i m holder of cc [protected] . There was a payment delay and the cc was blocked.i m serving abroad and deposited a cheque of the principal amount 20 days back.. want to know whether the card is activated or not and my monthly statement is reqd to be sent on to my email.

ref to number of mails sent on the subject and agreed to by ur bank regarding payment mode of CC -[protected] as i m serving abroad for few months. Despite of that call was made to my native place and spoken rudely to my parents involving Rs3000/- only. I m having a huge saving amts in your bank, above that i got NRE accts opened in ur Delhi Gopinath branch giving you a huge buisness . Moreover i only approached ur office to guide me for mode of payment and was agreed by ur officials.I have sent a cheque of the principal amount also, which would be deposited within a day or two. My request is ,,plz call my native place on [protected] and clarify the issues failing which i shall be forced to snap relations with your bank.

    Sir,

    I am working with HDFC Standard Life Insurance company As a Branch Account Officer from 2008,On 23rd Aug 2010 my seniors(Mr Abhishek Tandon) inform me telephonic that you have to resign from your post,when i asked him the reson in written he told me he told me that you have to resign othere wise you will be terminated.On 1st Sep 2010 when i reached office local HR Manish Kumar and two people of the branch they told me that you are not working in this officewhen i ask him in written they refuse abuses and fighted with me.I have infomed all this information to Local police station(Sigra PS).And i also inform to the seniors by the mail at various time.And on 22nd Sept 2010 i have send a application to MD for(JAN SUCHNA ADHIKAR ADHINIYAM 2005) for the process of Recruitment of the company.

    But till date i have not received any mail or written letter and the answer from MD as per JAN SUCHNA ADHIKAR ADHINIYAM 2005.And i also lodge the complain at Labour office and i have the receiving for it.But till date no action has been taken from labour office.

    Please do the needfull.

    This is the right step you have taken. The company has to give in writing the reason for termination with one month salary. Our wishes are with you. Pl do not leave them until you got the justice.

      Dear sir,

      My self Chandrakant Sindhu, I joined Centurion Bank of Punjab in June 2006 in Wealth Management Dept at Kandiwali (Mumbai) location , my employee id was 11390,after that in March 2008 i got the transfor to Delhi at Indian Express Building in HDFC Bank beacuse in mean time Centurion Bank of Punjab has been merged in to HDFC Bank.

      I resigned from HDFC BAnk in May 2008 from delhi location, from there no of times i have visited to HDFC Bank(Gurgaon Branch) for my PF Amount and no buddy is giving me proper responce, My EX Boss Mr Prashant Bansal still working with HDFC Bank, and when ever i asked to him regarding my PF he do not give me proper answer

      So can you please tell me to whom i have met or call , so that i can widrawl my PF amount.

        HDFC may be rejoicing with their Biggest Boss winning a Prestigious Award from ET NOW but , ironically, the quality of service and integrity of the bank is shameful.

        On 5th September 2010 , at 3-55PM IST, I had this ordeal with the HDFC ATM machines at the First India Place Branch in Gurgaon . I used my ICICI ATM card at this HDFC ATM machine.

        I tried to take out 5000INR and the machine only delivered 4000INR. I tried another transaction from the same machine (after the guard told me this will be reversed to my account after I raise a complaint with ICICI) .... at the second attempt I tried 8000INR and I got only 3000INR .....

        The problem was typically a mechanical fault with that particular machine's Slot through which the Notes are delivered, because the notes were getting stuck at the slot and never came out as one single bunch, rather the notes were coming out as a scattered bunch and I half the portion of few notes were stuck under the Flap on the Slot, which I had to pull out.

        I called HDFC Customer Care and they asked me to call ICICI and then ICICI will contact HDFC internally to sort this matter..

        So I called ICICI ...

        First call made to ICICI at 4-37PM - SR[protected], spoke to Jitesh , asked me to call after 6pm because the systems were not updated so he could not see the latest transactions but he could see the latest current available balance.

        Second call made to ICICI at 11-19PM , spoke to TRISHNA , she raised the complaints for the 2 transactions separately with all details.

        SR[protected] for 5000INR where I got only 4000INR
        SR[protected] for 8000INR where I got only 3000INR

        On both the calls they had confirmed that I do not need to go to the HDFC branch on whose ATM Machine I had this problem. I was also told that this will take 10-12 business days to resolve.

