sir i am rakesh jain from khatauli discrict muzaffarnagar. i applied for new pin no. & change my address &register my email id rakes.[protected]@gmail.com and also register my new mobile no [protected]on 21/9/2112 but no call or email comes from you. now today it is 7/10/2012 bu i am wating for your answer if it will not come in 4 days so i wiil close my account and complaint against you because it is to late &is this your service with a costumer.take a action fast to solve my problem.

    I APPLIED THREE TIMES IN HDFC BANK LONAVLA , PUNE FOR MY KYC NO.IT IS NOW APPROX ONE YEAR PASSED BUT THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THE BANK. WHEN EVER I INQUIRED FOR THE NUMBER THE REPLY IS SAME .THIS KIND OF RESPONSE FROM A LEADING MULTINATIONAL BANK IS NOT EXPECTED.ITS AREALLY PAINFUL FOR CUSTOMER.

      Dear Sir

      I opened trading account with HDFC securities & as per my best knowledge & information provided by Bank, the brokerage for intraday is .05%

      I have done jobbing in Kingfishers airline from 22/08/2012 to 28/08/2012 but the intraday brokerage was not the same as stated above.

      In the view of above fact when I complaint to HDFC Securities Haridwar branch & Customer Support cell, they informed me that as order was executed in the batch of 500 share & the calculated intraday brokerage was minimum Rs 25, the charges for minimum brokerage of Rs 25 on each batch of 500 share while I had placed a order of 5000 & 10000 share at a time.

      I have checked some of my old transaction & found that the method of brokerage charging was not the similar as they stated above; so I mail a scan copy of the statement for their reference.

      Later on they changed their own statement and come up with new statement that if, the share value fall below Rs 10, the brokerage charges will be 0.5%.

      I was continuously doing trading with the margin of .05 & .10 paise from 22 to 28 aug-12 .The HDFC Securities never told or guided me about above mentioned contradictory statement

      So please guide me in the view of above fact

      there is no option for a user to know about the real time share price so how is it useful for a investor and then what is the benefit for being an online user, and if there is any facility like that how much does hdfc charge for it

        please look into this matter because pending in your response after 14 may 2012 mail for sent mr viver credit card dipartment.

        I am allready paid 51000 rs & another pending amount 67000 above so please look into this matter.

        only request for Intrest & finance charges amount wavier.

        please response for any suggestion for him.

        This is keep to informed you that I am not paid for current month credit card bill because health policy issue in credit card than after I am hospitalized in 9 days & bill submitted for reimbursement but your insurance company Claim reject of Misrepresentations of material fact than after call you for customer care resolution received in why are you not hospitalized in ceaseless hospital .

        *** I am explain in not any facilities provide in Dewas for your company so call in Grevieance received & talk with me your claim is fraud any time same resolution received in any time .

          Respected Sir,
          I have taken car loan from HDFC Bank Loan No: 20784339.I requested for part payment of Rs45000/- but HDFC bank didn’t accept my request and they showed me an bit of printed paper , in which it was mentioned that part payment can be made only after paying my Sixth EMI.
          At last they collected my part payment on 10th September 2012 and they sent me an document in which they asked me to pay my Next EMI October EMI for entire amount that is Rs.98000.I have raised a concern that I have made my part payment in the month of September and why should I pay EMI for the entire amount.
          When I raised a concern customer care executive asked me to wait for some time and they asked me to meet their manager. I met their manager Pavithra/Ramya. I told that I want to close my loan account with HDFC bank since I am not satisfied with bank terms and condition and also they are trying to cheat customer by avoiding or ignoring customer Request, by which they can stop the customer from closing the loan and also they can Earn more interest from the customer.
          When I asked HDFC manager why can’t I close my loan whenever I want .She is telling that customer cannot ask the bank to close their loan account whenever they want, if they force the bank close the request bank will register those customer name in CIBIL. Which will make me to stop have any other banking facility in all over the world.
          I don’t know whether CIBIL is Government concern to address every individual issues or it is created by Government to work act like a Rowdy or Goondas for Banks and other Money Generating concern.
          I request CIBIL to make proper rules regulation for registering individual name in CIBIL database. Else MNC banks like HDFC will threaten every Indian Citizen. Stop this kind of fraudulent activities of HDFC Bank.

