Hi,

I am receiving some Calls for my HDFC credit Card payment from Yesterday, I was nto able to receive the calls yesterday as I was out of office and the calls were landing on my landline number, This morning they called my office number and spoke to the receiption guy with very abusive language, I want to register the complaint against the bank for the same....

I have not used my debit card after 14 Sep 2010 for sure, today (21 Sep) I went to withdraw money and came to know that some amount was deducted from account stating this ..

I bought an insurance for my car on 10 Aug 10. As per my bank statement, HDFC ERGO encashed the cheque on 18 Aug. It is 20 Sep today, and there is still no sight of the Insurance Policy. The agent doesnt pick up the phone. Registered an online complaint with HDFC ERGO on 10 Sep. On 14th they replied and asked me for my previous policy which I sent on the 15th. This is the most disgusting experience of my life. I have an auto loan running from HDFC bank and started getting calls last week from a DST in Paharganj number [protected] for ECS bounce charges.

One of my cheque issued to my borther (SBI bank) was returned because of insufficeint amount in my account.For this deduction of 386.05 which I can understand as cheque return charges for 12th August, 2010. But second deduction is of 827.25 which you have mentioned as deduction charges for resubmission of same cheque ( cheque number 611398) on 14th August-2010.

Credit Card Wrong/Fraud Billing !

Would like to know is the customer liable to pay if the signature on the disputed transactions charge-slip do not match !!! The transaction was made on 3rd and the bank was notified within 18 days about the wrong billing.


This is the case of year 2006, I received my monthly credit card statement demanding me a charge of Rs. 18,686 where in my credit limit was only 17,000....
