them each time and talk in a very very rude tone. They even claim that I would be blacklisted with the RBI officials etc. MY simple question is why was I even charged for an online transaction when the product was never purchased by me?? This is so unacceptable! Request you to kindly consider my case and get this resolved.

                    By the way my card is blocked for the last 3 years or so, i was not informed about it!

                      I use a HDFC credit card for last three years. My past experience with HDFC was good. My credit card is going to expire on Jan 2011. The renewed card was sent & returned undelivered from my present billing address in Gurgaon as presently I am in USA on business trip. Once I call the customer care they asked me to send scanned signed letter to change my billing address & resend the card to my permanent location in Kolkata. Four times I have sent the signed scanned letter to them. The customer service every time confirms that they have received my letter & the needful will be done in 48 hrs. (Sometime under process, sometime signature verification etc) However every morning I receive a mail from the bank stating that it can not be possible as my billing address is not the same as permanent address. The customer service clarified that these mails are coming by mistake & I should ignore them. Even I can not change billing address on ph as bank has already issued a new card that I have not yet received. When I raise a complaint in HDFC bank site, they ask me to resend the letter again.

                      it is really disappointing that doing so many times international call to customer care, they does not show the proper responsibility to their service. They give inconsistence response to the customer & they are not fully aware of their process.

                          My name is shanmugavadivel. I apply the car loan in HDFC BANK(Erode Branch). I applied the car loan for _________car (not mention the car name first i select). due to some reasons i reject that car.And I planned to buy a TATA Qudrajet Terra Car.

                          I already informed to the car loan/deputy manager (Mr.A.IRSHATH BASHA) about change of car on 24 Dec 2010.I request to him for transfer the car loan (Rs.2,60,000) to TATA Qudrajet Terra Car.And i gave Rs.1000 cheque for processing fee to the car loan transfer procedure.

                          But the process is not yet finished. I Paid the first EMI amount of Rs.5795 on 07.01.11 for car loan.so far (20.01.11)i am not get the car loan from the HDFC BANK.(ERODE BRANCH).

                          The Manager not take any steps to finish the work quickly.(now nearly 25 days are over).
                          I meet the manager daily and contact through phone.but the process is going on dead slow. (This is the worst service i never faced in my life time).so i request to all the people take care when you going for get loan in HDFC BANK.

                                I have a policy with HDFC Standard Life.
                                The Premium amount stands out to be 10,000/- INR. half yearly.
                                My problem is that, I have made a payment on the 6th of May 2010 and as confirmed by the customer care executives, they are able to see the payment received at their end on the 7th of May 2010, but I can not see a receipt on my online account, and neither do they have a receipt.
                                I had to submit proofs of my investment to my company today. But due to this issue, I was not able to show it.
                                I called up the customer care number (toll free[protected] number provided on their website).The customer care agent took my request and she said that I should be able to get the same from the branch.
                                When I said that ,going to a branch is not possible, I was given a number and told that to check if an email can be received of the scanned copy. Also I received the Chembur branch number [protected]/614 number...which I tried calling up (believe me when I saw, i tried 20-25 times). But amazingly everytime someone answered it..the call got dropped.
                                Then I again called customer care and spoke to the superviser Vivek..who was helpfull enough to tell me that he has contacted the Mumbai-Fort Branch and my receipt should reach me through email in 30min tops. But I didn't get any such mail. I then called up the Mumbai Fort branch..but even there the agents were simply hanging up...This is so distressing and annoying.
                                The customer "CARE" word, I feel, should be rephrased and recoined. It doesn't suit the industry I had to deal today.
                                Can anyone guide me as to what process I can follow..also, are there legal aides available?