        So now my 6000INR is at loss until ICICI and HDFC along with VISA (since this was a VISA card) sort out the matter and gives me my money back.

        On 20th Sept 2010 I called up ICICI Customer Care and I was told that HDFC responded to the querry sent by ICICI stating that this disputed transaction was a successful transaction, which means HDFC has clearly denied the fact that their ATM machine was actually a faulty one OR someone had tampered the machine.

        I immediately went to the First India Place Branch and spoke to the Branch Manager Ms. Gowri Karthik, who further checked my relation with HDFC (I'm an existing Acount Holder with HDFC as well). It is only after knowing that I'm one of their Customers , that her attitude towards me improved.
        She assigned the task to investigate my dispute to another Personal Banking Official - Mr. Kirti Jain. I had given him a written application along with Photocopies of the ATM transaction slips of the 2 disputed transactions.

        This gentleman took 2 days time and after repeated follow up phone calls he reverted stating that he had contacted their Back-End ATM team and they confirmed there was no dispute. They also asked me to get the Case Notes/ Details from ICICI Bank for the 2 Service Requests that I had raised with ICICI. So I gave them those details and Kirti Jain (the HDFC PB official) told me that he will take this forward to the ATM team. I had asked from HDFC for a formal written acknowledgement of receipt of my request / application for investigating this dispute. They had assured me that they will give me a receiving on a photocopy the written appliction that I had given them with HDFC Stamp on it. However when I again went to the same branch on 9th Oct 2010, the same gentleman was still not ready with the whatever he had promised.
        The most annoying part of this ordeal was that HDFC has not given me absolutely anything in writing or any reference number stating that they had actually made any real investigation into the matter. All I get to know is from a verbal communication from Kirti Jain and the BM - Gowri Karthik. So I insisted that HDFC gives me a written communication of whatever they are saying. The BM had asked me to come to their Branch today (11th Oct 2010 by 3PM IST) and collect the required documents.

        Now the best part of the ordeal is that the BM herself , told me to lodge an FIR (even when they have not provided me with any minimum evidence of any investigation being done by them) when I asked them to show me the CCTV Footage of that date and time of the incident .. this clearly shows how shameless the bank is. They will not do what they are supposed to do for a dispute and ask the customer to go to Police.

        So now I will go to the Branch once again to see what they have in store for me ... I will keep posting in this forum (and other such forums as well) about the proceedings... I will ensure this gets highlighted to the Top Bosses of HDFC.

        It was a tough day for me on 11th October at the HDFC Bank Branch at First India Place, Gurgaon ...
        At around 1PM I called Kirti Jain ( the Branch official who was attending my matter) before leaving my office in Noida and I was told that it will take time for him to arrange for the documents he was supposed to give me. By the way, this was a direct instruction to him from the BM - Ms. Gowri Karthik, that customer must not have to wait for collecting a document. However he asked me to reach the Branch after 5PM as the documents were not ready yet and that he is waiting for some kind of confirmation from the ATM Backend team and from Mumbai H.O.

        To my surprise, when I reached the branch at around 6PM, again I was asked to wait for an hour on the context that he is still waiting for a confirmation. At this point I asked to give me the contact number of the person whom I can call from my cell but he refused stating this was an internal communication and customer's cant reach the backend team. As a respectful individual I readily agreed to this and did not insist further on speaking directly to the backend team, and I did respect their internal procedures.

        Finally when this was taking too long I even agreed to come back after some time and I did return by 7-30PM back to the branch ( since I stay very close to this branch )

        By this time, obviously, I had lost all kinds of hope and faith on HDFC, after all the missed assurances and delayed responses. No wonder when I returned to the branch I was frustrated and to add on to that I found Mr. Kirti Jain was not in his seat and when I called him up he informed me that he is still waiting for the confirmation.

        This was the 'Flash Point' for me and I got infuriated which made me literally yell at Kirti Jain and other staff who were taking a smoke break just outside of the branch. The other things that added on to my already elevated frustration levels :-
        1. Kirti Jain was not facing me
        2. When I was asked to come back to the branch, I was still not allowed inside by the guard. And when I asked him to speak to the BM about a customer waiting to talk to her, this fellow simply ignored my request.
        3. When I requested another staff to ask the BM to talk to me, he tried to act oversmart but finally did speak to the BM (standing outside the branch I could see their activities inside)
        4. The BM did actually bend to her right to check out if I'm still waiting outside the branch (she may not have realised but I was watching their movements from outside)
        5. After some time Kirti Jain was back (perhaps he had gathered enough courage to face me by that time). He allowed me to talk to the BM from his Cell Phone and she agreed to get the documents ready.