          HDFC Bank — Forcing to close account

          My account no is [protected] in the name of MAHALAXMI TRADERS ( HDFC branch - Riva House,Ring Road) . My account was blocked without my conscience and hence returned two of my cheques .
          As a result of which I had to face serious consequences in the trading market.
          After I consulted the branch manager, he regularised my account. Though my account was regularised he is forcing me to close the account but I dont want to close the account. I asked the manager to give me in writting but he refused to do so.So i request to take action about this act which cost me my goodwill .
          nothing happened in updating the forum..still banks are creating issues in account closure..most of the banks cheating people by collecting over onterest and also government has never taken action against banka..most of the laws related cibil, sarfaesi are used to torture indian citizens personally...every salaried especially IT employees are forced to get loans mainly housing loan which creates personally..

              I have HDFC bank credit card (HDFC bank platinum plus ) with me and I am charge with annual fee of Rs.448 even if I was assured that there are no annual charges during the time I took this card. Now they have charged this amount to me and not responding when I am trying to call customer support and they are not lodging complain also regarding this.

                Last month, a customer service personal called my mobile number and told me about health insurance, hdfc ergo based on my credit card, I was not interested and refused the policy. They Force to buy the policy , I have confirmed on phone and so as premium of policy will be deducted from my credit card for 2 years.
                I am not Interest to continue the policy , and not satisfy their Policy
                to stop payment credit card deduction form ECS base
                So, please take the necessary step to resolve the above issue.

                  I have applied for HDFC Titanium Card through online first then the assurance given by one of HDFC representative Mamta (by phone) on 13th of Sep'2012 that I am eligible for that card. But on 1st Oct'2012 I received a Gold Credit card.So i need clarification regarding this and don't want this card. I have submitted all the required document on that day to a agent sent by Mamta (From HDFC Delhi). BTW I close the card today but for future I have given this complain here.

I have recd my credit card from HDFC bank on 2008. after that customer care people as offer given standard life insurance with unit link base, also they told that they will pay the money Rs.10000/once in a year and the same will debit [protected]@833/- on credit card bill. This will realise only one year later on they paid Rs.10000/from my credit card amount. Later on bills comes with Rs.10000 + interest +financial charges and late fees. even though i paid the entire amount. In between, I went their branch office file complaint about their billing system. Then they avoid the entire penalty and financial charges comes to zero level. later on the entire billing system started the both twenty thousand added on bills and added financial charge, late fees and service tax added. up to sep'2011 card works . Later on the card stopped at their end .they insist to pay Rs.25,000 immediately otherwise they will go for court.. Later their people torturing frequently phoning and asking to pay 1800rupees for temperiorly to avoid interest, Even two month back some representative comes from credit card dept and i paid Rs.1800/- for final settlement.
                    Note: I supposed to pay Rs.833/- for all ten years. But just 12 month started to marwari practice. Card credit limit was Rs.30000/. Now even after card stopped bill recd arround 26000plus. Now I would to take action against them. I have paid more then Rs.50000/- instead of Rs.30000/- they paid for instalment. Now they says you paid only interest and financial charges only.principal amount yet to be pay. I want to take severe action againt that HDFC credit card department.

                      I am Mallika from Assam. All I want to say is never use any of HDFC Standard Life....nor ring its toll free numbers....