                                  I availed the smart draft facility on the 12th of Jan 2011. I applied for it the week before and when the person from the bank told me the details i had asked him about the processing fee which he told me would be Rs. 1000/- and i had asked him to give me a discount on the processing fee. However this did not happen but what did happen was that i am charged a processing fee of Rs. 1500/- and i have been calling the bank since the last three days about the same and have received a reply saying i need to visit the home branch. Why should i visit the home branch?? I cant visit the home branch i do not have time for that. When you guys want someone to sign up for loans u come here readily and provide support on phone but you wont be able to cut back on a simple processing fee online???

                                  The worst ever kind of replies from customer care executives. One Ms. Stella calls me at 9.00 AM in the morning...i mean who calls at that time? And Mr. Pandian informs me that someone from home branch will get in touch with me? This is infuriating! I am angry that you cannot handle a simple issue and just drag it on???

                                    Hi,
                                    I have home loan from HDFC since last 4 years on floating rate basis. When I was first looking for the home loan to purchase a home, I was given a major attraction from HDFC in terms of rate of interest being 9% at that time. I was in need and they processed everything very quickly. Since then they raised it to 10% within a few months, then to 10.5 and also 11 on a few ocassions. I talked to them and they said it is market driven. They kept it at 10.5 all the time which is still acceptiable somehow. Now in last couple of months, they increased it to 11.75% from 10.5% without even notifying me. I sent them an e-mail more than a month ago. I haven't got a response yet. Their phone service is irrelevant as you may never be able to get hold of a person on phone and even if you do, it disconnects within a few minutes.

                                    Such a high rate of interest (when other banks are offering such lower rate) without any notification is unacceptable. I understand that it is floating but isn't there any regulatory body on them or they would just do what they want as a customer is helpless? Now this raise has led to increase in my tenure to another 1 year. To add to this, my principal amount deducted every year is negligible and they keep on deducting interest. I can understand that but at least I had some fixed tenure. If they keep on increasing the ROI as per their wish, I doubt if I would ever be able to clear my debts. Is this what their plan is?

                                    I completely & strongly agree with the gentleman, HDFC Ltd is offering a fresh Home Loan at a floating ROI of 10.25% but my Home Loan from HDFC Ltd is 3 years old and they have increased by Floating ROI from 10.25% to 12.50%, which is definitely not acceptable, when they are giving new loans at a ROI of 10.25%. Also the Repo Rates and the Reverse Repo Rates are 7.5% & 6.5% respectively.
                                    I don't understand where is the disconnect and issue and why is the bank trying to mint money from us when we have been paying it genuinely

                                      I had pass the agent Exam from LIC Under URN LICI[protected]. When we Update the Pan While issuing LICENCE. Message Comes"PAN IS ALREADY IN USE UNDER URN HDFI[protected].with hdfc life insurnace .


                                      "i had only taking the online training form hdfc and not pass any exam. still they are not cancel my URN no. so that i can not work with any companie ."

                                      Agent Has informed us that he had only filled sponsorship form in HDFC and failed to pass the Exam . You are Requested to Cancell URN HDFI[protected] So that we can issue LICENCE
                                      i have requested to cancell my urn no of hdfc life insurnace dept. but at indore office ( sapna sangeeta brance offic) since last 3 months . but they are not taking any action .

                                        I, Rahul Bagga an account holder of HDFC Bank having an account number [protected] am continuously facing a problem from the past 4 months with the Bank. This account was opened as a saving A/c in 2004 with sec-9, Rohini Branch.

                                        Currently I am working in Indiabulls Securities at Gurgaon who is having a tie up with HDFC Bank and the personnel’s of HDFC Bank frequently use to visit our office for solving the small issues. In the month of August 2010 I had a talk with Mr. Nitin Kapoor who is working in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Branch for converting my saving a/c to salary a/c at my office premises. He suggested that if the Bank receives a request from Indiabulls HR team then HDFC Bank can convert my saving a/c to salary a/c.

                                        So our HR department made a request to HDFC Bank on my behalf for converting my saving a/c to salary a/c. On 27th Aug.2010 I got a revert on my office mail from HDFC Bank that my a/c successfully got converted into salary a/c. I have a proof of that on my office mail till now. But in order to get 100% assurance I specially call a phone banking executive for confirming whether my account got converted into salary a/c or not and the executive also said that my account status was a salary account.