        It was after this that I was allowed to enter the branch again. Please note, I did not come back by choice, I was asked to come back and then I was not allowed to enter until I raised my voice.
        Finally at 8-30PM, I was given a document on HDFC LetterHead, which had no transaction details mentioned and only asked me to contact ICICI ... this was the height of being ridiculous.

        So I had to reach out to the BM and we had quite a heated conversation/ arguement and I she came up with the following response (I would rather call it a game of Tennis where they are using a customer as the ball):-
        1. ATM Backend team does not report to her, so she cannot govern the way they work and hence she had no role to play in expediting the matter which was delayed from the ATM team's end.
        2. ATM department is not a part of the branch so she is not accountable for the ATM
        3. ATM department is outsourced and the branch is in JanakPuri
        4. The letter issued to me was done based on the instructions they had received from the ATM Backend team
        5. Contact persons for this department can be contacted for any further querries about this matter... This was the only useful information because I now know who to contact beyond the BM . This will also be a great help to all those people who have had ATM issues with HDFC which are still unresolved.

        Names of the contact persons of HDFC ATM Backend Team are as follows :-

        Rajneesh Khanna / rajneesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com / +91 [protected]
        Rajiv Wadikar / +91 [protected] (this guy is based in Mumbai and I was not given his email ID but now we do know the standard format of HDFC Employee's email Id)

        I will write an email to these guys now and wait for a response ...

        By the way, I had also sent an email to the HDFC Grievance Redressal cell (Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) about this and they got back to the branch and the Branch Official - Kirti Jain did actually gave me a call back on 15th October and has agreed to show me the CCTV footage of that day to me, even without FIR ... this was a development on the case in my favor ... but still my 6000 INR is stuck .


        I have also sent the mail to ICICI based on the request they made on this article.

          Policy No. 13745767
          HDFC want me to keep paying the money without allowing me to see the documents.
          When i gave the initial amount they assured that the policy is refundable if you don't like it.
          FRAUD COMPANY.
          3 months down the line I have not received the documents and this is what they have to say--

          Dear Mr. Singh,

          With regard to your e-mail, we would like to reiterate that the above mentioned policy is under lapsed status and hence, the same cannot be surrendered.

          Please also find below the effects of lapsation on your policy:
          •All units are de-allocated
          •Fund value after deducting the surrender charge is held in a separate account.
          If a lapsed policy is not revived within 2 years from the date of lapsation or 3 years from inception whichever is later, then money lying in the separate account will be refunded to the policy holder. Then the policy will be terminated and no further benefits are payable.

          We assure you the best of our services always.

              WE TOOK A CAR LOAN FROM HDFC. WE HAVE PAID THE LOAN FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. NOW, OUR CAR MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. ALSO, WE GOT PERMISSION FROM HDFC TO PAY THE 4 MONTH DUE AFTER THE CAR WORK GETS COMPLETED. BUT, THE EMPLOYEE JUST CAME WITH 4 OTHERS AND MADE A BIG PROBLEM. THEN, GOT 4 MONTHS DUE TOTALLY WITH FINE AMOUNT. WHAT THE HELL DO THEY THINK? ALSO, WE HAVE SOLD OUR CAR. INITIALLY, THEY SHOWED US A SHEET THAT WE HAVE TO PAY A BALANCE OF AROUND Rs.1,93,000. BUT, WHILE WE WENT TO CLOSE THE LOAN ACCOUNT, THEY ASKED US TO PAY Rs.2,10,000. NOW, THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE NOC CERTIFICATE. THEY ARE MAKING US WALK TO THEIR OFFICE EVERYDAY. THE MADURAI AND VIRUDHUNAGAR OFFICES ARE INDULGED HERE. KINDLY DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM HDFC (ESPECIALLY VIRUDHUNAGAR AND MADURAI). INITIALLY, THEY SPEAK SWEET. BUT, ONCE ENTERED, GONE..!!!!!!!!!!

