DEAR SIR, I Girdhari lal Bajaj Working in HDFC Bank in the year May 2006 and my employee Id is CG00472 Working as Liability CSE, resigned from my job on Feb. 2008. My PF was deducted every month as per the company rule, but i don't know my PF a/c no. So now i want to withdraw my PF balance amount for my personal use. I request u to that please help me out.i already submitted PF withdrawal form in HDFC- Jaipur branch at the time of my resignation but still i have not got my PF refund till date Aug 2010. please tell me why you are not send my PF refund and still there is is no response from your side for the same please intimate to me i[censored] have any problem for the same as earliest as possible. i[censored] want further detail plz mail me or call Email id- [protected]@gmail.com/ Mobile no. Dear sir,
i joined hdfc bank as TL in dahod (CS 10627) in 1st june in 2007 and contract of 2 yares.After 2yares i didn't sent my contract renewal latter.I singed my ragionation on 1st june 2009.I want to know what's the way and how i get my PF and riliving latter.

I ramamand singh beg to state you that i was working with HDFC BANK having empl code is 57622 from[protected] till[protected] as a CO-EX. Sales Officer at Asaf ali Branch,New delhi in the team of Relationship manager Rishipreet Bhatia Stock Exchange & Commodity Business Group, Asaf Ali Road , Delhi RIM :- [protected].
i signed my PF declaration form on[protected] and have a recipt copy of the same but today again i have recieved a mail from my RM to fill the PF declaration form and send it to PF department.
If i have to signed the form again and have to send it by my self then it means my RM make me a big fool through the year and cheated me a lot.
or the PF dept is faulty for this? May i know who is responsible. and what can i do now.

I am Akash jain ex. emp. of hdfc bank as cse my emp. code- CA16737 i am contecting befor 7-8 months per day with pad.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but nobody give me response about my pf i sent my pf form also and hdfc staff recieved it so please help me as soon as possible because its needfull.