                                        Now as per the rules as my account is a salary account I need not require to maintain any AQB in the future. One day they deducted Rs.50 from my account as Phone Banking charges. When I called the Phone Banking executive for asking about that charges the executive told me that “you are not maintaining an AQB and you used Phone Banking during that period that is why the Bank charged such amount”. On listening to this I clearly told that my account is a salary account then there is no question arises of maintaining an AQB. Then they told me that “you will get a call from your Branch in two days.”

                                        I waited for the next two days but I didn’t receive any call from my Branch then I again called the Phone Banking they again ensured me that “you will definitely get a call from your Branch in two days” and it goes on and on. After a long struggle I made a complaint against my Branch but no action was taken against the Branch.

                                        Now what happened is when I called the phone banking for sorting out my earlier phone banking charges issues they again charged Rs.50 thrice for that calls made for sorting out earlier charges as well and again gave a same reason that you are not maintaining an AQB. Inspite of accepting their mistake and giving my money back they charged even for calls made for sorting out phone banking charges issue.
                                        I atleast made 150-200 calls of around Rs.1500. Each and every time I got to know something different. After creating a lot of issues I got a call from my Branch and a person named Mr. Sumit Soni clearly states that “your account is a saving a/c and you will not get a refund”. On listening to this I talked on a high volume and he disconnected the phone. Atlast they compelled me to visit the Branch on 4th December 2010. There I met that person Mr. Sumit Soni. He again told me the same and told me that “who so ever had converted your account I will complaint against that person”. Instead of accepting the mistake Mr. Soni was blaming on the person who converted my saving a/c to salary a/c and also talked to me rudely and said “GET LOST” in front of the whole Branch.

                                        I again called phone banking for refunding my charges and logged a complaint against Mr. Sumit Soni. After a week I got a call back from my Branch and again a lady named Ms. Shilpa told me that it is a saving a/c and refused to refund my money and suggested me to close that a/c and open a fresh salary a/c otherwise the Bank will deduct the charges again and again.
                                        On 13th Dec 2010 I specially approached the person Mr. Nitin Kapoor in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon HDFC Branch for clarifying the things. Unfortunately he was not available in the Branch at that time. So in order to have a proof of my presence in Branch I wrote a complaint in complaint book and I have a receipt of that. Before leaving from the Bank premises I specially asked another staff person to tell me whether my a/c is a salary account or saving a/c they said my account is a salary a/c.
                                        It is very shameful that my Sec-9, Rohini Branch is saying that my account is saving a/c whereas phone banking executive and gurgaon branch says that my account is a salary a/c. I don’t know whether the bank didn’t train their staff properly or my branch intentionally creates a problem for me.
                                        Now I have a proof against HDFC. Earlier I made a request to refund my charges for 4 months that the Bank wrongly debited but now as the Bank staff misbehaved with me and didn’t take my complaint seriously and suggested me to close my 6 yrs old account. I need a compensation of all the calls that I made after August month and the 2 leaves that I had specially taken to approach the Bank. The amount wrongly debited from my account as well for the words that Mr. Sumit Soni had used “GET LOST” in front of the whole Branch and insulted me.
                                        I have been mentally tortured by the Bank from the past 6 months and they are unable to solve such a small issue. I don’t think the Bank is having any intention of paying the wrongly debited amount.

                                        I notified this issue even to RBI ombudsman (Complaint redressal) 22 Dec. 2010 with an exceptation that the RBI will sort out this issue and penalize the Bank but I have not received any response yet. Such ignorance of HDFC and RBI is strengthening the Private Banks in India to impose their unethical rules as Bank services are the basic necessity today.

                                        It is my humble request from you to please penalize the Bank heavily so that it can never be happen with any customer in the future and notify it to RBI to take a customer complaint seriously in future.