              But till now I have not got the certificate saying loan is cleared
              As per the discussion your customer care representatives had with me in Aug 2006 balance of Rs 7900/ has been paid on 18/08/2006 (Receipt No 2726470 that time also I have asked for certificate saying loan cleared
              Unfortunately I have not received till now
              Please note that I have changed my residence last year if it has been sent already requesting you to resend on the fallowing address
              Ill bear the courier charges for the same

                Dear Sir,

                I had approached Shankheshwar Palms, Dombivli West for purchase of a new flat in July'09. The project was approved by HDFC. The builder promised me that I will get possession by Dec'09. On the date of agreement registration, I found that the builder has changed the date of possession to Dec'10. He objected to it but he told me that it is only for safety reason. I will get the possession of my flat in Dec'09 only. I paid 80% of the flat cost (Rs.15 lakhs) immediately. After that my waiting period was extended till date. In Sept'10 builder informed me that your flat is ready and demand letter to HDFC for balance 20% loan amount is sent. After seeing the condition of my flat / building I found that still 10% work was uncompleted like plumbing, painting, putting window glasses etc.. There was temporary water supply thro' tanker. Some needy flat buyers had started staying in their flats.

                I approached HDFC saying that flat is incomplete and why to pay balance loan amount to builer. Instead HDFC executive told me that HDFC Survey engineer had confirmed construction work is complete and they issued me the cheque saying that if I want, I can keep the cheque in my possession till the construction work is complete. Now my complete EMI has started. I paid the cheque in the hope that builder will complete the balance work and there is no point in keeping the cheque idle / builder may use that money for construction work. Now after 4 weeks, I have to struggle for getting the possession / getting uncompleted work done complete. Builder is telling me that after taking the possession, have to give Rs.1000/- to him for using the electricity for furniture work/welding work of grill, as he has taken commercial rate electricity from MSEB. We will get the residential electricity by next month.

                My question is that how HDFC survey engineer can certify that construction work is complete. Secondly, how builder can directly give the demand letter to HDFC and HDFC telling my that your flat is ready and you can collect the last installment of loan amount which is to be given to builder.

                  This is Vishal Dabhade. I had applied for HDFC Credit Card as I am having Salary Account with HDFC Bank. However, it got declined stating my name is in CIBEL Defaulters' list. I have not taken any kind of loan or Credit Card before this so, there is no scope of being Defaulter. So, could you please let me know which bank has updated my name in Defaulters' list and how can I get it removed or settled down, as this site is provided by HDFC Banker to check with the other details.                     Cash was cash deposited to my minimum 5K balance Savings HDFC Account of Airport Road Branch Bengaluru from other branch which is Hissar in Haryana. A total around Rs. 110 was later deducted from my account. When I enquired the Customer Representative. He told that any Third Party Cash Deposit from different branch a charge of Rs. 110/- and service tax is applicable. I asked if this is same for Aalary account, he responded saying Yes.

                    Question is why was this not intimated during the account creation.

                    This is clear cut cheating.

                    I have Deposited 15000 cash in my HDFC bank account and the change 110.30 is deducted from my account this is third time when I have face this problem with this bank I have decided to go ahead and talk with the customer care of HDFC Bank they told me your sign is not matching with Your account sign My question is If My sign is not matching with my account then why Hdfc executive not say at the time of Deposited ? Even the first question of bank representative is this your account?

                    I also operating my account with other bank ICICI, SBI, and Axis Never face such kind of problem .I want to ask HDFC representative the RBI Rule is different for different bank If yes where I can see the charges of third party cash deposit on RBI site .

                    If anyone have Idea How can I file the RTI against the bank HDFC or take a legal action.because I am not a single person that face such kind of problem there are many HDFC bank customer face such kind of problem.

                      I happened to see a program in the channel last sunday with same kind of compliant on HDFC promotional offer.

                      Let me Introduce my , My name is Anish working with an MNC as a business controller. below is the short description of incedents.


                      It all started when HDFC Bank deducted 3300 INR from my account saying that i have not kept minumum quarterly balance for the account(Account No.: [protected]-HDFC bank Bangalore) which was opened based on the confirmation from the sales executive as a "zereo balance account". I called up the customer care 3 to 4 times to know the status ( ref code- BAN089431) one day one guy called up and said HDFC cannot reinstate the amount as this was opened before one year. Going back to the sequence of incedents from the opening of account.