                      Some weeks back I got a call from the no - [protected]. The person on the other end of the reciever told he was from HDFC Standard Life, Mumbai and wants to provide some information regarding HDFC Life Insurance products and asked if it was convenient time for me... Since I was not at the moment thinking of going for any insurance I said I wasn't interested. The next day I again got from the same no. I didn't picked up since I was busy. That evening I got call from an another number - [protected]. This time the person told the same thing that he was from HDFC Life and making a call regarding the products. I told him I am not interested. He then told he want my information like age , occupation for data maintenance...I told him if I am not interested why was he asking and I don't find the need to provide such info to him....

                      Some days later I again got calls from the same nos. At last I received and told not to disturb me.... This time there was a lady... She apologised to me for disturbing and kept the phone. Surprisingly 2/3 days later again got calls but what they did is THEY RANG ME AND ON RECEIVING THEY JUST HANG THE PHONE... consecutively for 3/4 times... and surprisingly gave miscalls.... imazine how many times???? 22 miscalls within 25 minutes alternately from the nos - [protected], [protected]. .... Anather 30 calls within 1 hour which I didn't rcvd and it appeared as miscalls. Is that what the HDFC Standard Life people give training to its employees... to irritate Customers/Prospects on not showing interest or simply not listening to its product information..?????

                      This much harassment to its Prospects or would be customers !!!!!!! Imazine what would be the condition when one becomes its Customer !!!!!!

                        Myself Puneet Shukla, Owner of account No : [protected] (HDFC Bank).When I Opened MAX Account in the HDFC bank, There was a policy in this account that if I have more than one lakh FD in this account, I can maintain Zero balance in my account. But Suddenly Bank had changed its rules this year that I have to maintain Rs25000 in my account always irrespective of FD in my account. Bank did not inform me about this change and start deducting charges from my account. I did written complaint in my bank, which I am attaching with this mail. But Bank is not ready to reimburse my charges.

                          hi i apply a personal loan in Hdfc bank chennai. HDFC is worst bank for personal loan. they made a very worst process for personal loan.
                          nearly 1 month they taking for processing. and also they deduct 7000 rs for insurance and 2% for processing.

                          plz frnds kindly my requsts, no need to go for personal loan in HDFC.

                            I upgraded my existing easy shop titanium debit card to easy shop platinum debit card. I received a PIN mailer a few days ago saying that the card will be delivered to you in 7 business days. Today I went to the ATM (camelot layout, kondapur) to withdraw cash, but the machine retained my card. Now i don't have neither my old card nor my new card. In short, I have no cash. I can't travel, I can't eat. This is really poor on the part of HDFC Bank, who claims to be the Asia's no.1 bank!!!

                              Sir,

                              I'm an old customer of bank. I have taken Automobile loans out of which some are closed and some are running without disputes. Im also holding credit card which has run into dispute due to non receipt of statements on time.
                              Back in 2009 and also on other few occasions; i didnt received statement on time due to which payment was delayed. Bank readily cancelled late payment fees but kept charging financial charges in my statement. I have regularly made payments to bank within due date for the purchases that i have made ignoring financial and other charges.
                              As on today my card is blocked because financial charges have grown beyond my card limit. Now no purchases are made and therefore i have nothing to pay.
                              This has resulted in getting phone calls from recovery department. Despite of continuously explaining them and also showing willingness to meet and settle it; I keep receiving calls and face sullied language from them. They call from different numbers and shout and screech. I feel victimized of such despotic behavior.
                              I request you to guide me through this.

                              HDFC Bank — Harrasment from Collection Agents

                              Hi,

                              This is in regards to the calls thay I have been continiously getting from the collection agents Chaturvedi ( Borivalli Branch ) from HDFC bank for some personal loan that my brother has taken. Inspite of telling the agent that I am not the person he calls me saying that I am the person and that I have taken the loan. My brother has gone abroad and I am hardly in touch with him.
                              I have also given them his contact number.
                              The person has also called up home and spoken rudely to my mother.

                              I can only say that Bank is spoiling its reputation with such kind of agents and agency. Its like if you dont get the person who has taken the loan harass his family members.