                      Sales excutive assurance of Zero balance account.
                      Based on his assurance I have opened the account with 25k
                      Receieved the welcome kit , Welcome letter states that I have to maintain a balance of 25k or a fixed deposit of minimum 50k.
                      Destroyed the Debit card and Cheques
                      Called the bank and asked them to close the account.
                      Initiated the process by submitting the closure request @ koramangal branch bangalore
                      Next day recieved a call from the Empire Infantray road banch asking not to close the account as this was the special offer for me and the acount would be ZERO balance account.
                      Last month (sep 2010) transferred 55k to this account and 17th HDFC charged RS 3,309 for non maintenence AQB.(below give the transcations)
                      I appriciate if you coud broadcast in the channel, so that Banks would have a check on their employees for the wrong commitments.

                        I have HDFC bank salary account along with one more saving and current account of HDFC bank and I am working for Dell Perot systems for past 3+years and I have applied personal loan for 2lacs and given 3 cheques along with requested docs.The cheque which I given is of saving account other than salary account but as I am running out of salary account cheque and due time I requested for the same. And the saving account is also attached for same customer ID, which reflects both the saving account and I am paying one auto loan and personal loan from past 2.5years without single late payment and also I am using HDFC bank credit card from past 3years without single late payment.Maitaining such good track record your bank (I am hesitant to say my bank) is hesitant to give personal loan stating we need salary account cheque and delayed in approving personal loan when need in hour of time and wasted the time. I feel disgusted the way bank staff handled it. Henceforth I won’t recommend anyone to bank with HDFC.

                        Not only manjunath all other have customer have same problem with hdfcbank, Dont bank with HDFCbank, its not people friendly bank.Do banking with only nationalized bank..
                        I agree with above views, HDFCbank is not customer friendly and it doesnt treat valueable customer properly.I 2 hhad HDFCbank account.I disabled this blady HDFC bank.

                          Hi This is Ravindra Singh. I have never applied for HDFC Bank's credit card. Recently when I applied for a personal loan in HDFC Bank Pune, Bank rejected my loan application and on asking reason they told me that I am black listed at Cibil. In cibil on my name there is blacklisted entry for HDFC credit card. But I have never applied for any HDFC credit card and never received the same.

                          Please help me regarding this. Because I am not able to apply for loan because of this issue.

                            Name- Raju kumar, applied for loan at HDFC Bank Boring Road, through HDFC Agent, to purchase Four wheeler Mahandra Scorpio, from the Sonali Auto Pvt.Ltd.
                            Appl. Date for loan - 25 Aug.2010.
                            Loan senctioned - nearly 27Aug.

                            Document signed & 3 blank check taken by Agent, named- Mr. Sami kumar on this basis that, when the company, Sonali Auto pvt. hand over the vehicle- Mahendra Scarpio to the custmer Mr.Raju Kumar. Than only he (HDFC Agent) relesed the Senctioned loan amount to the Agency (Sonali Auto).

                            Still Scorpio is not handed over to Mr. Raju Kumar. But cleverlly the Agent relesed the amount in favour of Sonali Auto. Due to that interest started as a laibility with Raju kumar.
                            Please investigate the case, and take action aginst the HDFC Agent named Mr.Sami Kumar.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card , my credit limit was Rs.2,38,000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2,38,000/- to Rs.1,77,000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2,77,371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

                                On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

                                If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that ,I have made excess payment against my used amount.

                                Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife , not only that , they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately ,otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

                                Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me , Is it a Reputed Bank ???

                                My Credit Limit was Rs.1,77,000/- and I have paid Rs.2,77,371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2,77,371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally.                                 actually i know some recovery agency those do the same work of threatening, mr.Mukul mahajan is running an agency in noida sec 63(c202) that is worst in collectioning as name of a software company INR technology. numbers of that company are[protected]o9, 10, 11.sumeet is working there as telecaller and mukul as director.those all are fraud person.

                                  On the 1st of October 2010, I tried to withdraw cash from HDFC bank ATM located at Bandra (East) using my ICICI bank debit card. The ammount was Rs.10000. The money didn't come out of the ATM, but it still showed that the amount is debited.

                                  I have raised a complaint to ICICI Bank and have also got the confirmation number for that.