                                HDFC executives are really wasting our time by keeping on calling and doing back ground verification and finally disapproving. So nobody prefers HDFC CC and its a utter waste of time

                                my name is sadik maniyar i had using HDFC credit card from last 2 year. on dtd. 10.02.15 i had make my credit card payment but i charged for auto pay return fees rs. 450/- + tax. so please return or way of my amount. & today i had make a call for same issue to customer care so mr. sudeep nair had pick a call & he is not talking properly & arguing to guest please look after that issue & clear ASAP.

                                From last 2 or 3 month i apply for card card i already submited 2 time my Income proof and my card reff no is [protected]w4 my current acount in hdfc bank 1 lac per day account but my branch not give me any response about card...gopi enterprise

                                actually i have applied for credit card in 2014 one person came and he collect some documents. after 15 days i have tried to check that status but status are not displaying and that person always saying that verification call will come i received call but credit card not get yet, then what about my documents ? if it miss use who will take responce ?hdfc bank didn't take that response .now i again applied. some of person coming almost everyday to collect that documents today i submitted some documents to check is he genuine or not because even they don't have id cards also, but hdfc bank have to give some id cards to recognize authorized persons or not

                                  i took personal loan from hdfc bank worth rs 150000 and they passed 140000 rs and i was regularly paid 170000 and stoping payment via icici bank
                                  but last week hdfc loan dept withdraw 40000 rs without informing me
                                  so pls suggest what to do and whom to inform

                                    Viju from HDFC Bank (Branch - Chandivili,credit card department) was using VERY ABUSIVE WORDS on the follow up call for credit card payment. First they dont update their system with customer's details, MOST IMPORTANTLY - He was using very abusive words on the phone like "Teri maa ki chuut" and all crap after which i disconnected the call. This is how HDFC Staff treats their Customers...PATHETIC..

                                    I am going thru the same thing, wil be writing to Aditya Puri and also informing the local police of the harrassment that they do in the society.

                                    Need to know who is this Mishra, from Chandivili branch...he has no etiquettes and says that he is a manager, wanna see that guy for sure
                                    I am a HDFC credit card holder from 6 years now, I have been harrased by 2 different agencies, someone had even abused me on fone.
                                    Day before yesterday I had a huge rukkuss by these agency who had come for collection, he was directed by his so called manager Mr MIshra from Chandivli Branch, Mr mishra spoke absolute rudely and am sorry to say, this cannot be HDFC bank. Yes i Have a back log of payments on my card, going thru a financial crisis in the family. I wont be able to make the payments soon as its a grave scenario, these guys are ruthless and wants to get into the house to make a bad scenario.

                                    By law you cant harrass but yes you can cum and talk to the customer, understand convince etc...not like this, this cant be HDFC bank...

                                    Its a situation where I thought I will have get a Law and order guy in place.

                                    I wlll be filing a FIR with the local police tomorrow coz I dont see any security with the 2 little children I have since I am away from home most of the time.

                                    I will also write to Sir Aditya Puri that he knows how are customers harrased for non payment.

                                      I have been given a NRI loan and I was making my payment through their online system (hdfc.com). Suddenly they have stopped that facility due to some RBI guidelines. I am staying in US for past 1.5 years. I asked my friend to drop the EMI check on the last day of every month and there is no due from my part neither I am a defaulter. HDFC bank fails to produce the checks on time and their collection center unnecessarily calling my parents every month and stating that the EMI payment is not on time.

                                      HDFC bank has given a NRI loan and now they are expecting that the customer will fly from US to India to do the ECS. This is really silly and rediculous. I have never face such a silly bank. Many time through the HDFC portal, I have communicated the same message to HDFC bank that this is a NRI loan and just for the ECS I can't fly down but it is of no use.

                                      The people of the bank needs proper training and mostly the collection centers, who don't even know what is going on, start calling here and there for the payments.

                                      Some one has to take care so that these banks or their collection center stop calling here and there