                                  Is there anything else that I need to do, in order to get this sorted/

                                    It is to state that i am an acount holder of State Bank Of India(Account No. [protected]). On 01.10.10, at 6.15pm i visited HDFC ATM at mahilpur branch- Distt Hoshiarpur. I have applied for withdrwal of Rs. 2000/- but the request could not processed and message appeared on Screen that Your requested can't be processed at the time. However on second attempt i got my money. But today morning when i checked my account. i found that a total amount of Rs. 4000/- has been deducted from my account mentioning withdrawl of 02 transactions of Rs. 2000/- each on 01.10.10. The same is submitted to you for your kind information and further needful please.

                                      Sir,

                                      I would like to draw your attention to the wrongly filled in details regarding my HDFC premium and its frequencies for my HDFC SAP plan.

                                      I went to HDFC bank branch in sector 53, Gurgaon in September 2009 to make an investment of Rs 2 lacs. Branch officials showed me various investment options. Among these options SAP plan seemed attractive because of its high rates of return and saving assurance.

                                      Mr. Anurag Bajpai from the bank suggested that instead of paying small amounts annually ( Rs 20000 ) if I pay Rs 2 lacs as lumpsum towards that policy ( that I intended to invest) I would get higher returns. I agreed and signed the documents. These document were half filled by him and did not contain premium or frequency details. He said he would complete these details later on mail me photocopies. After a month or so I received the documents. It showed a frequency of Rs 2 lacs per annum for 10 years.

                                      Sir, there has been a big mistake on part of the bank. I contacted Mr. Bajpai many times and all the times he assured me that he would get it rectified. But during last one month I have been getting alerts that my premium is pending. I contacted Mr. Bajpai again. First he refused to recognize me but when I visited him personally in the bank branch he assured me that he would look into it. Later on he got back to me and told that I have to pay the premium amount of Rs 2 lacs.

                                      Even in my dream I could not commit to pay Rs 2 lacs premium on this policy. Please look into this issue ASAP. I have been HDFC customer for past 7 years. All my savings are with your bank only.

                                      Please resolve this issue. I do not need to pay anymore premiums on this policy. Kindly rectify bank records. I’ll be very grateful to you for this kind act of yours.

                                      HDFC bank and HDFC std life, together has stooped so low that for a commission and to retain their jobs the agents of the particular branch, along with their managers who allow them to share the the details of any account which has surplus money criminally loot the clients of the bank into taking one sided ulip policies.They have lost all their ethics, values and become ruthless in their dealings. Is money so important Mr.Deepak Parekh, Amitabh Chaudry, Deepak Satwalekar, Keki Mistry?How much of it are you are you going to take it when you die, the lot of you greedy beggers?

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using HDFC Forex card since last 3 months. This is a corporate card given by my employer.

                                        Transaction Details:
                                        On 22nd Aug 2010 my hotel reception swiped the card to make a transaction for $850, but transaction failed. so they swiped the card again, this time it was successfull.

                                        When I checked my card statement next day, it showed me 2 debit transaction txn of $850. I immediately contacted my hotel front desk. They said in their system only 1 txn is successful and 2nd one is deleted/cancelled. They provided my printed copy for the same. They told me that, its upto my bank now.

                                        Next day I contacted HDFC Bank on India no.(as they do not has US no.). They provided me a complaint no. and with a assurance that they will look into the matter.

                                        Couple of days later I contacted bank again, this time they told me 'refund will come in 35 days'. This is really frustrating. They also asked me to furnish documents that says txn was cancelled.

                                        I got the documents scanned and send them on email. They again responded me that they cannot refund on behalf of these documents and will refund only after 35 days.

                                        I waited for 35 day's period. Now its more than 40 days. There is no refund yet. I have mailed them yesterday and they have stopped responding to my emails as well.

                                        I would recommed not to use this HDFC Forex card. Even if you have, do not use it. Is there any senior bank person looking at it. If yes, please respond.

                                        I do agree, and facing same problem with my HDFC forex card. This card does not work on many websites for online transaction, so be careful before doing any such transaction using HDFC forex card.

                                        Bank also does not take quick action on it, and creates unnecessary delay to return your amount back.
                                        worst services provided by cust care. these guys doent help u properly. They dont process the request immedietly. My husband faced lots of prob due to this card. He didnt recieved the ATM pin even after 15days of raising the request. They promise us to deliever it in 7Days. When i tried contacting them They said. we cant help u.
                                        Who the hell is going to help us then???The MD or CEO???

They provide technical guidance and training if needed. Their online support is available 24/7 and they charge no fee. I like trading with them.
